snatta should take up these issues
1.make the eligibility criteria as btech or any such degree rather than on service period or compensate service period for qualification.(management can certainly consider it,they can grant permission to appear in the exams-the matter of sucess is individual centric ,so they cannot advocate the breeding ground theory)
2.decrease the probation period(i think its only in bsnl were probation period is 2 years for the same cader)
3."meeting target=incentive" pattern
should be followed
4.all the purchase should be at circle level- 4 better auditing,monitoring,etc...........

unbelievable.... I think these are 2G gprs plans....no where 3G is
mentioned..
one of my friend is using 6 GB(Docomo) plan from last some months...
but 3G serivce(docomo) is not yet started in my city.
so these plans may be of 2 G

my dear friends from long times i have heard that we (DRTTA) performs duty up to SDE level.on other side we complains about injusties to us .also we ready for fight against injusties.here one important why are u perform duty upto SDE.please ask your concern authority in written for your( TTA ) duties and responcibilites.and if you have not dare about it.then how will you fight against top level management for general problem.there is wide difference between talk and implement .i have not strong command on english.but i think you will find out what i want to say.....

Your thinking is just matching with me.Why our TTA friends doing the work of our superiors.Department won't promote TTAs to JTO if the emotional donkeys(including me) like us are present to do all type of work up to SDE/DE level.Why GM/DGM call to TTA directly bypassing Whole executive lobby? Why they giving responsibilites to TTAs directly?Friends,We must to make a mark in our company that without TTA,department must to recruit more JTOs/or promote TTAs to JTO to execute department higher level technical works.I think this may be one of the reason why TTAs not having departmental exam till date even after passing 8-9 years.

But this is the big work for whole TTA cadre to fight agianst management
regarding TTA to JTO promotion or anything else what may be fit same, eventhough
we are doing all the work of Executives. So this isse must be taken into the
account of our CHQ levels also...but again i think it needs co-operation of each
and every one with whole heartedly and ready to do anything to acieve the
goal...????

Loss-making, state-owned telecom company BSNL is set to get additional
subsidies to support its landline business. *Also on the cards is a plan to
compensate the telco for its WiMAX operations in rural India as well as
mandate that all PSUs and government departments must avail services from
this telco. *
A government panel that was asked to consider the recommendations of the *Sam
Pitroda committee, set up by the prime minister to suggest a turnaround
strategy for BSNL, had suggested these measures to improve the revenue
streams of the telco*.
These proposals are outside the recommendations of the Pitroda committee,
which were considered by this panel. ET had reported earlier this week, that
this panel, while rejecting key recommendations of the Pitroda committee
such as a strategic 30% stake sale, had however endorsed the latter�s
suggestions that the state-owned operator BSNL share its infrastructure with
private companies to get additional revenues, launch a venture fund with its
`30,000-crore cash surplus and also hive its land bank into a separate
company and monetise it.
*Apart from the Pitroda report, this panel has also endorsed a long pending
demand of BSNL that it needs to be adequately compensated for its loss
making operations in rural India, especially its landline businesses there.
BSNL has maintained that its landlines in rural India, a bulk of which it is
forced to maintain on account of social commitments, is bleeding it to the
tune of `8,000 crore annually. *
�There is a huge burden of legacy systems and manpower in BSNL. The burden
on BSNL is further compounded by sustenance of loss making services
emanating from rural as well as other socially desirable activities
undertaken by BSNL towards fulfilment of the government�s social
obligations. BSNL may not be able to sustain this burden on its own in a
fiercely competitive market. This burden needs to be assessed afresh,
separately keeping in view the provisions of NTP 99 as well as other
government policies and BSNL compensated suitably,� this panel said in its
report to the telecoms department.
Controversies related to its tendering process has resulted in BSNL being
unable to place any orders for telecom equipment over the past four years,
allowing private companies to steal a march over the PSU, and also resulting
in the telco posting a loss of Rs 1,822.7 crore in the year ended March
2010, the first loss in the company�s history.
The telco�s employee unions say that western vendors such as Nokia Siemens ,
Ericsson and Motorola , in collusion with some executives in BSNL�s top
management, as well as the political establishment, had resulted in the
telco�s dismal performance over the years, a charge denied by these
equipment companies.
This panel has also asked the Centre to compensate BSNL suitably for its
capital and operational expenditure for rolling out wireless internet
services on the WiMAX platform in rural India. This comes as BSNL last month
had openly blared its disgust at operating as a social workhorse without
compensation and bluntly told the government that it will continue building
wireless internet services across rural India only with a grant of Rs 2,395
crore more to support an unviable business.
BSNL�s move, unusual for a state-owned company, is a sign that it has had
enough of fulfilling the government�s social obligations without rewards.
Though it made several threats in the past to stop its unviable businesses
in rural India, including the subsidised landline connections it offers
there, this was the first instance of the telco stopping a project rollout
on the grounds that it did not make commercial sense.
BSNL�s WiMAX project is divided into three parts, and under phase-I about
1000 towers for this facility are to be set up, followed by 6,863 units in
the second phase. BSNL has told the telecoms department that it is close to
completing the rollout of Phase 1.
So far, the Department of Information Technology , has agreed to provide
subsides to the tune of Rs 710 crore for the two phases, Rs 160 crore for
setting up the first 1000 towers and Rs 550 crore for the remaining. But
BSNL has said that it can support only a maximum of 1,798 towers with this
level of funding compared with the requirement of close to 7,000 units for
completion of Phase II.
BSNL�s move to stop the project will see only 17,000 Computer Service
Centres (CSCs) get WiMAX based internet connectivity across rural India as
against the government�s commitment to link up over 62,000 CSCs through this
project. This also ranks amongst the key social initiatives of the UPA
government .

pls find one BSNL EVDO Drivers for Linux Ubuntu-804/810/904 Operating
System.
The software is in compressed (.RAR format) and it is password protected.
The file *password is "bandhan"*

BSNL is incurring loss in the current fin year. On incurring loss EPF contribution will effectively be reduced from 12% to 10% as mandated for loss making PSUs. In effect the employer(BSNL) stand to gain 2% on account of bsnl recruits but DOT absorbed employees do not suffer. Hence it is high time we ask for cost to company cadre wise that includes the pension element of the serving employees. i feel bsnl recruited cost to company(ctc) pay will definitely be substantially lower than dot absorbed employees. Also a seperate pension fund for them to be created to arrive at a figure instead of having ever burgoening pension outgo to save the bsnl from pension account. Our pension EPFcomponent is fixed or diminishing nature depending on profitabilty of the company. Please wake up to get correct compensation. ctc should be same to both the empoloyees of DOT absorbed and BSNL recruited.

It is quite long time after giving Judgement of Supreme court against the wormking as Officiating JTO & So long time of declarion of LDCE JTO Exam. No any progress or very very poor progress about the reversion of these JTOs.All elligible candidate are very frustrate for this so long period. so plz give reply for what progress about eligible canditates of JTO exams.
