Ambala, August 12
The BSNL authorities in its order today suspended RK Dabra, general manager,
posted here in the office of BSNL in a harassment case.
AK Gupta, chief general manager (telephones) (CGMT), today confirmed the
suspension of Dabra, against whom a protest was held yesterday in connection
with misbehaviour with a woman junior telecom officer who recently joined
her duty at Ambala office.
She complained to other staff members that he called her and harassed her
daily. Then the agitated staff members, including the BSNL Employees Union,
went to his office and investigated the matter.
A demonstration was also held in front of the GM office demanding immediate
action against the general manager.
Union leaders, including Rajinder and Manish, who raised the issue with the
chief general manager AK Gupta, complained that Dabra not only misbehaved
with the aggrieved woman official but also tried to make advances towards
her. The JTO had joined only three days back and was working under the
general manager.
The union has reported the matter to the National Women Commission. They
also threatened if action against the erring GM was not taken within 24
hours, they would go on strike.
However, the CGMT took the matter seriously and constituted a three-member
committee of women officers and union leaders and asked them to submit the
report soon.

My dear Friends,
Since last two years i am listening about the problems of ludhiana friends.Many friends have written about the problem on yahoo platform . I have analysed this problem & found that this game is playing by some CLEVER PERSONs from ludhiana , These members are with continous work , fabricating wrong things to OUR CHQ LEADRES & OTHER FRIENDS OF PUNJAB. They all are saying that
1. Hakam singh is a SINGLE MAN ARMY.
2.Not a single TTA from ludhiana with him , but I DECLARE THAT I AM WITH HAKAM SINGH & REMAIN ALWAYS .
3. Hakam singh has signed a AGREEMENT OF WAGE BY TAKING MONEY FROM COM NAMBOODIRI , GS -BSNLEU. BUT on this point i am against all ludhiana friends.
AT last i want to ask two question to all tta of ludhiana that--
1. What you all have done to my charge sheet on minor issue in march-2009 ?
2. Exactly after 1 & half year , 13000/- FINE & SIX MONTH BAR FOR QUATER to tta of ludhiana Mr. RAMESH YADAV & charge sheet is ready for delevery , I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR UNITED ACTION TO SOLVE THE ISSUE ?
above two charge sheets are VERY BIG BLACK MARK ON UNITY OF LUDHIANA SSA. so stop fighting against hakam singh , but instead help him to fight for cause of SNATTA & stop spreding false informations to other friends of other ssa .

a per stats given by you. its clear that ur* line parameters are very very
poor*. pls check your line thoroughly.

even after reading the article if u cant understand the problem then surly
come back to me again. you can even read my previous written mails at yahoo
group by searching.
few days back i got a call from* Hem Tripathi from Uttranchal
Circle*regarding same line parameters problem. And the problem lies in
the DSLAM
system. The DSLAM was not producing the required SNR. So also check the line
parameters at Port DSLAM while putting the wedge in vertical (outside cut
from DSLAM) or you can pull the fuse out. If SNR inside MDF is less than 25,
then its a sign of worry.
Generally SNR at MDF is more than 30 and attenuation is less than 3.
*i request all Broadband TTAs to go through the CHECK POINTS** as mentioned
in my above article to make Broadband Connection Faster, Smoother and
Reliable for customers.

Also give detail of FUND/MONEY till date you have given to circle secretary punjab within last three years from Amritsar , so that i will analyse the money/ FUND scandal done by circle secretary , punjab. i give assurance to you in advane that if MONEY/FUND SCANDAL DONE BY CS-PUNJAB , THEN EITHER CS-PUNJAB WILL FIRE FROM CIRCLE BODY OR IF ALLEGATION WRONG THEN YOU WILL FIRE FROM LCM & DISTRICT BODY .

Secondly I will choose a SNATTA Platform instead of union for increasing the grace of SNATTA and with my own GUTS as a simple member not like a President.I always working for SNATTA and says SNATTA ZINDABAD from union stage its not a easiest thing.Thirdly i will not see u any in association meeting at Ludhiana, Jallandhar, Chandigah, and at DELHI. what is ur Stand and respect

I have to won this opearation at any cost for the welfare of my beloved group.I m calm and very much silent when i m busy in my work but when i hear a word injustice then my aggressiveness force me to do something.
Last month one TM unluckily got a HEARTATTACK in the MDF section when i know this I immidiately rush towards hospital. Docter told me that ABI ATTACK AA RAHA HAI MAINE INJECTION NAHI LAGAYA AAP IMMIDIATELY JALLANDHAR le jao App. 30 km from my Exchange.BUT Jallandhar is my adjacent SSA and in our SSA no HEART SPECIALIST Hospital with modern technology.Luckily PRUTHI HOSPITAL where we refered empenelled by BSNL we told them we are from BSNL they asked for identity card we told them that we show u shortly then they give us letter for permission from CGM as treatment we are taking from another SSA. I immidiately contact and fax the document to HSP SSA for permission. That day i came to know the negative metality of our staff and officers. I fax the document arround 2 pm so that they fax the same to circle for permission but SDE(HRD) doing mothing. I already send SMS regarding this incident to GM and DGMs.
they waist one day and next day when i call SDE(HRD) and other staff of there section they told me that it takes four to five days.EK Ne yeh keh diya agar marta hai to mar jaye rules are rules by hearing this type of wording i immidaitely called the DGM and asked only one question Sir Will HRD section wait for TM Surinder singh came to ur office or ur office waiting for his wife? by hearing these words DGM immidiately called the DE(admn) and send the document for approval.With again in aggressiveness i contact with circle with the help of DE and on the same date got back fax for approval.
Then i call the SDE(HRD) HAAN JI SIR WE GOT IT ON SAME DAY THEN SDE became silent and he had no words to say
MY dear friends every case want some special attraction and angerness also without that we cant won any battale. We people what doing if one person fighting then others will see them like spectaters only as we did in the past when only our EX GS going to CO for our demands, which was wrong and now we are doing the same. JUst think for what purpose we voted to powerful union if two persons are moving for fighting us in the court then we have to doing something with the help of union.We just now depending on courts. I wanna to know why we voted if all things deciding in the courts.
Whether our CHQ ever demanding from CHQ BSNLEU organise one special Dharna for the demand of only TTAs or right any letter regarding this.Friends if it happends then whole picture will be changed beacuse in DISTT we hundred percent success the DHARNAS and strike.What we are doing this only for supporting only powerful union only whether our demands are in the agenda or not
I requesting our GS to exercise on this organise Dharna if they are not agree give them ultimatum we taking our support back. I m hundred percent if we are just writing a simple letter to CHQ BSNLEU that we are going to arrange a dharna for our promotion my dear friends management cant punish us when we are in bulk and this powerful union then came in field for saving us for there voting bank also they can see our GUTS and power. Nothing we got with a simple letter.
SO MY DEAR CHQ
For all this we want strong WILLPOWER AND GUTS and ofcourse we have to break silence over many issues including my case. I have give u the strong platform just break silence for the better future of our friends.

SNATTA is a Association made for fight against injustice but i m sorry to say that now days many of us including our Worthy GS silence against injustice done to me. My dear friends i already told this to CHQ that this type of Injustice not only done on me its on the whole cadre but sill they dont take any action accept one letter wrote by our Worthy President.This is exactly like that when we raise any demand then CHQ BSNLEU write a letter to Management after that what we got nothing. I wanna to ask know what is the difference between union action and association action.

Friends all we running behind only one demand that we became JTOs but friends just think can we perfect TTAs when i ask this keeping in view of injustice result my friends knows more than me.I dont know for what purpose then we demanded this post,It means if BSNL gift us a post of JTO then we should offer our faces to ITS officrers for slapping beacuse we know if we raise a voice against injustice then they punish us.
Just Remember the CANDLE MARCH of direct JTOs, they do that with guts and with below noted MOTTO:
SARFROSHI KI TAMANNA AB HAMARE DIL MEIN HAI
DEKHNA HAI JOR KITNA BAJUE KATIL MEIN HAI
And what we are doing from 7-8 years only suppressing the voice by saying that if we did that management will take action against us. Friends I raise the voice,inspite of supporting they trying to down my moral by saying that management may take action against u as my friend PREET BANDHAN told me, but i dont afraid from any type of action.
Friends ITS officers still very joint as in my case they showed incuding CGM Punjab by supporting DGM but shut their mouth in front of my hardwork but i m sorry to say that we are sill not joint when injustice done with anyone from we just seeing like a cricket match as my silent friends and Worthy GS did till now.I wanna to know why JAC silent on this issue if any non executive or JAC memeber doing this type of delay then management must issued him a chargesheet.
I wanna to inform that very shortly i will raise my voice in front of Worthy CMD then my silent friends and worthy GS knows about 'GUTS AND POWER OF TTA CADRE"

One thing i must clear that i dont want any type of award now,as letter from CC BSNLEU shows i want only justice so that no other my friend face this type of injustice as this is very painful to accept. JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

MAC ids can also be seen from configuration page of Wimax CPE. when u login
inside u can see various info about the CPE and MAC is also written
somewhere like this format XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX

Dear according to your statement i was the Distt President of BSNLEU also then why not i was not solve this case on my behalf. My dear friend this type statement showing u are sick mentality. I came to know that u told one person that Pritpal crying on yahoo group, my dear friend i m crying for the respect of TTA cadre and person like u did not understand itand also wanna to tell u that i can got that award if i was not highlighting the case and only simply contact the circle secratery and GS BSNLEU, but that will be the insult of my work, i will be under BSNLEU for whole life. Secondly I will choose a SNATTA Platform instead of union for increasing the grace of SNATTA and with my own GUTS as a simple member not like a President.I always working for SNATTA and says SNATTA ZINDABAD from union stage its not a easiest thing.Thirdly i will not see u any in association meeting at Ludhiana, Jallandhar, Chandigah, and at DELHI. what is ur Stand and respect
for SNATTA as you are nothing doing for SNATTA till date by not attending any above said meetings.
Its my humble request to above members if they wanna to strengthen the ITS lobby then go ahead but plz dont pollute SNATTAs environment and also dont work for weaken my case with such type of Stupid statements and for the sake of unity.

I have to won this opearation at any cost for the welfare of my beloved group.I m calm and very much silent when i m busy in my work but when i hear a word injustice then my aggressiveness force me to do something.
Last month one TM unluckily got a HEARTATTACK in the MDF section when i know this I immidiately rush towards hospital. Docter told me that ABI ATTACK AA RAHA HAI MAINE INJECTION NAHI LAGAYA AAP IMMIDIATELY JALLANDHAR le jao App. 30 km from my Exchange.BUT Jallandhar is my adjacent SSA and in our SSA no HEART SPECIALIST Hospital with modern technology.Luckily PRUTHI HOSPITAL where we refered empenelled by BSNL we told them we are from BSNL they asked for identity card we told them that we show u shortly then they give us letter for permission from CGM as treatment we are taking from another SSA. I immidiately contact and fax the document to HSP SSA for permission. That day i came to know the negative metality of our staff and officers. I fax the document arround 2 pm so that they fax the same to circle for permission but SDE(HRD) doing mothing. I already send SMS regarding this incident to GM and DGMs.
they waist one day and next day when i call SDE(HRD) and other staff of there section they told me that it takes four to five days.EK Ne yeh keh diya agar marta hai to mar jaye rules are rules by hearing this type of wording i immidaitely called the DGM and asked only one question Sir Will HRD section wait for TM Surinder singh came to ur office or ur office waiting for his wife? by hearing these words DGM immidiately called the DE(admn) and send the document for approval.With again in aggressiveness i contact with circle with the help of DE and on the same date got back fax for approval.
Then i call the SDE(HRD) HAAN JI SIR WE GOT IT ON SAME DAY THEN SDE became silent and he had no words to say
MY dear friends every case want some special attraction and angerness also without that we cant won any battale. We people what doing if one person fighting then others will see them like spectaters only as we did in the past when only our EX GS going to CO for our demands, which was wrong and now we are doing the same. JUst think for what purpose we voted to powerful union if two persons are moving for fighting us in the court then we have to doing something with the help of union.We just now depending on courts. I wanna to know why we voted if all things deciding in the courts.

Ans. If Hakam Singh did this mistake then why GS and All india President repeat this mistake by talking and writing to GS BSNLEU instaed of Talking with Worthy CMD.
Its Good to hear that if i was in ur SSA then my case solved in single day it means those are saying SNATTA is big zero at Amritsar wrong very good yaar for reference plz again read mail of one member of ur ssa who told that there is no distt body in Amritsar.Secondly i have already solved my case at SSA level at my own behalf thats why my resume sent to Circle.

Docter told me that ABI ATTACK AA RAHA HAI MAINE INJECTION NAHI LAGAYA AAP IMMIDIATELY JALLANDHAR le jao App. 30 km from my Exchange.BUT Jallandhar is my adjacent SSA and in our SSA no HEART SPECIALIST Hospital with modern technology.Luckily PRUTHI HOSPITAL where we refered empenelled by BSNL we told them we are from BSNL they asked for identity card we told them that we show u shortly then they give us letter for permission from CGM as treatment we are taking from another SSA. I immidiately contact and fax the document to HSP SSA for permission. That day i came to know the negative metality of our staff and officers. I fax the document arround 2 pm so that they fax the same to circle for permission but SDE(HRD) doing mothing. I already send SMS regarding this incident to GM and DGMs.
they waist one day and next day when i call SDE(HRD) and other staff of there section they told me that it takes four to five days.EK Ne yeh keh diya agar marta hai to mar jaye rules are rules by hearing this type of wording i immidaitely called the DGM and asked only one question Sir Will HRD section wait for TM Surinder singh came to ur office or ur office waiting for his wife? by hearing these words DGM immidiately called the DE(admn) and send the document for approval.With again in aggressiveness i contact with circle with the help of DE and on the same date got back fax for approval.
Then i call the SDE(HRD) HAAN JI SIR WE GOT IT ON SAME DAY THEN SDE became silent and he had no words to say
MY dear friends every case want some special attraction and angerness also without that we cant won any battale. We people what doing if one person fighting then others will see them like spectaters only as we did in the past when only our EX GS going to CO for our demands, which was wrong and now we are doing the same. JUst think for what purpose we voted to powerful union if two persons are moving for fighting us in the court then we have to doing something with the help of union.We just now depending on courts. I wanna to know why we voted if all things deciding in the courts.
Whether our CHQ ever demanding from CHQ BSNLEU organise one special Dharna for the demand of only TTAs or right any letter regarding this.Friends if it happends then whole picture will be changed beacuse in DISTT we hundred percent success the DHARNAS and strike.What we are doing this only for supporting only powerful union only whether our demands are in the agenda or not
I requesting our GS to exercise on this organise Dharna if they are not agree give them ultimatum we taking our support back. I m hundred percent if we are just writing a simple letter to CHQ BSNLEU that we are going to arrange a dharna for our promotion my dear friends management cant punish us when we are in bulk and this powerful union then came in field for saving us for there voting bank also they can see our GUTS and power. Nothing we got with a simple letter.
SO MY DEAR CHQ
For all this we want strong WILLPOWER AND GUTS and ofcourse we have to break silence over many issues including my case. I have give u the strong platform just break silence for the better future of our friends.

SNATTA is a Association made for fight against injustice but i m sorry to say that now days many of us including our Worthy GS silence against injustice done to me. My dear friends i already told this to CHQ that this type of Injustice not only done on me its on the whole cadre but sill they dont take any action accept one letter wrote by our Worthy President.This is exactly like that when we raise any demand then CHQ BSNLEU write a letter to Management after that what we got nothing. I wanna to ask know what is the difference between union action and association action.

IT ACTUALLY MEANS THAT NOBODY HAS DONE IT SO FOR...
WE ARE BORN TO BREAK THE LIMITS.
Friends all we running behind only one demand that we became JTOs but friends just think can we perfect TTAs when i ask this keeping in view of injustice result my friends knows more than me.I dont know for what purpose then we demanded this post,It means if BSNL gift us a post of JTO then we should offer our faces to ITS officrers for slapping beacuse we know if we raise a voice against injustice then they punish us.
Just Remember the CANDLE MARCH of direct JTOs, they do that with guts and with below noted MOTTO:
SARFROSHI KI TAMANNA AB HAMARE DIL MEIN HAI
DEKHNA HAI JOR KITNA BAJUE KATIL MEIN HAI
And what we are doing from 7-8 years only suppressing the voice by saying that if we did that management will take action against us. Friends I raise the voice,inspite of supporting they trying to down my moral by saying that management may take action against u as my friend PREET BANDHAN told me, but i dont afraid from any type of action.
Friends ITS officers still very joint as in my case they showed incuding CGM Punjab by supporting DGM but shut their mouth in front of my hardwork but i m sorry to say that we are sill not joint when injustice done with anyone from we just seeing like a cricket match as my silent friends and Worthy GS did till now.I wanna to know why JAC silent on this issue if any non executive or JAC memeber doing this type of delay then management must issued him a chargesheet.
I wanna to inform that very shortly i will raise my voice in front of Worthy CMD then my silent friends and worthy GS knows about 'GUTS AND POWER OF TTA CADRE"
