to pay `300 as delegate fees and for their stay at GOA they are suppose to
be in contact with the Maharashtra Circle Team.*

In our sdca my sde is promoted in walk-in-group when he passed B.sc i.e higher qualification then entry qualification of RSA so why not we getting walk-in-group promotion to JTO if we achieve B.E degree. no matter for examination for higher qualification holder.whon have compleated seven year of service.we all requested to general secaratery to discuss the matter in ncm.In

In above mentioned matter if my friends(TTAs) take seriously then i request to all my friend to send atleast one mail to GS(SNATTA) & GS(BSNLEU) to take this burning issue.

It is to intimate that I Surajpreet Singh T.T.A (outdoor) B.S.N.L, Ropar, Punjab.
I came from Mohali to Ropar daily by bus covers distance of 55 kms. It is very difficult to manage complaints depending upon official vehicle because at the time of complaint the vehicle is busy in managing other factors of Exchange, so I buy a scooter to look after the complaints as I’m in outdoor section. I manage the petrol & maintenance cost of my scooter from my monthly salary only. None of any official gives any kind of T.A / stipend for filling up of fuel. This is my toughest job and around half of my pay I spends upon this which includes bus fair, petrol, maintenance cost.
I don’t feel that this is a kind of govt. job. In govt. sector, a person who buys a single tip of a pen got fully charges back including the cost of the distance from where it was buy.
Today around 11 am I had gone to attend a Broadband(B.B) complaint at Sukrampur Tapriya opposite Bhata Sahib Chownk on my scooter. The shop lies on the main G.T road. At the movement I park my scooter near the side of road I move hardly 5 step from my scooter toward that shop where I went for attending B.B complaint a speedy Mohindra Belaro of Registration no. HP-12C-4421 came from Kurali side hit my scooter from back with a powerful impact. I seen that my scooter hip up in the air around 5 to 8 foots and when it land its spin with 3 to 4 rounds with heavy bumps. I was shocked at the movement. A person nearby noticed and note the registration No. of that Mohindra Belaro.
Soon after I called my office and police on 100 number and explained the situation. The police official took 20 minutes to come on that site, but nobody came from my office. I alone handle this situation, even the police official had give me proper courage to come out from this shock. Beside that the main think which was pinched in my heart was that even 4 hrs. of this accident no B.S.N.L official visited me to give a moral support.
Image that if I would have been on the scooter then what would have happened to me. Thank god I’m lucky but not my scooter, it was totally damage. But if that will happen, our department doesn’t matter. Nobody cares about anybody. This I have seen only in B.S.N.L

I am shocked to hear the news of a possible tragic accident. Thank God that u r
saved from an imminent danger. Have faith in Almighty who protects all of His
creations. You should project this problem of lack of transportation facility to
the Mgmnt through our SNATTA or BSNLEU rep. and ensure that u
r attending outdoor faults only in government vehicle or u r compensated
subsequently for petrol charge. Also if none of these things are materialised,
you inform ur immediate boss that u will compile all faults of one week and
attend only once in a week. Your health and wealth is of prime importance
to discharge the duties of BSNL. Untill or unless wall is protected, art cannot
be drawn. Have advice from seniors and stalwarts to tackle this issue.

Being an outdoor TTA I can very much understand the situation.We almost many of the outdoor TTAs sometimes pass through the same situations.However being a young blood we all keep working in the toughest situations.I have number of times raised the point of conveyance allowance for the outdoor TTAs to our CHQ.But somehow they are also not interested to raise the demand to our management.It hurts when our own brothers do not try to understand this.At least this issue can be taken at the SNATTA Goa conference and firm decision should be taken on the raising the demand for conveyance allowance for outdoor TTAs.

in our ssa o/d(bb) ttas r getting rs.1000/- pm for petrol , u can contact ur sde for this, he will adjust this from his enhancement,here in our ssa
i.e kurnool, we approached ds (bsnleu) then he placed this isssue in ljcm meeting and made arrangements for the petrol allowance,
if (sde)is not willing , dont ever bother to use ur own vehicle
(actually our motto is to clear bb faults as early as possible--but sde/sdot are takin this to there advantage)
regarding no response from the officials after the accident it all depends on the type of people who r present at that time, n for this no need to blame BSNL
BSNL has got nothing to do with ur accident

I came from Mohali to Ropar daily by bus covers distance of 55 kms. It is very difficult to manage complaints depending upon official vehicle because at the time of complaint the vehicle is busy in managing other factors of Exchange, so I buy a scooter to look after the complaints as I’m in outdoor section. I manage the petrol & maintenance cost of my scooter from my monthly salary only. None of any official gives any kind of T.A / stipend for filling up of fuel. This is my toughest job and around half of my pay I spends upon this which includes bus fair, petrol, maintenance cost.
I don’t feel that this is a kind of govt. job. In govt. sector, a person who buys a single tip of a pen got fully charges back including the cost of the distance from where it was buy.
Today around 11 am I had gone to attend a Broadband(B.B) complaint at Sukrampur Tapriya opposite Bhata Sahib Chownk on my scooter. The shop lies on the main G.T road. At the movement I park my scooter near the side of road I move hardly 5 step from my scooter toward that shop where I went for attending B.B complaint a speedy Mohindra Belaro of Registration no. HP-12C-4421 came from Kurali side hit my scooter from back with a powerful impact. I seen that my scooter hip up in the air around 5 to 8 foots and when it land its spin with 3 to 4 rounds with heavy bumps. I was shocked at the movement. A person nearby noticed and note the registration No. of that Mohindra Belaro.
Soon after I called my office and police on 100 number and explained the situation. The police official took 20 minutes to come on that site, but nobody came from my office. I alone handle this situation, even the police official had give me proper courage to come out from this shock. Beside that the main think which was pinched in my heart was that even 4 hrs. of this accident no B.S.N.L official visited me to give a moral support.
Image that if I would have been on the scooter then what would have happened to me. Thank god I’m lucky but not my scooter, it was totally damage. But if that will happen, our department doesn’t matter. Nobody cares about anybody. This I have seen only in B.S.N.L

This is great to know that National conference is set to be held at GOA. I am
sure this is going to be a historical one.
Let me take this opportunity to initiate discussion on the most important
agenda of "JTO LICE". We have seen and done all possible things to make it
possible. Our unity, Strength, ability to resource funds and perseverance is
remarkable. But sadly all these dedicated efforts have to born any fruit till
now.
We are fighting cases but reality at the moment is that JTO LICE is in rough
weather. This is not only affecting 1st or 2nd batch but is killing the moral of
new recruits as well. I have collected some information and after giving some
thought developed some idea of solving the deadlock. Please remember that
figures I am going to give might not be accurate or the solution might not be
very attractive. I feel that now we need some middle path to solve the problem.
As many of us know that Beneficiaries of diversion (OJTOS) is occupying top
posts in almost all Non executive unions and this makes it difficult to convince
the management and end loops of courts cases. I think we need to device a
win-win situation for all stake holders.
The brief story of Diversion, Jto lice and Ojtos:
Pre 2000 management conducted a screening test to fill internal post of JTOs
.BSNL took undertaking from each candidate that they will not be considered
against vacancies of 2001 onwards. Vacancies were filled according to merit
list. Many of them passed but were low in merit list. In subsequent years Union
(NFTE) pressurized the management to divert some posts and accommodate these
left out people. They were sent on training and given officiating as JTO before
regularization. We won diversion case and now these diversions are pending.Let
us first see who stake holders are:
2.OJTOS : Officiating JTOs waiting for regularization. A total of 2173 OJTOs are
waiting for regularization as on date. Eight Circles has no waiting list.
Details are as follows:
KRL 398 ,AP 293, MHR 208 , GJR 107 , WB 95 ,UPE 70, HRN 24,KTK 316,TND 258,MPCHG
163,COLCTD 104 ,RJST 75,CHTD 53,JK 9 3The proposed solution :
* OJTOs lift CAT Ernakulam case . We lift Contempt of court case.
* We allow one time diversion of 2173 waiting OJTOs subject to fulfillment of
following demands.
* Still vacancies left =9200-2173= 7027.
* BSNL conducts the LICE/Screening test as per revised RR.As it is the case now
only 1st batch is eligible. 2nd batch will be eligible in 2014 or in 2012 ( if
RR is revised to 5 years). Since 1st batch strength will be far less then the
vacancy management can be convinced to conduct screening test only. Still ample
vacancies will be unfilled.
* Sighting these unfilled vacancies RR could be further revised to bring down
eligibility criteria to 5 years. SO the next Exam could be conducted as soon as
2nd batch completes 5 years i.e. in 1012. and so on for coming batches.
* LICE should be conducted regularly.
* Special relaxation of 2 years may be granted for those who have completed
AMIE/ Degree.
These steps might not look very attractive instantly. In first go it looks like
we are back tracking. But believe me friends in lieu of 2173 posts we might gain
7027 and many more vacancies after 2009 and so on. This solution will gain
support of OJTOs and most of unions as OJTOs are active in FNTO, NFTE, TEPU and
BSNLEU.
Having said that I still understand that it is a tough task. This will require
a very strong will and effort, negotiation , meetings and what not to achieve
this . We at jharkhand have already started discussion with different Union to
explore the possibility of implementation.
I request each of my friends old and new to Read this , think and discuss. I
hope CHQ will think over it.

If somebody like me is a silent observer it doesnot men that i donot recognise the power of SNATTA plateform. May be i am not a very good player of words like you but i am a member of SNATTA and BSNLEU.If you not suffer short term memory loss as Aamir suffered in GHAJINI then you may remember that i spoke to you and requested you for my transfer in switch room mukerian when u were suffering from problems of dehydration.But u didnot showed any intrest in request.so now if i approached SNATTA plateform u got annoyed like anything.You have promised me to get me transfered within two months. Once again on SNATTA plateform in front all SNATTIANs i humbly request u that my para-8 case is lying pending at SSA Hoshiarpur since jan2010.Being a leader of SNATTA&BSNLEU i request u to do the need full.

*we won't be getting any pay next year due to huge losses to BSNL as a
whole.
There is already a Huge job dissatisfaction prevails among the BSNL
Engineering Staff especially among young TTAs who didn't get any promotion
since their joining in 2001, nine years have been passed and still no sign
of any promotion or benefit to the TTAs. The motivation to excel in their
respective field units is diminishing among them due to delayed promotion
prospects.
The *highest loss making Circle is West Bengal and Highest Profit making
Circle is Kerala*. Pls note that All these profits are before TAX
implications.

So have the guts to say right thing and dnt believe on any body blindly go through facts ,this is because that u have made some comments on the instructions of somebody in ur previous mails on me and the ingenuinity of Ludhiana TTAs problem!!! A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

As u already know that previously Our so called CS Hakam singh n CC TEJINDER SINGH has dissolved the district body at Ludhiana SSA without any valid reason ,only to destabilize the existence of SNATTA at grass root level to quench teir petty ego n damn foolishness dues. moreover
On Last Sunday Hakam singh secretly called a meeting of district bearers of a few ssa’s of his own choice in a short time of notice, without informing any single tta of Ludhiana and especially the Ex district body members
WE however came to know from some of my friends of other ssa and attended the meeting to discuss regarding such kind of action . Around 35 to 40 TTA’s of Ludhiana SSA reached the meeting venue without any invitation or formal notice and showed their deep disconsent in this kind of behavior and urged the circle representatives to solve the issues first but Hakam singh told us that this is only a simple meeting and nothing else .But recently it was observed on SNATTA site that Circle conference was held on that particular day which is completely false .he also mentioned some objectionable remarks to our CHQ n said that he has nothing to do with previous wage negotiation n was forced to signed that by CHQ ,he was trying to convince our new TTA FRIENDS. BY this improper n false remark what he want to do would he try to support the SNATTA or trying to blemish on its existance n noble motives ??
i have an strong n honest urge along with my SSA TTA friends that the present circle body must be dissolve n fresh team may form to took charge of the SNATTA movement in PUNJAB as there is a very large scale dissatisfaction among the punjab TTAs specially in ludhiana SSA from where the seeds of SNATTA cultivated.Hence I would like to urge CHQ to dissolve the circle body of Punjab circle so that a circle conference can be organized at Ludhiana and new circlebody can be formed democratically otherwise most of TTA’s who are the strength of SNATTA who are already having dissatisfaction on the working of Hakkam singh n Tejinder singh THE DICTATERs will detach themselves from snatta
Hence CHQ is particularly being requested to intervene in this matter and order circle representatives to held the circle conference immediately in LUDHIANA so that before ACM GOA we may also be able to send its actual representatives their n take poper decision in the total welfare of TTAs.

If the staff working under various projects like VIJAY, UDAAN , Sale Team etc. can avail all the benefits (including GSM RC, Allowances, vehicle etc.) then why should Broadband engineer suffer. SNATTA CHQ should take strict decision to provide the broadband engineers all the same facilities on priority basis. Senior leaders are requested to solve the present problems first then the others.

Being an outdoor TTA I can very much understand the situation.We almost many of the outdoor TTAs sometimes pass through the same situations.However being a young blood we all keep working in the toughest situations.I have number of times raised the point of conveyance allowance for the outdoor TTAs to our CHQ.But somehow they are also not interested to raise the demand to our management.It hurts when our own brothers do not try to understand this.At least this issue can be taken at the SNATTA Goa conference and firm decision should be taken on the raising the demand for conveyance allowance for outdoor TTAs.

It is to intimate that I Surajpreet Singh T.T.A (outdoor) B.S.N.L, Ropar, Punjab .
I came from Mohali to Ropar daily by bus covers distance of 55 kms. It is very difficult to manage complaints depending upon official vehicle because at the time of complaint the vehicle is busy in managing other factors of Exchange, so I buy a scooter to look after the complaints as I’m in outdoor section. I manage the petrol & maintenance cost of my scooter from my monthly salary only. None of any official gives any kind of T.A / stipend for filling up of fuel. This is my toughest job and around half of my pay I spends upon this which includes bus fair, petrol, maintenance cost.
I don’t feel that this is a kind of govt. job. In govt. sector, a person who buys a single tip of a pen got fully charges back including the cost of the distance from where it was buy.
Today around 11 am I had gone to attend a Broadband(B.B) complaint at Sukrampur Tapriya opposite Bhata Sahib Chownk on my scooter. The shop lies on the main G.T road. At the movement I park my scooter near the side of road I move hardly 5 step from my scooter toward that shop where I went for attending B.B complaint a speedy Mohindra Belaro of Registration no. HP-12C-4421 came from Kurali side hit my scooter from back with a powerful impact. I seen that my scooter hip up in the air around 5 to 8 foots and when it land its spin with 3 to 4 rounds with heavy bumps. I was shocked at the movement. A person nearby noticed and note the registration No. of that Mohindra Belaro.
Soon after I called my office and police on 100 number and explained the situation. The police official took 20 minutes to come on that site, but nobody came from my office. I alone handle this situation, even the police official had give me proper courage to come out from this shock. Beside that the main think which was pinched in my heart was that even 4 hrs. of this accident no B.S.N.L official visited me to give a moral support.
Image that if I would have been on the scooter then what would have happened to me. Thank god I’m lucky but not my scooter, it was totally damage. But if that will happen, our department doesn’t matter. Nobody cares about anybody. This I have seen only in B.S.N.L

(Sorry moderator, as per your suggestion I wanted to keep myself out from this issue, but I don't remain to express my issue because as per my knowledge it becomes necessary for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle. So sorry again)
To remove the dis-satisfactions among the entire Punjab Circle. CHQ leaders are requested to conduct Circle conference in Punjab by themselves. But I again requested following points must be keep in mind before its commencement :
1. Conference date should be fixed atleast 10 days before its declaration.
2. Date of CEC should be put on CHQ website & also on yahoo group.
3. Make sure that all SSA's TTAs attend the CEC.
4. Presence of at least one Senior leaders from CHQ is solicited.
5. Organization of conference must be at the centre place of Punjab (Jalandhar or nearabout)
6. Young TTAs from 2007-08-09 batches are also peculiarly invited.
7. Election of Circle posts must be by democratic way.
8. Present Circle leaders must bound to reply each question of every TTA. Open House session may be conducted for this purpose.
9. Young TTAs may be enter in next CEC.
Remember this is only for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle.

If you have any answer then also reply who is responsible for injustice with mr surajpreet singh & all other TTAs attending broadband complaints. who is responsible for passing TA bill proposal in RCM meeting which is not benifial to TTAs. will you blame to our chq for TA bill as you have done in case of wage revision. Must reply before its too much late.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.
