but you are not gettting my point of confusion
I said .. Why CUT - OFF - DATE is 01-Jan or 01- July
This is going to create BIG TROUBLE for us at the time of Notification.
See Once again i will explain you ...

Every time only two dates are considered as CUT-OFF Date i.e.
1)If Exam Notified after July(from July - Dec) then 01-July.
2)IF exam Notified after Jan (From Jan- June) then 01-Jan.
So it might possbile that some people may miss the train by
few yards as mostly Traing Date Falls after 01-Jan or 01-July
might be 1 day delay 5,10, or 20 days delay.
It should be either (This will have some Justified Logic also)
1.Date of Notification
2.Date of Closing of Notification (as in case if External Exam)

There is no logic to consider 1-jan or 1-july
(as there in case of GOVT Structure)
AND MY DEAR NOW AS PER 6TH PAY COMMISSION IT IS MORE WORST AS NOW THEY HAVE RECOMEMDED ONLY ONE DATE I.E. 01-JULY ONLY.
IT IS COMPLETELY ARBITORY AND UNJUSTIFED.
We have & Have to GET 2 YEARS RELAXATION..
Otherwise as the list posted by MANISH SAMDHIYA i.e. 1700 TTA will miss the exam.
