Dear Shailesh,

Who issued tis notice? To whom copy is given? Only DRTTAs got this? Is there any evidence that you recieved it. You can contact BSNLEU leaders for it. You can request to extent the time for replying. If your controlling officer gave this notice for disturbing you then you can disturb him back by taking MC for a long period. Once my SDE issued one memo to 'A'. 'A ' took one month MC and didn't reply. SDE couldn't do anything just because he didn't have any evidence that 'A' recieved the memo. It was not entered in the log book. If it was sent by a registered post then 'A' would have been in trouble. Hope you will get some better reply from someone else.
