I m 2002 batch T.T.A. and i m fully agree with you that our leaders have not taken care for our whole cadre.I think they were not aware about policies of wage revision and may be possible didn't done home work for wage revision or may be pressure from EU side.if these matter were excerised well, then this condition will not arise.They had to raise this matter in NCM wage revision meetings.Think, not a single demand is satisfied from EU whatever commitment done at election time.Now our respected leaders have to take serious actions against EU.Dear TTAs don't forget that Unity is our strength.dear Leaders, I m really sorry if i m wrong on this matter.

Dear Girish Kumar,
Don't be so exited. We have serve the department for last 7 years and for that we are getting the 30% fitment. You have just entered in to. The revision of scales will decide your benefit. But it will definately not at par with the recruitees before 1.1.2007 and it is ligible. The fitment is the part of service before the wage revision, that is not applicable in 2008 and 2009 batch.
There is nothing to think of. We are trying our best for better Revised Scales. Even we have demanded that they should be revised as per the DPE guidlines. Then it will be about 16400/-. Let's see what happens.
Don't ever try to mislead someone that there will be injustice to 2008 & 2009 batch. This is the rule.

I had told that it is a RULE that post 2007 staff will not get FITMENT. Even some other Staff also didn't get fitment i.e. Sr.TOAs,PMs who have appointed on compensation ground.
If you take my words wrong, I am not responsible.
Blaming some one is so easy as u can see ( what you are doing ). Working out with something is more difficult.
You may feel the position of the Member in Wage Commitee from our side. 13 other union members and one of ours. The issue is of mear 12000 employees amongst 2.5 lakh employees.
Do u think if you were there in place of Hakkam Singh, you might have come out with something more ?????
To shout is a different thing and to do something is a different thing. We are mearly 12000 and from that if it is the matter of taking STRONG ACTIONS there might be about 3000 only. Every thing should not be taken EMOTIONALLY. It is to be taken calmly and we should think practically on every issue. It is to solve politically. Resignation from any union or anything is not the solution. No union will be interested in this issue. All are talking about changing the union. Who thinks that NFTE will help us ???????????? ?????
Here the Game is of Mass. We are 12000, they are 2.5 lakhs. Think on it.
SNATTACHQ leaders have started the actions in the matter. We hope it will be solved. They are collecting enough documents and representations have been started.
I had offered my people to go on strike. Batch 2008 and 2009 are on Probation. How can they go on strike ?
Think practically and not EMOTIONALLY.
Leaders are not bound to do the leadership. They are giving their valuable time for association. Their wives are fade up of their union activities. Still they are handling this stuff.
So leaders may expect faith from members and atleast they should not be blamed. Otherwise... ..... They are not getting any SALARY from the association.

I see a lot of buzz about this GOVERNMENT OF TAMILNADU order. It is fantastic.
In the similar lines almost all Electricity boards give immidiate promotion to J.E.s once they complete AMIE. One of my friend (workin in B.S.E.B. Patna) got promoted 2 years back .. me and him both completed AMIE in Sept.2008.
Now someone who has some Knowledge might suggest why can be get promoted in BSNL on the same line ? ...
I think if Tamilnadu Govt. order can work in case of Wage revision , BSNL should follow the B.S.E.B. Orders for promotion ???? what do you say ??

I had offered my people to go on strike. Batch 2008 and 2009 are on Probation. How can they go on strike ?
Think practically and not EMOTIONALLY.
Leaders are not bound to do the leadership. They are giving their valuable time for association. Their wives are fade up of their union activities. Still they are handling this stuff.
So leaders may expect faith from members and atleast they should not be blamed. Otherwise... ..... They are not getting any SALARY from the association.

Dear Girish Kumar,
Don't be so exited. We have serve the department for last 7 years and for that we are getting the 30% fitment. You have just entered in to. The revision of scales will decide your benefit. But it will definately not at par with the recruitees before 1.1.2007 and it is ligible. The fitment is the part of service before the wage revision, that is not applicable in 2008 and 2009 batch.
There is nothing to think of. We are trying our best for better Revised Scales. Even we have demanded that they should be revised as per the DPE guidlines. Then it will be about 16400/-. Let's see what happens.
Don't ever try to mislead someone that there will be injustice to 2008 & 2009 batch. This is the rule.

Hi,
Discussed the wage revision problem and negative arrear cases of Post 2007
TTAs with the Asst General Secretary of BSNLEU. The discussion was very
disappointing. He said that the issue is only bcz of the delay in revison,
if the scales were revised before our recruitment then there will not be
any complaint.

dear friends,regarding pay fixation issue, we request our junior colleague to cooperate their seniors for making justice for them, sharing ideas how to represent the issues in front of BSNLEU & mgmt. for raising voice for that maintaining unity is important, so,donot dishearten friends, have patience we r the cadre of struggle for getting any thing. "NO WAY OUT IF UNITY BREAKES" both union & mgmt will take undue advantage. Be alert!!!
I also suggest our CHQ to discuss the case among ourselves & represent SNATTA in such a way in front of BSNLEU & Mgmt. to get the justice for any one snattaians facing injustice.

dear friends, any body having any circular/letter issued by M/s bsnl for refunding "past period epf recovery" from subsequent salaries of employees. There r so many RTI & EPFO letters to bsnl for violation of epfo guidelines, but still bsnl is doing as per their own guidelines.
whenever we approach epf(bsnl) authority at our local place,they simply deny to follow other offices circulars(epfo & rti)exceptBSNL, so anywhere if bsnl has issued letter for refunding past period recovery, we may also demand vide that cir. so from any EPF(JTO/TTA/PM/TOA..) person got such letter can be incashed by us.

Everyone (new TTAs) know what is going to happen with them as they are the most educated non executive menber in bsnl. No one can mislead us.

the difference between the basic pays of the TTAs joining in a mere difference of one year amounts to an alarming high of Rs. 3000/ at the starting stage without any increment.
If the starting gap of basic pay between the pre and post recruited TTAs is aprox. Rs. 3000/- , what would be the salary gap of the employees for same cadre in the next pay revision after 10 years?
Ø Is it justified for the DRTTAs joined after 01.01.2007, through the same level of competitive examination and with same qualification ?
Ø Is it only for because we have joined just after 1.1.2007 ?

I had told that it is a RULE that post 2007 staff will not get FITMENT. Even some other Staff also didn't get fitment i.e. Sr.TOAs,PMs who have appointed on compensation ground.

How to escape a Heart Attack

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help,the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!
