Dear Comrades,
this is iswar from Tirupati SSA. I am enclosing my personal pay request
format letter which I had submitted here in my SSA. I request you to put it
in snatta website & inform all DR TTAs of 2007 & 2008 about this.
Actually here we are in great loss; 1) Please observe the difference in
emoluments of Pre-revised pay scale(s) and Revised pay scale(s) [on the date
of Joining, & there onwards too] 2) Also Please Observe the Difference in
Revised Pay Scale(s) with Personal Pay & Without Personal Pay. [Ok Personal
Pay is allowed according to Pay Revision orders & it is solved;
But, full Pay Protection is still not provided that is explained in next
point] ] 3) Even with Personal Pay in Revised Pay scale(s) also we are
loosing some about 80% of our first increment when compared with
Pre-revised Pay Scales(s). Also If we are allowed to continue Pre-revised
Pay scales without revision to us we are Happy [ only thing HRA 10 % on
Revised Basic Pay when compared with 10 % on Pre-revised Basic Pay is only
single benfit thing we are getting in Pay Revision.]
Please look this matter by dealing with the basic fundamental definitions of
all components of revision.
Also Please look through terms "30 % Weightage or Fitment". How these terms
are difined?
We(DR TTAs of 2007 & 2008) are not recruited in the "Revised Pay Scale(s)
with Fitment to Pre-revise Pay Scale(s)"
We are recruited in Pre-revised Scale(s).
Is fitment is defined by experience factor?
Is fitment an experience bonus pay factor?
please look through the basics

And one more thing some DR TTAs 2007 & 2008 are feeling that they are
different from SNATTA interests and they are forming new associations. I
want to say all of you that after 3 or 4 years all are going to be united
soon.

Hello Friend,
I have clarified the issue by seeking reply from EPF authorities and submitted my representation almost one year back. however, the typical letter-baazi of cunning officials kept it on hold.
Now, as many of us are not aware that there is a Staff Grievances officer at each SSA and Circle HQ. I have planned to approach him for this instead of directly approaching accounts people. Just drafting a representation for the same.
All LCM/RCM/NCM members can raise the issue in council meetings too. I am doing the same.
Call me for sharing more views on the issue.

What is the latest rate of interest of personal loan from union bank for BSNL employees .The scheme is valid up to 31july but the rate of interest as told by the branch manager is 11% , is there is new MoU with union bank if any one has details please pass on.,the old roi was 9.75%.
