Reliance Communications Ltd will be able to launch its third generation telecom services by the end of this year or early 2011 if the government allots the spectrum by September, a senior company official said today.
"It is expected that spectrum will be allocated to the (telecom) operators by September. We hope the government will be able to do that.
Reliance communications will be very aggressive in rolling out the 3G services. Probably by the end of this year or early next year we will be ready," Mahesh Prasad, president of the company, said.

24 vmc type II modem wireless issue was solved. thank you bandhan. Disabling MAC solved this issue.

dear friend..
as i have suggested before that we can apply for other employment for that u have to intimate to department, in the form of application with advertisement no. that u want to apply for the post. then after if ur written exam will be cleared then attach ur pre-intimation letter with ur result of written exam & apply for NOC. you will get it.
also, we can apply max 4 time in a yr. But dear, its entirely depands on ur higher administration authority, since u r in probation,but if u submitt one promise letter (from notory) in which u promise to department that if u will be selected and if will leave the department, u will fulfill ur liablities towards department(i.e.bond) if u r in bond period.

It depends upon the employment notice against which you are applying. Some employers want NOC at the time of applying, some ask for one direct and one TPC copy, some just want that you need to inform your present employer and produce NOC before joining. What is your case?
