download kaspersky latest rescue disk , then burn this disk and scan ur pc by this to remove all types virus... thats enough.

Do you really think Kaspersky works?... It seems that even licenced version of
it only notifies never kills Virus.Use norten instead ..

Be graceful when you're feeling bad
The happiest person on earth isn't always happy. In fact, the happiest people
all have their fair share of low moods, problems and disappointments. Often the
difference between a person who is happy and someone who is unhappy is not how
often they get low, or even how low they drop, but instead, it's what they do
with their low moods.
Many people take their low moods very seriously and try to figure out and
analyze what's wrong. They try to force themselves out of their low state, which
tends to compound the problem rather than solve it.
Intelligent people understand that both positive and negative feelings come and
go, and that there will come a time when they won't be feeling so good.
So, when they are feeling depressed, angry, or stressed out, they relate to
these feelings with the same openness and wisdom. Rather than fight their
feelings and panic simply because they are feeling bad, they accept their
feelings, knowing that this too shall pass.
Rather than stumbling and fighting against their negative feelings, they are
graceful in their acceptance of them. This allows them to come gently and
gracefully out of negative feeling states into more positive states of mind.
The next time you're feeling bad, rather than fight it, try to relax. See if,
instead of panicking, you can be graceful and calm. Know that if you don't fight
your negative feelings, if you are graceful, they will pass away.

As all of u have well known to the strike participation issue this is not the
first time that we have seen the clear and mature decision taking lackness.On
the building fund collection by BSNLEU there was not any clear verdict given by
them wehreas we need fund badly then BSNLEU why our hard earned money goes to
these wrongdoers of BSNLEU? can"t we use this fund for SNATTA? Why our seniors
reprensentatives are not able to took decision firm and assertive?Are we forever
answerable to dual membership game for trade union and SNATTA and become victim
for not going with EU on local level and SNATTA on national level?What sort of
message will go towards the new incumbent of SNATTA? SO pls give all the
decisions clearly and firmly so that all the suitable actions could be taken
seriously and effectivly.SO NOBODY CAN DIVIDE US BY ANY MEAN.
Why till date there is not a certain date announced by circle body of punjab for
circle confrence despite our GS have already given the instructions to do so

I am also agree with and i also sent my resentment to CHQ and CC, CS and i was
on the strike. Friends before taking this type of decision CHQ must have to
think about the position of their members because many of us including myself
sitting on the union Chairs. How can i follow the orders of CHQ just before 12
hours its really impossible for us. Till afternoon i m asking everyone who is
calling me yes participate in the strike including TMs except new recruited
friends how can i ask him to now i will not participate in the strike. will the
same persons give me response when i ask again for strike in the future answer
very clear NO.
If the CHQ was right then why not he instructed us before one or two
week.Secondly will our GS or president tell me why we taking chairs form BSNLEU
after fight. For example just take the example of Hoshiarpur Punjab. Here I am
the President of both BSNLEU and SNATTA. If I have the instructions well
before then i will pressurize the unions for our demands now what we got
nothing. friends we are taking chairs for our demands not for politics.What i
feel we are taking the chairs i am sorry to say that our senior leaders dont
know how to use these chairs we can got everything if we going step by step.
Whether CHQ writing any letter to all unions and association for their non
participating if yes then why not they upload on yahoo. If no then how can CHQ
taking this decision with their CC and Central coordinators why not taking their
members in confidence well before.

Dear all,
i want to share one of my Personal Opinion on WHY we should participate in
STRIKE.??
the below message is totally belongs to me and not influenced by anyone.
As this platform is formed to discuss our views and to take the All India view
so i am hereby presenting my view on the Today's 's strike.
i agree to Disagree with SNATTA CHQ's decision to extend ONLY MORAL SUPPORT to
an Issue of a Critical Importance and bearing for all PSU's of India.
Also SNATTA CHQ is suppose to issue clear-cut guidelines well before time and
should not issue Diplomatic Instructions which amounts to wide spread confusion
among the members. The msg updated on the SNATTA website does not instruct its
members whether to participate in the STRIKE called by CPSU's of India against
the govt Injustice, apathy and betrayal of the Nation by issuing diktats which
will in the long run will make the profit making PSU into loss making one's. And
paved the way for the ultimate disinvestments.
this issue is of particular importance to the whole Nation's union and
association of India have forgo their personal or individual issues in support
of the MAJOR CAUSE and we should United under a common umbrella. this strike
should not be hampered or hijacked by any association or unions for their own
sake.
this type of Anti-National activity will not lead to anything BUT it will only
tarnish our image beyond repair and SNATTA will be treated a treacherous to the
Nation till its very existence.
SNATTA CHQ has dictate instructions to support the strike morally but how we are
supporting the strike as per CHQ guideline whereas at the same time we are
instructed to boycott the strike so how we are morally supporting the strike,
how will we justify the CHQ's stand of morally supporting the issue of national
importance. we have seen number of Nationwide strikes called by Joint Action
Committee and not a single time AIGETOA have supported the issue concerning the
BSNL's existence. And all the time this particular association has boycotted
from being part of JAC which is detrimental to very existence of BSNL. At this
very juncture, it seems that our CHQ is very much influenced by AIGETOA and
taking arbitrary and unjustified decisions which will not only weaken SNATTA but
also put up a question mark on the leadership quality of SNATTA.
there is a time and place for every Action and this is my firm believe that this
is not the platform to show our resentment which will lead to nothing because
this is not a strike called by BSNLEU alone and we cannot expect to arm twist
them to speedify our demands.
this kind of resentment will show us in bad spirits and as a whole our
associating Will be treated as immature, incompetent and without foresight.
Almost every Union and Association is going to participate in this strike
against the Govt. Injustice. Like the the Central Govt. Employees, the State
Govt. Employees, the Public Sector Employees, the Employees of Banks, Insurance
and the workers in all sectors will participate in this general strike on 7th
September, 2010.
SNATTA CHQ should take decisions with utmost Care and Maturity.
Any immature decision or hasty verdict will permanently weaken the Image of
SNATTA
Though i have already floated the message as per CHQ Instructions in my District
Chandigarh, but i think CHQ was overly Diplomatic on this particular Issue.
As you people now that i don't mail much on the group but it does not imply that
i do not follow the group.
this time i was compelled to inform the group regarding my personal opinion.
This mail is not posted to offend anybody but only written at a crucial time for
a crucial reason because SNATTA's only existence is at stake. This should be
treated as my personal view only.
Note: This AIC is of utmost importance and i appeal every one of its members who
has a feeling for this association must attend this conference in Goa.

I am also facing the same problem
I completed 2 years of probabation
my engg final year is pending
I tried to get leave
but EOL is given only after 5 years of service.
I didn't get the leave

one of our DRTTA of 2008 batch seeking study leave for complition of his final year of BE.
He has completed his probation of 2 years.
