hi vineeth,
good to see someone at the front again with all guns blazing towards crooked persons/leaders. in the past i have also wrote such letters but nothing much happened so far.
thats why i have started writing letters to the Union leaders directly.
in the past i also suggested that we need to do some kind of protest with or without the support of Union in from of management. but its sad that nobody come up to support the idea.
atleast once we need to show our strength in from of all in form of mass movement.

An emotional release of reality. Yes. I must call it that way. Introduction of VRS is the need of the hour. We could do away with most unemployed employees. There is just no reason why shouldn't it happen.
Though we are just in our miniscule form today, tomorrow is certainly ours. The strength of TTAs will gradually go up as this is the only cadre that is being put forward to recruitment and none else. Hence, once the strength has come to some decent proportion, all these so called dubious unions will do anything to attract our attention. But then, it is a story of tomorrow. Today is important, because, it forms a formidable foundation for tomorrow.
I am pretty sure, more than a big lot of the young TTAs would welcome stake sale and privatisation. As rightly pointed out in the header mail communication, the oldies have nothing more to loose and probably are carrying out their last ritual of milking the cow to her death. The young ones have their future locked to the health of the organisation. And it is the young ones who are the saviours of this mighty organisation. Not an iota of doubt would therefore should exist in anyone's mind about this. There is nothing wrong to voice our opinions, if the situation demands and if majority of us feel some thing is right for the future of the organisation.
It is therefore very important at this crucial juncture, to all of us, to emerge as a strong association (union) with its own functional ideology and abide by it to the possible logical conclusion.
As on date, we all have been struggling to settle our long pending issues and I see that there is a lot of progress made in establishing ourselves as an important part of the organisation. I heart fully appreciate the young TTAs for their perennial struggle against the ill intentions of the oldies to subside us. (LOL.. I am an ex-serviceman and ofcourse 48 years old young) Also, all out efforts were made by the leading team in fighting various issues and I once again heart fully appreciate their struggle for their (our) existence.
Like pointed out in the header mail, it is the hour of the need to re-think, introspect and inch to lead for a better tomorrow.
I love you all, the young ones.

Hi There,
Appearing exam for the post having higher pay scale is a right. You can as many
times as you like provided you take separate permission for each application.
