Hello friend,
You have tow queries, one regarding petrol expenses and other regarding doing work in the name of JTO.
I will suggest you as under:
1. In case of attending outdoor complaints, you should not mention that you are using your own bike. Instead, you can show that you are using some hired means of transport. You can contact and tie up with some local taxi operator and can get the bills prepared @ Rs 8.00 per km for the distance traveled by you and thereafter claim your monthly TA bills accordingly.
2. As far as using JTO Id for CDR work, you can maintain a daily works diary mentioning the works done by you. This type of record will definitely not be kept by the JTO and thus everything can be cleared if ever required.
