Dear Navin,
You can't get International roaming on ordinary SIM. For International roaming we have to swap ordinary SIM with TIMSI SIM taking about 5000 Rs. as security from customer. Contact to your Marketing section for obtaining TIMSI SIM.

In back of sim INTL is also marked but it didnot work abroad.Handset was mostly of N series.So there is no problem related to handset.And customer also done manual setting in network operator selection but result was the same.Is there any other parameter which should be checked then PLZ tell me

Dear Navin,
No parameters are to be assigned in the INTL sim. Actually the fact is as we have no. of operator of operator in India same way there are no.of operators in most of the foreign countries and BSNL has a tie-up with hardly one or two operator in the country. So in such cases, either u have to select the operator manually or else make over the case to your international roaming incharge SDE who sits in MSC of your circle so that he can talk to the concerned officer in the foreign country.
Also if possible take the contact no. of the customer in the country that he is visiting so that u can convey the no. of the concerned SDE.

for the last few days whenever Multiplay customer opens any website he is redirected to bsnl karnataka site which makes him download software which resets the modem to factory setting.I have nearly 1300 BB connections.And everyday I have to reconfigure the modems reset by the software.Any idea what can be done?

No there is no any increment. But if you have taken prior permission & admin thinks it adds up to your needed skills you might get a sum of RS/-8000.
But only executive are considered for MBA so I doubt if you will get any.

6. about EPF and EPS contribution

hi,

Anybody know about rule of EPF and EPS.
Up to my knowledge, there are two method to deduct you epf amount.
12% of 1. on 6500/-
2. on your full basic + DA.
and same amount contributed by employer also.
as per 6500 basic EPF amount of emoployee is 780 and same amout add by employer.
employee contribution directly goes in EPF account and employer contribution divided in EPF as well as in EPS.
8.33 % of employer contribution goes in EPS ( Rs 541 as per 6500 rule) and remaining goes in EPF.
means whatever your basic and DA, there is no change in EPF and EPS contribution. and finaly we loss in pension amount.
and as per full basic, 12% of basic and DA deduteble from employee's salary and same amount added by employer. and 8.33% of employer contribution goes in EPS account. and as per this rule , if you complete 33 years ( min 30 yrs) in EPF account, you are eligible to get pesion 50% of last basic and DA.
this will much more than 6500 rule.
now a days, according to 6500, you will get only max Rs.1700/- as pension.
Now i am coming main point.
in vadodara SSA, out EPF contribution deduct accoring to full basic. ( it is around Rs. 3000/-) but they add Rs 541 only in EPS accont and remaing goes to EPF account. so finaly we get more amount as PF but we have to loss our regular income as pension.
then my friend you have to look your contribution in EPS account, for that you can demand form 3 E

Hi,
Why you bother about such matters. There are sxecutives for trouble shooting such problems. You are just a TTA. Officially, you are still (Even after 8 year of first batch DR-TTA) trated as illiterate. So no need to spend your time by thinking about synchronization. Try to become JTO as soon as possible. Then think about such matters.

Follwing may be the cause.
1. Change the modem along with Adapter.Use 12 V Modem if possible.
2. Inverter may be causing problem.If so remove the inverter and check.
3. Sometimes ACs may also disturb the ADSL link.
Rest take the name of God and do the job.

There is no point in supporting BSNL EU after seeing the Items to be discussed in 24th National Council meeting (in BsnlEUCHQ wen Site). There is nothing regarding the JTO internal Exam in it.
