Dear Girish Kumar,
Don't be so exited. We have serve the department for last 7 years and for
that we are getting the 30% fitment. You have just entered in to. The
revision of scales will decide your benefit. But it will definately not at
par with the recruitees before 1.1.2007 and it is ligible. The fitment is
the part of service before the wage revision, that is not applicable in 2008
and 2009 batch.
There is nothing to think of. We are trying our best for better Revised
Scales. Even we have demanded that they should be revised as per the DPE
guidlines. Then it will be about 16400/-. Let's see what happens.
Don't ever try to mislead someone that there will be injustice to 2008 &
2009 batch. This is the rule.

All are not blaming anybody. Everyone is expressing their own views regarding wage revision. This has to be discussed with BSNLEU and BSNL Mgmt by Leaders of SNATTA immediately.

Dear Gireesh,
I had told that it is a RULE that post 2007 staff will not get FITMENT. Even some other Staff also didn't get fitment i.e. Sr.TOAs,PMs who have appointed on compensation ground.
If you take my words wrong, I am not responsible.
Blaming some one is so easy as u can see ( what you are doing ). Working out with something is more difficult.
You may feel the position of the Member in Wage Commitee from our side. 13 other union members and one of ours. The issue is of mear 12000 employees amongst 2.5 lakh employees.
Do u think if you were there in place of Hakkam Singh, you might have come out with something more ?????
To shout is a different thing and to do something is a different thing. We are mearly 12000 and from that if it is the matter of taking STRONG ACTIONS there might be about 3000 only. Every thing should not be taken EMOTIONALLY. It is to be taken calmly and we should think practically on every issue. It is to solve politically. Resignation from any union or anything is not the solution. No union will be interested in this issue. All are talking about changing the union. Who thinks that NFTE will help us ?????????????????
Here the Game is of Mass. We are 12000, they are 2.5 lakhs. Think on it.
SNATTACHQ leaders have started the actions in the matter. We hope it will be solved. They are collecting enough documents and representations have been started.
I had offered my people to go on strike. Batch 2008 and 2009 are on Probation. How can they go on strike ?
Think practically and not EMOTIONALLY.
Leaders are not bound to do the leadership. They are giving their valuable time for association. Their wives are fade up of their union activities. Still they are handling this stuff.
So leaders may expect faith from members and atleast they should not be blamed. Otherwise........ They are not getting any SALARY from the association.

specially of 07 & 08 batch will the part of 14&16 june aggitation & neither in any next aggitation drama call by BSNLEU untill they fullfill our demands specially the pay loss. To compensate it we demand atleast 5 increments or full fitment benefit.
 Now it is upto the GS BSNLEU to fullfill the demand of TTAs otherwise no need to beg TTAs for vote this time.

Hello Sir,
The EPF Accounts have not been updated yet by the EPF Authorities for 2009-10 I suppose as we have not received the EPF slips yet. In some of the states, EPFO has made the provision of online balance enquiry and in some states, you need to depend on EPF balance slip. For that, you can inquire from your Salary Section.
However, if you have never been supplied with the annual EPF Slips you can ask for the same in RTI from your SSA HQ or concerned EPF Commissioner.
You can also ask for a copy of annual EPF statement from your SSA Office for the year 2009-10.
Feel free to call fro any clarification regarding EPF.
