Hello Naresh,
The concept of Junior and Senior is according to yourdate of entry in BSNL. Early entrant will be considered senior and the jurisdiction will be at National level. The only criteria in deciding seniority for settlement of pay anomalies is DoJ.
The instructions for settlement of pay anomalies during executive's wage revision were conveyed vide BSNL CO letter dated 23.09.2009 vide which, the senior's increment was ante-dated with the junior's however, the instructions stand revised vide letter dated 14.06.2010, in which, the senior's salary will be stepped up at par with junior on the date when the junior starts drawing salary higher to than of basic. However the increment to the senior will be given 12 months after this stepping up.
However, I personally feel that any senior getting his/her pay anomaly settled this way will be in loss as just due to stepping up of basic by merely Rs 100.00 will shift one's increment 1 to 11 months later....... so........... bad luck

Any person working in PSU or govt. who is working honestly with much accuracy has to work till his retirement, one who is sitting will be sitting drawing more pay with comforts.

pay fixation for the DRTTA after 2007 is at par with their salaries with personal pay adjustment to clear the -ve arrears so there supposed to be no any -ve arrears

Please ref to attached attachment. Most crucial point is point no 7, which will be hurdle for us if we use some unconstitutional means for having and using the Roll Nos which are generated by HRMS Package for the SDE LICE.
our Main strength is the DoPT guidelines, which are not being adopted in our case since our recruitment and secondly is the 33% quota this time is in violation to RRs of SDEs. this quota till time was 25% but how BSNL Mgmt increased it to 33% without any approval from the DoPT and DoT. this matter may be challanged after the exams also.
I m doing mine level best to have this exam postponed but truly and honestly saying..."we are too too too late in this direction.my fingers are crossed that may God postpone the conduct of the said exam by means of other reasons and then we can have some more time for our Atomic and Laser guided move".
incerasing the quota from 25 to 33% means 8% less vacancies available for us when we ours turn come. Secondly i can't understand how BSNL can have non degree holders to fight this SDE LICE thereby violating its own framed BSNL SDE RRs....?
its mine appeal to all Non-Grads TTAs to please start for AMIE as early as posible as the BSNL mgmt is chasing us like anything. Mgmt is allowing the Non degrre holders everytime, but when our time come, it may pose a qualificational and conditional threat to our non-graduate techie domain thereby forcing us again to seek the legal help and delayed proceedings.

Please ref to attached attachment. Most crucial point is point no 7, which will be hurdle for us if we use some unconstitutional means for having and using the Roll Nos which are generated by HRMS Package for the SDE LICE.
our Main strength is the DoPT guidelines, which are not being adopted in our case since our recruitment and secondly is the 33% quota this time is in violation to RRs of SDEs. this quota till time was 25% but how BSNL Mgmt increased it to 33% without any approval from the DoPT and DoT. this matter may be challanged after the exams also.
I m doing mine level best to have this exam postponed but truly and honestly saying..."we are too too too late in this direction.my fingers are crossed that may God postpone the conduct of the said exam by means of other reasons and then we can have some more time for our Atomic and Laser guided move".
incerasing the quota from 25 to 33% means 8% less vacancies available for us when we ours turn come. Secondly i can't understand how BSNL can have non degree holders to fight this SDE LICE thereby violating its own framed BSNL SDE RRs....?
its mine appeal to all Non-Grads TTAs to please start for AMIE as early as posible as the BSNL mgmt is chasing us like anything. Mgmt is allowing the Non degrre holders everytime, but when our time come, it may pose a qualificational and conditional threat to our non-graduate techie domain thereby forcing us again to seek the legal help and delayed proceedings.
