Hi friends,
see I have compared my salary slip with that of Maneesh CA Hrms 200800430 TTA , there is no personnel pay for me . I am from 2002 batch my salary slip is as follows.
My Basic 19540 Maneesh 14010
DA 6800 4825
HRA 1954 sp comp 525
Diet 44 44
skill 315 226
TPA 200 200
personal pay Nil 1580 .
If it is so kindly clarify that for all the 2007&2008 ttas is pay protection given by personal pay ?

Your frustration and pain generates such wordings. You may go to the extreme harsh. But still you are our younger brother. So nobody will reply in the same language to you.
If you were watching the TTA cadre before getting the new salary then you could not have said this. During the wage revision's discussion time Namboodiri was continuiosy getting the calls and mails from our leaders. It was a routine for Manish to make at least one call in every two days. Our GS had written letter to CMD. If they had suceeded then you people would have been getting higher pay. But you might never know who tried for it because you are not interested in such things.
We failed to get a good pay to new ones. It is not because of the negligence of leaders. They didn't get the sufficient support from the TTAs. When we joined in BSNL, we failed to get the deserved 7800 scale to TTAs. We failed in getting 5 year condition, JTO exam, JE designation etc. One can easily blame it on leaders. But even Mahatma Gandhi can't achieve something for TTAs. That is the situation in BSNL. You must know it.
You can easily ask to resign. Because you don't know how they become leaders. They were not simply appointed by CMD. They did a lot of things to SNATTA. No use of explaining it now. If they resign then are you able to lead us?

Besides the facts furnished thru my previous mail,
Foreign deputed TTAs will not be given the medical allowances what we r gtg on quarterly basis and also no any other allowances like rural allowance, diet allowance and other perks. Also, the expenses towards phone call and internet is going to be more than messing. I spent around Rs 3000 for messing and over Rs. 3000 for other expenses.
Regarding gulf countries, satellite O&M/ Transmission projects are running in KSA and OFC/Networking projects are running in UAE, Dubai, Jordan & Qatar. Selection of candidates for gulf countries is based on our efforts in TCIL. If luck favours, we can put up application after reaching TCIL HQ for attempting to get gulf countries if we have experience in these fields. Of course some visa quota is reserved for muslim candidates exclusively for KSA projects.

it is the time to re think to all new DRTTA's (2007 & 2008 batch) that
why it is so important to be an active member of SNATTA.....
many of us when joined in BSNL was approached HEAVILY by other
unions..........& due to lack of marking of importance of union in our
life, many of us were joining to other unions................
but , actually that was a turning point,,,,,,,when a diploma holder
(minm qualification).....is unaware about his future then others will
defenetly make them fool............
it is only SNATTA, who always look forward for TTA's....
SNATTA has raised a lot of issues about TTA's....filed a lot of case
for fruith to TTA's........turned JTO LICE exam from 10 to 7 yr & still
fighting for 5yr.....................THEN WHO WILL BE MORE
BENEFITTED????????ONLY US & US.............

much/less)........maximum of our seniors will become JTO to guide us in
our office (i wish all the best for them)........then who will raise

Once a smoker was smoking at airport.
A gentlman arrives & asked him: 1din me kitne cigarete pi lete ho?
smoker: y?
Gentlman: agar tum ab tak zindagi me cigarette pe kharch kiye gaye paise
bachate to samne khada hua plane tumhara hota.
Smoker: to kya wo plane apka hai?
Gentlman: nahi.
Smoker: thanks 4 ur advice, but wo plane mera hi hai.
