I think it is not a good step... but being a SNATTA member, how can u be as dist. president of BSNLEU. BSNLEU is meant for all the non-executive cadres. You should satisfy so many other people of other cadres. You should work for them. You should follow the BSNLEU policies. They have some policies, which may not be good for DRTTAs (like time bound pay up gradation). Main issues of BSNLEU deal with welfare of TMs /TOAs /retirees /even casual mazdoors etc. you cannot concentrate on problems of TTAs fulltime. I think it is better if we keep away from BSNLEU. Not only BSNLEU,NFTE,FNTO and any other unions. Just we should give external support to them. Friends, this is my opinion only… don't feel otherwise. With regards Satyanarayana Adilabad ,AP |
