Dear sanjeev,

OTA (Over Time Allowance) rate on TH day is Rs. 21.15 per hour.
On Simple Day (on any given day) OTA Per hour is Rs.15.85

so for 7 hours of duty (1 hour is reserved for lunch) on TH day, the total OT Amount equals RS.158.68
which is rounded off to Rs.159.

Anybody corrects me if i am wrong some where.
