in may 2010 salary i got revised pay without fitmant arount 551 rupees pay redcution in may 2010 bsnl tamil nadu circle not getting personal pay in dharmapuri & Trichy SSA/ IMPCS . but some of our SSA given personal pay of Rs. 1580 and pay companstation around 525. given for post 2007 ttas,

So i urge to all new DR TTA To come forward and open ur eyes.

Hi Friends
i want to seek one information....what are the duty timings of TTA....is it 10 AM to 5:30 PM?....or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM?....we dont have any rule n regulation copy...my SDE is use to force us to come at 9:00 AM sharp.i think all other TTA of other exchange are coming at 10 AM....even BSNLEU staff(line man n phone mechanic) are saying that it is 9:00 AM...PM duty timings 9:00 to 2:00 PM(actual)...but we as a TTA in broadband section have to work till 5:30 PM....pls provide the needfull information

of JTO/SDE. do work as TTA only . because we are paying only as TTA, not
for exta-smart working.
4) find out part time job - earn money which is not less than u lost in new pay revision!!

i have seen some sdo's who dictate their own work culture then BSNL's norms.

*Dt 02.06.2010. CHQ asks the BSNLEU leadership to seriously take up the
issue of loss in the salaries and emoluments of the DRTTA's of the batch
2007 & 2008 due to the 2nd pay scale revision. The settlement can be arrived
by giving them fitment as is given to the DRJTO's of 2005 batch and or given
by the Tamilnadu government to its employees and or give them 5 additional
increments in the revised pay.

I HAVE PAID THE BILL......................
Now I want to purchase that modem. When request for modem is generated
concerned official told me to pay

I want to KNOW whether the rent I have already paid as RS 720 for 9 months is

Dear Dhiraj,
As I know Sh. Malik (Distt. President) Amritsar SNATTA is your good friend, so why are you not asking him about the non-functional of the SNATTA body. Every time in Dharna/Demonstration/Strike/Meeting , I didnot find any of ours DP/DS. Yours efforts are good but put it into some creative activity. TTABSNL group is a good platform to discuss any issue but to make an effective distt. body we have to spare time/money/attention also.
If you want to do something come on and we'll make plan to make SNATTA body functional.

hi according to subject there is no any activity done by distt body of SNATTA in amritsar.many newly recruited TTA dont know that who is distt secretary and who is distt president of SNATTA in amritsar. very weak performed of distt body since its formation .so i request to SNATTA circle secretary punjab that arrange newly distt body of SNATTA in amritsar because old distt body is old and not working properly.

Dear B.P. you are right. I think that there is no use of posting a sincere mail in group by CHQ.
Because there is no patience and faith in CHQ now. All are acusing CHQ for not doing anything for TTAs. What is the meaning of Fitment is still not understood.
What all are talking about is To get Higher Salary and the LOGICs behind that are right obviously but to implement that WE SHOULD GET HELP OF LAW.
As it is the issue of 12000 people out of 2.5 lacs, no one is expected for help.
We should approach LAWYER for the matter i think.
Why someone is not trying to approach a LAWYER. Here the help of court gives result for all. When there is no meaning of filing Case, there we have filed a CASE.
Try to approach a Lawyer for the matter....

atleast CHQ should post some sincere msg to the group so that the unrest prevailing among all new TTAs get cools down a bit. CHQ should act like big brother and listen patiently to all.
we all knew that CHQ tried to get good pay scale for all but could not reach upto the expectation of all. No worries.... we all are with CHQ if they initiate any further action for the betterment of all.
CHQ alone could not do anything until and unless all quarters of SNATTA echo the same voice.
i remember CHQ gave call for meeting in Delhi on feb 7, 2010. but only 25% reached there. Now tell me what a GS or President can do when official members could not act accordingly and responsibly.
