hi..
it wont work as per my knowledge as there is no tie-up with mtnl in delhi,
gurgaon. noida, Mumbai etc. regarding CDMA services despite knowing the fact
that our subscribers regularly visit these places in large number.

My Dear friends,
As we all know that the main worrying factor in running any kind of organization
lies in Fund collection.
So we can think of some permenant solution for this and surprisingly it is
available for us .
At this juncture of time after so may years of pursual with recognising unions
we must accept the following points:-
1. Any union whether rec/nonrecgn cant do anything special for any particular
cadre .
2. What management will do for all will be applicable for every cadre which was
proved recently by the outcome of wage negotiation .
3. And also simply signing an agreement with either union doesnt gurantee you of
solving any issue.
4. The only positive outcome that came out in the last year are
a. Diversion of posts stopped : Due to
court order.
b. Notification of LICE exam : Again due
to court order .
So my dear friends this time it will be clever to accept the fact that whatever
positive outcome to come for snatta will only be from court case only and for
that we need fund . Hence instead of engaing ourselves in foolish agreements we
should do something special for fund management .
I do have a suggestion for that
THIS TIME DURING VERIFICATION WE SHOULD HAVE FIRST DEMAND WITH EITHER UNION THAT
WHATEVER THE MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION OF OUR CADRE TOWARDS THEIR UNION WILL HAVE OUR
SHARE .
MEANS IF 100000 TTA'S ARE CONTRIBUTING 15 RS PER MONTH I.E
15000*10=150000
NOW WE SHOULD ASK FOR MAJORITY OF THIS SHARE TO BE TRANSFERED TO SNATTA ACCOUNT
80 % OF 150000= 120000 PER MONTH
AND IN 1 YEAR THIS WILL BE AROUND = 120000*12=1440000
so i think there will be no such problem regarding fund in the coming years .
SO freinds letz not be fools this time again and from this verification letz
gain something for snattta
