1. problem for BSNL

I am belongs to Tirunelveli SSA in Tamilnadu circle.From jan 2010 onwards
our SSA implemented the CDR(call Detailed record based) project.I has more
drawback.For example the bill payed at our CSC also not counted in the next
bill.Details of the bill is not able to understand by the Customer even our
accounts people are not aware of that.It is a seriour problem.
No Union understand the actual problem.For WLL service one software ie
Comverse @ Kenan Fx is introduced along with CDR.It's worst than CDR.Within
short time it may be implemented in all SSA.So I humbley request our SNATTA
friends that those who held posting at Circle and National level in JCM
should study this problem and take union activities before digging trench for
BSNL.BSNL is our LIfe.So save BSNL

Dear CHQ member,
I request all the executive members of SNATTA ( president, GS etc) to look forward in the DR JTO (electrical) exam Notification and to find a way to stop any outside JTO recruitment until and unless the LICE case is sattled. If we they continue to recruite JTO outsider, BSNL managment will not take our case seriously and consequently LICE will get delay.

Hi Shashikanta,
You are absolutely correct. If we can find a way to stop all outside direct recruitment for JTO's, management will be under pressure as it will face shortage of JTO's and that will definitely force them to conduct LICE for JTO making a way for TTA friends to achieve their deserved level.

* Important Instructions from CHQ*
1.All the District Secretaries (DS) shall inform the Central Coordinator
(CC)/ Circle Secretaries (CS) in writing under intimation to SNATTA CHQ
before conducting the District Conference/ DEC.
2.All the Central Coordinator (CC)/ Circle Secretaries (CS) shall inform the
General Secretary in writing via email before conducting the Circle
Conference/ CEC.
3.The approved minutes of the District Conference/ DEC & Circle Conference/
CEC should be sent on CHQ email id snattachq@gmail.com by the Central
Coordinator only.
4. Every member should convey his problems through proper channel i.e. first
of all to District Executive Committee and thereafter to Circle Executive
Committee. They should not convey all the problems directly to our GS. They
may convey their problems to their concerned Central Coordinator through
their DEC to raise the demand at national level. Our members can also raise
the issue of non-functioning of District/ Circle Executive Committee to
their concerned Central Coordinator.
