Go through the main stream executive unions-SNEA, AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA.
They all are asking for a revised scale for new JTOs; not for fitment.
Why?
it means that as SNATTA blindly follow BSNLEU, in the same manner new
JTO's should belong to SNEA, AIBSNLEA,AIGETOA.......they never should
knock to other unions/association....
it is not the fact that "WHO HAS DEMANDED???"..but fact is that "WHAT IS
DEMANDED?????".....
ACCORDING TO YOU:---------
Legally no Govt. or PSU is liable to give the fitment for post 'revision
cut of date' employees. But using its powers Tamilnadu Govt. given it.
So we are lucky to have a point in the court. Definitely you can claim
it. But that too cannot be guaranteed. Govt. of India didn't give that
fitment.
it means you'll raise your voice "WHEN ANY PSU WILL PROVIDE FITMENT TO
NEW EMPLOYEES......../.......OR MR. MANMOHAN SINGH JI WILL ISSUED AN

Santhosh is doing a good work. But the EPF point too may not stand
legally. Your contribution is not decreasing. As per the DA increases in
three months, your contribution increases. Salary too increases. You
can't show any reduction in money in your pay slip even thogh you are
getting a less salary compared to the old one. Only in April, May & June
you are getting the reduced pay(EPF contribution is not decreasing even
in these period-you can show negative contribution only when compared to
the present structure).
i am surprised to see that "how such experienced employee can say that"
i think you've not properly study the calculations of my first message..
and it is reduced from OCTOBER 2009.....(NOT TYPING MISTAKE)..you can
calculate.

WITH HIM.......HE AGREES TO SEND AREPORT TO BSNLEUCHQ & JOINT FORM
REGARDING LOOSE IN SALARY (BCZ ALSO JTO's ARE LOOSER)........WHAT HAVE
YOU DONE??????????
5. JOINT FORUM CAN CALL 2 DAY STRIKE (INCLUDING SNATTA) FOR INCREASING
THE FITMENT FROM 30 %.........BUT NO ONE IN JOINT FORUM CAN CALL
STRIKE.......FOR THE LOSS IN SALARY TO APPROX 12000 EMPLOYEES
(TTA+JTO)..........
6. I/WE NEVER SAY THAT WE ARE JUST WANTING FITMENT....OUR MOTTO IS TO
STOP THE LOSS.......EITHER THROUGH 5 INCREMENT....THROUGH MERGING OF NE
9, NE 10, NE 11 SCALE.....OR FITMENT........
BUT ALL NEW TTA'S ARE MORE HOPEFULL TO FITMENT-STRATEGY....BECAUSE IT
IS CONDUCTED IN GOVT. OF TAMILNADU......
