Thats true even if you dont know about fibre optics, become layman - try
your mobile in ATM machine room. Hidden cameras will be there but your phone
will still work.

Sir,
I , Santosh Anand presently occurring the post of CIRCLE SECRETARY of SNATTA CTD (Calcutta Telephones District) want to resign from my post with immediate effect.
Sir, there is only reason that I have failed to protect interest of TTA's of my circle(all TTA's are of 2007 & 2008 batch). When we formed SNATTA here (8th NOV 2009), then the main issue was protecting our interest in ongoing wage-revision. But now I realized that I failed to achieve my goal.
I am not blaiming here anyone for what happened with new TTA's. but yesterday (15th JUNE2010), when I saw that all GR.C & GR.D employees are getting approx 1 LAKHS as arrear but there was no name of many of TTA's in the list even they all have served BSNL for 18 months, I felt that I failed to protect their interest.

hi everybody..
as i have not much knowledge of wage revision so i cannot convince Santosh
CTD (& other TTAs) that why he and all New Dr.TTAs could not get Arrears
that are meant for only old TTAs (employees) who have served the Deptt. for
nearly 8 yrs (he may understand after 8 yrs in BSNL, when he will face same
Plight of ours that we r facing today)
His *efforts, dedication, commitment, honesty towards his Cadre is undoubted
*but sometimes he becomes too emotional and does not think logically & long
term but insists on one demand only.
*can anybody make him understand..??*
*now i feel that we really missing the services of Chandan and Dhiraj who
can make anybody understand the *logics behind any issue.
Let me Clear Two things here..
We all so called *Old TTAs (Fighter TTAs Founders of SNATTA)* do stand with
our young brothers. *We tried our best but if we fail then how can we
justify our Sincerity to the Association members..??*
i know money means something to an employee but its not everything for our
Career growth. *the foremost thing is regular Promotion & Job
Satisfaction.When we get promotions we obvious get hike in salary,
hike in status, hike
in repute, hike in Job satisfaction. *Nobody wants their life stagnant. Our
GS, President and whole SNATTA still trying its Best. *
in my opinion, as a priority regular Internal exams should be conducted,
designation name should be changed, Highest pay scale should be given to
TTAs.
You should continuously make representations to all associations, Unions and
raise healthy criticism.*
But don't create any further Division (the real motto of Unions) among us
untill and unless nobody listens you or take care of ur issues to its
logical end. Believe me, we TTAs have more experience and understanding than
you all and we all are still fighting with union & management for the last 8
yrs. We got something but short of healthy achievement so far. due to the
following Reasons:-
*1*. Lack of Unity among top management in SNATTA
*2*. Lack of regular Funds from TTAs,
*3*. Lack of Growth in memberships of SNATTA,
*4*. Lack of coordination among Circle Secretaries, Presidents and
Coordinators.
*5*. Interest in Post rather than Cause.
*6*. Lack of Logical thinkers.
*7*. Loss of Senior TTAs (who left our Association) who were well aware of
the system at top.
*8. *Lack of understanding among New Dr.TTAs
*after 4 yrs of formation of SNATTA we have not reached to every TTA of the
BSNL. Most of us has not tried to enroll new TTAs into SNATTA's fold and make
them understand the importance of an Association for their Welfare**.
*
*Until and Unless we achieve the above Eight, we have to wait..!!*
rest the decision is yours because after passing of few yrs when more new
TTAs will join the BSNL the same problem will arise again, then you will
repent later.
Think twice before taking any action as some of the young chaps have not
understood the Department yet how will they fight with the whole system.
*note*:- i am not undermining your talent (santosh & other new Dr.TTAs) but
taking random actions will add to our miseries.

Dear Santosh,
Your resignation has gone to the General Secretary and President. Logically I may not interfere in that but being a Circle Bearer of Gujarat circle I can suggest you something for the matter.
This is a big corporation. Here no 100% achievement is possible. Actually you can not say that you are failed to solve the issue now. There is still time to solve the problem. It is only that the reactions of members are still full of emotions. They will definately think practically on the issue and set there minds. The issue is to be solve by CHQ and not you or me.
The Leader should be capable of raising the issues. it is least concern with solutions. Solutions depends on many things.... Cirumtances, Unity, Halt on Management, Type of issue etc....
So, please don't blame yourself and don't think that you have failed.. There is still hope of solution.. Why you giving up so early.......
We all have to fight for the issue.... Still result not have come.... Management has not told that nothing can be done in the matter...
If even management says that, we have a chance to go to the COURT......
I suggest you think more on it and make the members understand the situation.....
IF WE ARE UNITED, WE WILL GET THE RESULTS ( IT MAY BE SOME LATE....).

POLL QUESTION: As a TTA you pay subscription to which union? Your identity will not be disclosed
CHOICES AND RESULTS
- FNTO, 4 votes, 13.33%
- NFTE, 3 votes, 10.00%
- BSNLEU, 14 votes, 46.67%
- OTHER, 9 votes, 30.00%
This is just a sample servey. No. of Poll is small but represents how fractured we are ? ... After all what is the literal meaning of Assosiation : I think it is keeping company. Unfortunitely we TTAs are not keeping company and are not at all united . The world out there is not stupid ....
We have got what we deserve... I hope we all take a lesson and get united .. In Ranchi SSA we do not pay subscription fee to any union till date other then SNATTA ( Except One TTA ... who is with NFTE and have clear reasons for it ... even then he joines us every meetings ).
I once again request you all to scrap this dual memebrship thing... we should be member of only one Union SNATTA and only then people will take us seriously. Remember if Issues of TTAs are discussed today seperately .. and If we have reservation in NCM , RCM , LCM it is because we have a identity as SNATTA.
Knowingly and unknowingly most of us are distroying the identity of SNATTA.... it does not matter if we go with BSNLEU or NFTE.. but if we go this way ...in next few days ..we will have no platform to raise our voice .... we will not figure in NCMs.... and wage negotiations .. and such meetings ... DO not help BSNLEU and NFTE to distroy SNATTA. .... look what somebody has done .... started a website ... used SNATTA LOGO... & platform to gain access to TTAs.... and resigned ..... what a joke ?
Think !!!!.... you are helping whome ..... !!!!TTAS or NFTE or BSNLEU ...... whome ?

You are absolutely right.But the problem is almost all the TTAs doesnt think.Their brain or the thought provoking system is controlled by the union from the very first day of joining bsnl as most of them have even signed union papares before even submitting the joining report.Very funny???????Joining a union even before joining a company???
