Dear Friends,
Following are the points for considerations wrt the SDE LICE :
Since our recruitment year is 2000 (the year when the vacancies are published in the news paper, we have the paper clippings), we applied under DoT, vacancies was from DoT, roll no was issued but the paper held under BSNL (perhaps), result declared and we joined thereafter. BSNL sent us on training very late in 2001 and thereafter batches are formed thought the training centers across the country were empty. If we sent on training in 2000, then as per DOPT guidelines we will be JTO in 2005, and in 2008 we will have 3 years regular service in the JTO cadre thereby will got eligible for the SDE LICE automatically but we are still in the cadre of TTA after 10 years of the recruitment year and that too are fighting for the Promotional examination in the Courts thereby wasting our golden times in the legal proceedings which we must utilize in the National growth.
DOPT guidelines are being followed in the following exams as under :
Phone Mechanic to TTA LICE (DOPT Guidelines followed)
TTA to JTO LICE (No DOPT Guidelines)
JTO to SDE LICE (DOPT Guidelines followed)
SDE to STS (DOPT Guidelines followed)
STS to Sr. STS (DOPT Guidelines followed)
Then why the cadre of TTA is being made scapegoat since its recruitment?
Since we have the interim orders for the MT (internal) examination which is superior cadre to SDE, then why we can't compete for the SDE LICE.
Since the Educational Qualifications as mentioned in the RR of the SDE is Graduation in Engineering, we all TTAs (who are interested to file the case) are Degree holders (with 5 to 8 years of experience in BSNL), then why we can't compete?
Based on point 3, why the candidates which do not have Degree or Equivalent in engineering are being given the chances for the said SDE LICE. It means BSNL Mgmt itself it violating his own SDE RRs.
We don't want any relaxations w.r.t. the syllabus of the said examination. We are much competent and are at par with the so called applicants.
We want the examination be Postponed till some suitable rules have been framed.
We want that the court allow us for the interim orders.
Please provide ur valuable feedback, comments and suggestions for additions on this matter. Point first will benefits for that TTAs only, who has recruitment year as 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. Please note, its recruitment year and not the joing year. This is the year of advertisement against which you have applied. This will open doors for the TTA friends of Rectt Year 2004 and afterwards.
Please forward your suggestions as early as possible as we are loosing time by each second. Please forward it to as many friends as as u can coz "joined hands always make a strong grip and we need a very strong grip in this case".

Dear friends
There is a news on SNATTA.ORG that All India conference is sheduled to be held on 02/10/2010. Its very late. As union verification is also going to be held in DEC, 2010, then there will be nothing to do in AIC than to consider to whom we will have to support.
All trade unions will again give us assurance to fulfill our TTAs demands. Trade union will give us reference of code of conduct due to verification that they can not do anything for TTAs at that time. after winning election you all knows what will happen.
Then we will again repeat to held AIC one or two months before next verification.
ITS ALL USELESS.
We are more inteligent, eduicated & united cadre among non-executives but where we fail that is LACK OF STRATEGY.
Its my request to chq to held AIC as soon as possible most probably in august.
Ask all circles to compulsary held circle conferences in the first two weeks of july.
In any circle conference invite GS & CHQ Leaders of BSNLEU tell them frankly to consider all our TTAs demands in main agenda of NCM , next dharnas & strikes.
If BSNLEU do not consider our demands in main agenda in given time period then give them
