You can get type III rd quarter by paying 3times of the licence fee subject to type IIIrd quarter must be vacent for more than 90 days because of absence of eligible candidate and you will vacate the quarter if any eligible candidate requires so. Regarding this you can study swami's handbook for central government employees rules.

Actually quarter allotment is based on pay scale. Wherever i think after old scale of 8500, one get entitled for type 3 quarters. And if you want type 3 quarter while you are entitled for type 2 then you can get that on payment of extra amount per month.

i have joint bsnl in sep 2008. since then i am trying to get service quarter. but there is no any cercular which say that which type of quarter is intitled for DRTTA. some says it is type two which have one room one hall and kitchen. but here some gets type two which has got only one room and kitchen.
can anyone say that what is actual permitted type and discription of type one type quarters.
is it counted by area???? some where type one is 1BHK some where is type one 1BK.
pls clearify.

Absolutly right Abhilash.
People are more emotional than Practical. I was thinking that atleast we do not
heard these things from batch 2002 because they all know the politics of these
unions...
There should be a " TUITION CLASS " for all of us from Mr. Dhiraj Chaudhary and
Mr. Dharmendra Verma and we might learn how to react to a situation and how to
handle it ??
What do you say ???
I salute Mr. Dhiraj for his dedication to SNATTA in these worst condition of
Association itself. I am sure Dhiraj will be feeling pain seeing the recent
activities in GROUP.
We all were there at the time when we were alone in the indusry. No one was to
hear us. As of now people are expecting how much ???????????

NFTE assured you! In dream? What assurance? Even Prime minister can't do
anything if there is some court stay. OK, Let them feed you exam alone. We had a
signed assurance from EU. What happened to that assurance? BSNLEU didn't keep
their promise. That doesn't mean NFTE or FNTO will do everything for us. All the
unions want us as their members for vote and subscription. But in return they
will give nothing. As long as we are not strengthened by ourselves nobody can
save us.
Dear moderator, Criticisms are welcome. But don't approve any mail against
SNATTA since this platform is meant for strengthening SNATTA.

first, I want to extend my heartiest thanks on behalf of all punjab SNATTA
members that ultimately you haveconsidered our long time pending judiscious
demand for circle confrence here in punjab and request to circle body Punjab to
act upon the suggestions made by SNATTA CHQ as well as urge of all the
(old/new) TTAs of Punjab for a open session and equal chance of reprsentation in
SNATTA.
some points of serious concern are also to be noticed and act upon;
That there should be two to three senior representative from SNATTA CHQ must
attend the confrence and to ensure the success of the confrence. I strongly urge
to YOUR GODSELF to attend the meeting and give us chance to welcome you in
punjab.
That the venue and time of the confrence must be convenient to all the TTAs as
it should be like in Ludhiana or Jalandhar and on sunday or on a holiday so that
all the tta could attend it, ie Ludhiana / Jalandhar are at the centre place n
geographicaly suitable to all .
I again request to THE CHQ to please ensure your presence and convey this to
circle body if there is any kind of problem we all ttas from Ludhiana/Punjab are
ready to support CHQ and Circle body to make the circle confrence successful n
fruitful for SNATTA.

Dear Friends of Punjab Circle
Since last few weeks a campaign of sort has been started by certain districts in
Punjab to conduct the Circle Conference. While appreciating the concerns of all
the parties I would like to convey my resent towards the language used by the
participants. This shows that we still lack compassion and respect towards each
other.
I had conveyed my feelings to Sh. Hakam Singh, Circle Secretary, Punjab about
the Circle Conference. I have requested him to notify the Circle Conference at
the Earliest by giving ample time to all the Districts to attend. He has agreed
to conduct the Circle Conference and soon intimate CHQ about the dates.
I wish all the best to the Punjab Circle and have full faith in the abilities of
Shri. Tejinder Pal Singh, Circle Coordinator and Shri. Hakam Singh that they
will make all out efforts for the Circle Conference.
