online IT filing has been simplified and anybody could do it WITH ease. Although many sites like arthamoney, simpletax offer online filing for a nominal fee, it is better to use the regular incometax website that offers free online filing of IT. ALL that u need in ur PC is MS-excel with macro enabled. Excel versions may vary, which u need to check at the time ofdownloading.
At the end of filing ur tax, u will be prompted for a digital signature. Such digital signatures can be bought at a price of Rs200/- valid for a year or so. However digital signature is not mandatory to complete the task. Simply post the IT-return receipt to the IT office, (they will give u directions as to which office to post to).

HAPPY FILING

Hi Vaishakh,

I have already taken up the case with my SSA Authorities in this regard. Even you can contribute upto 100% of Basic+DA in employee's contribution (Employer's contribution do not change). However, strangely, due to some unknown reasons, ITPC Pune has not implemented the same despite of clear-cut instructions of BSNL CO CA Cell Circular No: 44 dated 12.08.2005 that EPF contributions have to be made without limiting it to Rs 6500 pm.

All are requested to give in writing to your AO (Cash) through proper channel to increase pension contribution from existing Rs 541 pm to 8.33% of your basic + DA.

Dear Friends,
I agree with Bandhan,
I understand your panic but this is not the right way to show ur
griviances.
All the members of SNATTA body (Earlier and today) have done the work
selflessly and devotedly.
They did various sacrifices so the statement(mentioned by Joy) is making "insult" of their efforts.
Don't get frustrate in earlier stage of ur career u have long way to go.

don't blame someone unnecessarily when u dont have any kind of proof or authentic data.
i am not agree with ur below statement
" i doubt someone took money for signing this immoral product called wage revision of a dirty relation with EU!!!"
we agree that something went wrong but blindly pin pointing someone is totally ridiculous.

i hope u will take care in future.

Hi Friends,

Joy looks frustrated. But this is natural only .We all
are frustrated ……..deeply frustrated in fact. But I agree we should not blame
someone unnecessarily. It is a bad game. I have always been against banning any
message on the group. So we should respect this freedom. Breaking this group
and Associations will be easy I guess but raising anything like this might me
very difficult.
I hope all of us understand this.
Kind regards,Anand

dear frnds,
every understands the frustration, but it doesnt mean that u can throw peeble on everyone. Joy is sending msgs which are hurting the feelings of many.
He is even blaming the association for all the -ve and doesnt understand the limitations of SNATTA , numberwise. He is quite new in the organisation and it
seems luckily he has got posted in urban. So Joy and likes , pls understand the ground realities first and then act. Even we are frustrated, and some of our frnds have even resigned and joined elsewhere out of this frustration, but we dont keep on saying this and blaming others. Together we have sought a way out. CHQ and many others are trying best . Its is very easy for us to sit on the desk , scribble some mail and sent it on the grp, but how many of us are having guts to lead, act and spent for others like Manish, Hakam, Vikas, Dharmendra, and many other. If anyone of u have it , most welcome to the AIC, take the opportunity, but only if u can deliver and dedicate.
Once again understand the ground realities. We are handful in number but still have a voice. Its all coz of the efforts of few and togetherness of all. Think abt how good it would be if it becomes efforts of many and togetherness of all. So refrain urselves from spreading -vevity and dont ever dare to break the unity of this association.

regards,
Santosh J. Devadiga.

 Dear all,

Congratulations ! Entry has been started for committe formation at ssa level, which comprises MOST ACTIVE FIVE MEMBERS OF YOUR SSA, so send more entries to FULLFIL OURS LONG PENDING DEMANDS SINCE LAST MANY YEARS at    snatta.jindabad@gmail.com .It is my humble request that tell yours all fellows about committee formation.A few lines below for our DREAMS OF SNATTA--------

The Most Dangerous

Most treacherous is not the robbery
of hard earned wages

Most horrible is not the torture by the police.

Most dangerous is not the graft for the treason and greed.

To be caught while asleep is surely bad

surely bad is to be buried in silence

But it is not most dangerous.

To remain dumb and silent in the face of trickery
Even when just, is definitely bad

Surely bad is reading in the light of a firefly

But it is not most dangerous

Most dangerous is
To be filled with dead peace
Not to feel agony and bear it all,
Leaving home for work
And from work return home

Most dangerous is the death of our dreams.

10. BSNL lashes out at Trai for taking only private calls.
Posted by: "Bandhan.P.Singh" email13@gmail.com bsnl_chd
Date: Fri Jun 25, 2010 2:42 am ((PDT))

BSNL lashes out at Trai for taking only private calls.NEW DELHI: State-owned
BSNL has accused telecom regulator Trai of conniving with private mobile
firms, especially new operators that obtained licences in 2008, to destroy
the company. These allegations mark BSNLs harshest-ever criticism of the
countrys telecom regulator.

This comes within days of large private operatorsBharti Airtel, Vodafone
Essar and Idea Cellularboycotting Trais latest consultation process to fix
the price of second-generation (2G) wireless spectrum, citing lack of
transparency by the regulator. Earlier this month, Vittorio Colao, the
global CEO of Vodafone, the worlds largest private mobile operator, met
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to explain the companys concerns on Indias
degenerating telecom regulatory and investment climate.

In a strongly-worded communication to Trai, BSNL said the regulator used
non-existent and incorrect information for giving completely impermissible,
predetermined and biased recommendations against the PSU. It further said
this was done to favour private operators and cause financial losses to it
as well as put it in a competitive disadvantage.

The telco was referring to Trais latest recommendations, where it had said
BSNL held 12.4 MHz of airwaves in most service areas and was under-utilising
the same. Trai had called for the withdrawal of 2.4 MHz of airwaves from
BSNL in all service areas.

The telco said the maximum airwaves it held in any area was 7.6 MHz. Despite
Trai being fully conscious and aware that it did not have 12.4 MHz of
airwaves in any area, it used incorrect information to support its
recommendations, which called for withdrawing spectrum from the PSU, the
telco alleged.

BSNL also alleged that Trais motive was to take back spectrum from it and
assign it to new private operators such as Unitech (Telenor), Swan
(Etisalat), S Tel and Datacom (Videocon), among others, that were given
mobile licences in 2008.

The countrys largest telecom company pointed out that Trai had failed to
use the same yardstick against private operators and did not recommend
withdrawal of any airwaves from them even as they (private players) held
equal quantities or more spectrum than the PSU.
