There is a news on SNATTA.ORG that All India conference is sheduled to be held on 02/10/2010. Its very late. As union verification is also going to be held in DEC, 2010, then there will be nothing to do in AIC than to consider to whom we will have to support.
All trade unions will again give us assurance to fulfill our TTAs demands. Trade union will give us reference of code of conduct due to verification that they can not do anything for TTAs at that time. after winning election you all knows what will happen.
Then we will again repeat to held AIC one or two months before next verification.
ITS ALL USELESS.
We are more inteligent, eduicated & united cadre among non-executives but where we fail that is LACK OF STRATEGY.
Its my request to chq to held AIC as soon as possible most probably in august.
Ask all circles to compulsary held circle conferences in the first two weeks of july.
In any circle conference invite GS & CHQ Leaders of BSNLEU tell them frankly to consider all our TTAs demands in main agenda of NCM , next dharnas & strikes.

Spectrum Fees. Now BSNL is left with Rs.9500 Cr out of which Rs.4000 Cr will
be utilized for paying wage arrears and the Rest Rs. 5000Cr will be kept
reserved for Leave Encashment. BSNL is practically on the verge of
bankruptcy.

Hi
Pls tell me if someone had faced this particular problem which one of our subscriber is facing. The ADSL link in his Type-II modem is steady but when LAN is connected to the modem or setup box is connected(as he is having IP TV connection also) to the modem. ADSL link starts blinking. Pls let me know but is the problem and what we should check.

pls check line parameters (SNR and Attenuation) when IPTV load starts on
line the ADSL will become unstable.
also tel ur NIB staff to change line profile to 4 Mbps if its 8 mbps.

Yes Rahul, DRTTA's recruited after 2007 and who had negative arrears, their recovery is started on monthly installment basis. I got negative arrears of Rs. -2788/- & they have already started deducting it. Rs. 697/- per month for four months will be deducted from my HARD earned salary, for no reason. Is this fair? Is it our mistake to join BSNL after 2007? Are we working less than other BSNL employees? Is this the REWARD we get working Honestly in this company?
lastly one thing to say: "STRAIGHT TREES ARE CUT FIRST & HONEST PEOPLE ARE SCREWED FIRST"

Ask to GS of EU. He will help you in this matter. We are helpless, uneducated staff in BSNL. So we always need the help of recognised union. They already gave us -ve arrear. So they can only help. Contact to your local EU leader.

Hi!
This type of problem must be checked online, while the modem is on and link is also stable.
Please send the std cod#customer tel. no., DSLAM IP and corretc port no. If port bind is there, then port can be found out easily.
After the modm is on and adsl signal is stable at customer premises, you can call me at 094343-09229, so that I can check the status on line. But, Please don't call me on 28th as I will not be avl,. you can call me after 11 am on any other day.
Just to make sure, also check that, while this problem occurs, any AIR Transmission eqpt in the path of drop wire is on or not during problem time.

Follwing may be the cause.
1. Change the modem along with Adapter.Use 12 V Modem if possible.
2. Inverter may be causing problem.If so remove the inverter and check.
3. Sometimes ACs may also disturb the ADSL link.

October is very late for national conference.I want to share a one important point with you that " in april-2010, our friend VIKAS KUMAR GUPTA has pointed & demanded for early national conference from chq of snatta & most of central cordinator supported that idea of early national conferences even many offered to conduct national conferene in their circles.
Then our chq come forward with ideas to issue instruction to all circles to conduct , respective circles conferences first to avoid natinal conference.
on the instructions of snatta chq only ONE OR TWO circle conferences were held, and suddenly snatta chq DECLARED natinal conferece on 02/10/2010, which is TOO WITHOUT CONSULTING ANY CENTRAL CORDINATORS OR
CWC MEETING.
so my suggestion to you please demands MEETING OF CWC AT DELHI TO FORM STRATEGY FOR OUR ACTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. we have to give stress on our stretegy & our circle conferences & natinal conference go side by side parallelly , OUR CWC HAS SUFFFICENT POWER TO TAKE ANY DECISION FOR OUR FUTURE STRATEGY.

dear all,
A very good stand taken by SNATTA CHQ regarding forth coming NCM issues.BSNLEU always raised old pattern issues with management.SNATTA always support the issues/items of BSNLEU,but they never mind our critical issues.BSNL future always based on new and young dynamic employees like qualified TTA ,& new recruited officials.It is time to show our unity and strongly protest for SNATTA genuine demands at all platforms.

Please ref to attached attachment. Most crucial point is point no 7, which will be hurdle for us if we use some unconstitutional means for having and using the Roll Nos which are generated by HRMS Package for the SDE LICE.
our Main strength is the DoPT guidelines, which are not being adopted in our case since our recruitment and secondly is the 33% quota this time is in violation to RRs of SDEs. this quota till time was 25% but how BSNL Mgmt increased it to 33% without any approval from the DoPT and DoT. this matter may be challanged after the exams also.
I m doing mine level best to have this exam postponed but truly and honestly saying..."we are too too too late in this direction.my fingers are crossed that may God postpone the conduct of the said exam by means of other reasons and then we can have some more time for our Atomic and Laser guided move".
incerasing the quota from 25 to 33% means 8% less vacancies available for us when we ours turn come. Secondly i can't understand how BSNL can have non degree holders to fight this SDE LICE thereby violating its own framed BSNL SDE RRs....?
its mine appeal to all Non-Grads TTAs to please start for AMIE as early as posible as the BSNL mgmt is chasing us like anything. Mgmt is allowing the Non degrre holders everytime, but when our time come, it may pose a qualificational and conditional threat to our non-graduate techie domain thereby forcing us again to seek the legal help and delayed proceedings.

*Dt 28.06.2010**SNATTA CHQ while considering all the developments and
giving due respect to the feelings of its members and officer bearers has
decided that each and every DRTTA would withdraw his/her membership from
BSNLEU/NFTE/FNTO/BMS etc unions before 15th July, 2010. The option form to
stop the deduction can be submitted through proper channel till 15th July,
2010 only. The application to stop the deduction can be given on plain A4
size paper. The compiled data of such members should be prepared by each
Circle Secretary and should be send to the CHQ on snattachq@gmail.com.
Remember we neither the Soldiers of BSNLEU nor NFTE. Start to get united to
achieve the desired results on our concerning issues. Each DS has his
responsibility to get this job done by 15th July, 2010. *
Pls send this mail to every Old, New Dr.TTA and get the work done in said
time.
Its highly Important and crucial for the survival of SNATTA.
