(Sorry moderator, as per your suggestion I wanted to keep myself out from this issue, but I don't remain to express my issue because as per my knowledge it becomes necessary for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle. So sorry again)
To remove the dis-satisfactions among the entire Punjab Circle. CHQ leaders are requested to conduct Circle conference in Punjab by themselves. But I again requested following points must be keep in mind before its commencement :
1. Conference date should be fixed atleast 10 days before its declaration.
2. Date of CEC should be put on CHQ website & also on yahoo group.
3. Make sure that all SSA's TTAs attend the CEC.
4. Presence of at least one Senior leaders from CHQ is solicited.
5. Organization of conference must be at the centre place of Punjab (Jalandhar or nearabout)
6. Young TTAs from 2007-08-09 batches are also peculiarly invited.
7. Election of Circle posts must be by democratic way.
8. Present Circle leaders must bound to reply each question of every TTA. Open House session may be conducted for this purpose.
9. Young TTAs may be enter in next CEC.
Remember this is only for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle.

Why you have not reply to our SSA quries regading cec punjab (have you not any answer). What we shoud think about you
If you have any answer then also reply who is responsible for injustice with mr surajpreet singh & all other TTAs attending broadband complaints. who is responsible for passing TA bill proposal in RCM meeting which is not benifial to TTAs. will you blame to our chq for TA bill as you have done in case of wage revision. Must reply before its too much late.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

The whole wrong sense of disagree with CEC of punjab , Started by MR. SUDESH KUMAR BHARRDWAJ .
Actually sir HE IS ORGANISING SECRETARY OF BSNLEU AMRITSAR , HE NEVER ATTENDED ANY MEETING OF SNATTA PUNJAB SINCE LAST 2 YEARS .
Now the reality is almost all tta from AMRITSAR REFUSED TO GIVE 600/- TO BSNLEU. SIR mr. sudesh become active now JUST TO MAKE BSNLEU HAPPY BY USING A DIRTY ART TO MAKE RUMOURS ABOUT THE CEC MEETING , TO CREATE CONFUSION AMONG THE TTA OF PUNJAB.
Now read the statement by DISTICT SECRETARY OF AMRITSAR AGAIN , from the statement by komal preet singh it is clear that mr. sudesh JUST TRY TO CUT THE BEARD & MUSHTACHES OF SNATTA COMMANDOS BY SITTING NEAR TO THE BSNLEU LOCAL LEADERS.
I think it is no need to prove anything about the mr. sudesh , who started the whole rumours episode about CEC OF SNATTA-PUNJAB.

I am regularly reading the discussions on yahoo group, but its all changing from discussion to quarrellings due to some mad persons who are spreading false wordings on this forum. Which is not right for our unity. I want to clear some misunderstandings among TTAs and i wish from those persons to work for TTAs and not for some other parties.
1) I was personally called by CS S. Hakkam Singh, for CEC meeting and not only me Distt President Sh Rajiv malik, Asst. Secy S. Jaspal Singh, Distt. Body Cashier and some other TTA friends were also called by CS and myself personally also invited them to attend CEC meting but as some persons do not wish to be the part of SNATTA so instead of attending meeting they are spreading rumours and misusing our yahoo plateform.
2) Another point that why our CS is not doing the works by himself,, for that it is quite clear that we have given support to BSNLEU not for looking their faces but this was done for carrying out works through them as they are in force and power to meet management.
3) fund scandal , does not this seem to be very foolish to ask such a silly question,, there are many works , meetings arrangements, travelling etc. which require funds, every ssa wants their CS to visit them but neither of them ask how CS will arrange funds for this. i ask from these mad persons that ever they asked from BSNLEU where they consume funds as they are monthly deducting funds from your salary. just give me detail of last one year of that if you can get.
4) Distt body , SNATTA SSA Amritsar is fully agreed with CEC meeting agenda and resolution.
5) with all these i wish to get such people removed from yahoo group as instead of getting united these are creating misunderstandings among all TTAs.

I straight say that you come on very cheap activities like, when I come to know that you are writing mail by the name of Harjinder Singh, I was surprised instantly. I don't want to share more words with you, You try a lot to keep our mouth shut. Now you are supporting NFTE supporter leaders at Amritsar . you have no faith in democracy. Be fixed with Circle Secy. post,it doesn't matter. Remember I called you for the first ever meeting of SNATTA at Amritsar, by the request of Mr. Balwinder Singh DP SNATTA Jalandhar. But you are continously blaming us. Your such type of ledership congrants you. You forget a man supplying you such important information/funds time to time, but I can't.

If your type of people support Hakam type of leader, then nobody want to follow Hakam's leadership. You never support BSNLEU on any matter/any stage/any demonstration, but keep busy to strrong NFTE.

(Sorry moderator, as per your suggestion I wanted to keep myself out from this issue, but I don't remain to express my issue because as per my knowledge it becomes necessary for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle. So sorry again)
To remove the dis-satisfactions among the entire Punjab Circle. CHQ leaders are requested to conduct Circle conference in Punjab by themselves. But I again requested following points must be keep in mind before its commencement :
1. Conference date should be fixed atleast 10 days before its declaration.
2. Date of CEC should be put on CHQ website & also on yahoo group.
3. Make sure that all SSA's TTAs attend the CEC.
4. Presence of at least one Senior leaders from CHQ is solicited.
5. Organization of conference must be at the centre place of Punjab (Jalandhar or nearabout)
6. Young TTAs from 2007-08-09 batches are also peculiarly invited.
7. Election of Circle posts must be by democratic way.
8. Present Circle leaders must bound to reply each question of every TTA. Open House session may be conducted for this purpose.
9. Young TTAs may be enter in next CEC.
Remember this is only for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

(Sorry moderator, as per your suggestion I wanted to keep myself out from this issue, but I don't remain to express my issue because as per my knowledge it becomes necessary for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle. So sorry again)
To remove the dis-satisfactions among the entire Punjab Circle. CHQ leaders are requested to conduct Circle conference in Punjab by themselves. But I again requested following points must be keep in mind before its commencement :
1. Conference date should be fixed atleast 10 days before its declaration.
2. Date of CEC should be put on CHQ website & also on yahoo group.
3. Make sure that all SSA's TTAs attend the CEC.
4. Presence of at least one Senior leaders from CHQ is solicited.
5. Organization of conference must be at the centre place of Punjab (Jalandhar or nearabout)
6. Young TTAs from 2007-08-09 batches are also peculiarly invited.
7. Election of Circle posts must be by democratic way.
8. Present Circle leaders must bound to reply each question of every TTA. Open House session may be conducted for this purpose.
9. Young TTAs may be enter in next CEC.
Remember this is only for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle.

Why you have not reply to our SSA quries regading cec punjab (have you not any answer). What we shoud think about you
If you have any answer then also reply who is responsible for injustice with mr surajpreet singh & all other TTAs attending broadband complaints. who is responsible for passing TA bill proposal in RCM meeting which is not benifial to TTAs. will you blame to our chq for TA bill as you have done in case of wage revision. Must reply before its too much late.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

You are Hakam's follower or NFTE's please clear first. See LCM Agenda submitted to GMTD Amritsar, then write on group. You should keep busy in making NFTE Branches at Local level. If your type of people support Hakam type of leader, then nobody want to follow Hakam's leadership. You never support BSNLEU on any matter/any stage/any demonstration, but keep busy to strrong NFTE.

(Sorry moderator, as per your suggestion I wanted to keep myself out from this issue, but I don't remain to express my issue because as per my knowledge it becomes necessary for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle. So sorry again)
To remove the dis-satisfactions among the entire Punjab Circle. CHQ leaders are requested to conduct Circle conference in Punjab by themselves. But I again requested following points must be keep in mind before its commencement :
1. Conference date should be fixed atleast 10 days before its declaration.
2. Date of CEC should be put on CHQ website & also on yahoo group.
3. Make sure that all SSA's TTAs attend the CEC.
4. Presence of at least one Senior leaders from CHQ is solicited.
5. Organization of conference must be at the centre place of Punjab (Jalandhar or nearabout)
6. Young TTAs from 2007-08-09 batches are also peculiarly invited.
7. Election of Circle posts must be by democratic way.
8. Present Circle leaders must bound to reply each question of every TTA. Open House session may be conducted for this purpose.
9. Young TTAs may be enter in next CEC.
Remember this is only for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

hi friends,
If BSNL Mgmt gives BSNL Mobile connection to Non-Executive specially to TTAs
working in field then Don't accept it until and unless we get Unlimited
Calling to BSNL Network as 300 odd bucks are very less. BSNL going into
losses and they charging its own employees to earn revenue..??
ridiculous..!! GREAT POLICY of BSNL Mgmt.
*BSNL is not offering any scheme/discounts/offers for its own employees*.
the only scheme thats prevalent is 20% discount to Govt Employees which we
avail indirectly. BUT...BSNL has never given any discounts/ schemes/ offers/
incentives to its own employees. the policies of BSNL since beginning are
very poorly framed up.
there is hardly any motivation for employees in BSNL. One of the live
example is of non-conductance of promotional exam for the last 8 yrs.
*See the below chart* and you will find that BSNL gives special vouchers
through which General subscribers can get unlimited SMS, STD, Local calling,
GPRS etc... Can BSNL give below scheme to Employees on their service
connection..??
*Atleast they can barred us from calling private operators but they must
give free calling to its Own network so that BSNL don't have to pay Access
Deficit Charges to any operator*. Whenever an employees calls a subscriber
on its BSNL network he/she should not think that after 10, 20 or say 30 mins
i will be getting charged for any extra minute spent on helping subscriber.
especially in broadband section we need to talk a lot on phone to make user
understand the solution. Most of the complaints get solved if there is an
IT literate over the other side. Also there are various broadband plans by
BSNL so queries about them are common on phone.
*In a nutshell, we need mobile phone with unlimited Calling and SMS to BSNL
Network as we need to promote our own services and use them excessively.*

August 19, 2010 around 11 am I had gone to attend a Broadband (B.B) complaint at
Sukrampur Tapriya opposite Bhata Sahib Chownk on my scooter. The shop lies on
the main G.T road. At the movement I park my scooter near the side of road I
move hardly 5 step from my scooter toward that shop where I went for attending
B.B complaint a speedy Mohindra Belaro of Registration no. HP-12C-4421 came from
Kurali side hit my scooter from back with a powerful impact and ran away. I seen
that my scooter hip up in the air around 5 to 8 foots and when it land its spin
with 3 to 4 rounds with heavy bumps. I was shocked at the movement. A person
nearby noticed and note the registration No. of that Mohindra Belaro.
Soon after I called police on 100 No. and explained the situation. After a while
a P.C.R party arrived at the accident site. The accident site is under City
Police station, Ropar. Whose S.H.O is Insp. Digvijay Kapil, A.S.I Singra Singh
is the investigation office (I.O) of my case by whom my remarks were written.
Even after one day i.e. on August 20, I got no response from them;
simultaneously I called one of my friend in Solan to trace out that Mohindra
Belaro of Registration no. HP-12C-4421. And this belongs to:-
Name: - Naresh Kumar
S/O: - Ram Ashra
R/o: - Kishanpura
Tesil: - Baddi
Distt: - Solan
I gave all the above detail to concern police officers SHO & IO. But I thought
that instead of accused will get harassed I got harassment more. SHO say that
we do nothing, and my complaint is attached in the file with other pending
complaints.
What our department will do. On the day of accident they do nothing should they
do now.

Just pass one message to GM of ur SSA in short to his cell then u can see the difference how ur SDE and DE not only care you but also ran towards police station for you. dont worry we are all with u. Face this problem with same guts that u have shown in yahoo group dear so that Eears of deaf management will open soon.One more thing dont follow the protocols or through proper channel because these were the rules made by the management so that we always shut our mouth against injustice.For making new rules we have to come in picture with strong GUTS, if u feel any problem regarding SMS then call me.

(Sorry moderator, as per your suggestion I wanted to keep myself out from this issue, but I don't remain to express my issue because as per my knowledge it becomes necessary for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle. So sorry again)
To remove the dis-satisfactions among the entire Punjab Circle. CHQ leaders are requested to conduct Circle conference in Punjab by themselves. But I again requested following points must be keep in mind before its commencement :
1. Conference date should be fixed atleast 10 days before its declaration.
2. Date of CEC should be put on CHQ website & also on yahoo group.
3. Make sure that all SSA's TTAs attend the CEC.
4. Presence of at least one Senior leaders from CHQ is solicited.
5. Organization of conference must be at the centre place of Punjab (Jalandhar or nearabout)
6. Young TTAs from 2007-08-09 batches are also peculiarly invited.
7. Election of Circle posts must be by democratic way.
8. Present Circle leaders must bound to reply each question of every TTA. Open House session may be conducted for this purpose.
9. Young TTAs may be enter in next CEC.
Remember this is only for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

As per the point listd at Sr. No. 45, "in case of TTAs, whose pay scale has been upgraded from CDA scale of 4500-7000 to CDA scale of 5000-8000 wef 01/10/2000, wht will be date of first upgradation & what will be the date of 2nd upgradation ?"....
The Mgmt's biased clarification :
"any upgradation of the pay scale granted by BSNL on or after 01/10/2010 and b4 notification of NEPP will be treated as the first financial upgrad under NEPP. Acc., in the case of BSNL Absorbed TTAs, the upgradation of pay scale wef 01/10/2000 is to be treated as first upgrad & hence the second upgradation is to be granted wef 01/10/2007 i.e. After completion of 7 years of service. In case of DR TTAs, the upgradations r to be regulated as per the provisions of para 3.1 of NEPP Order dated 23/03/2010".
As per then time atmosphere, the BSNLEU had celebrated this as major achievement for TTA cadre saying that they had managed to get the 5000 CDA scale as the appointment scale, bt Mgmt now saying it as first financial upgradation. It means EU had played with the sentiments of DR TTAs....?. Then time NFTE (nonrecognised) had opposed this upgradation move doubting that Mgmt may consider it as financial upgradation...(& look, Mgmt did it)...
This is vry much clear that the Mgmt is doing vry best to make BSNLEU & its allies as the weakest union. At the top level, its the ITS Lobby (60% plus) who is making BSNL as weak organisation & at other level, its BSNLEU's Top minds (90%) who are making the workers as frustrated minds...
Appeal to BSNLEU & Allies, NFTE & Allies : dnt forget the sacrifices done by the worker's domain. Sambhal jao, otherwise u all leaders will becomes the matter of past...

I have watching war in yahoo group from last few days.
I am here to clear that Mr Jujhar singh not join NFTE. He is
the member of SC/ST association those support the rights of SC/ST members. It
is a reserved association to protect the rights of sc/st members.In this
association GM,DE,SDO,JTO,TTA etc also a
member. In this association BSNLEU,NFTE ,SNATTA and of others union also have members..But Mr
Sudesh spread the rumors that Mr.Jujhar singh join the NFTE.I know
that mr sudesh is good in writing but it is not favor of SNATTA.I and Dist
Secretary ASR Mr Komal preet singh take the help from Mr.Jujhar singh for TTA
matter in Amritsar.

NIGHT DUTY ALLOWANCE
How to calculate Night Duty Allowance (NDA) :-
Government employees eligible
for grant of various allowances are given 'Night Duty Allowance' or
weightage for hours of work performed during night. It has not been
possible for Govt. to introduce a uniform
system of weightage for 'Night Duty' because the requirements of each
organization are different. Suggestions have been received for
prescribing uniform standard for 'Night Weightage' and 'night duty'
hours.
Government may consider the advisability of having the entire matter examined as it has various aspects and implications. In the meantime Govt. may refix the rates of night duty allowance
In pursuance of the above recommendation, a Committee was constituted in the Deptt. of Personnel & Training associating representatives of the major employing Ministries/Departments, where the staff is
required to perform night duty. After careful consideration of the Committee's recommendations, the President is pleased to decide as follows:-
(i) Wherever the working hours have been arrived at after taking into
account the night weightage factor, no further compensation may be
admissible.
(ii) Night Duty may be defined as duty performed between 22.00 hours and 6.00 hours.
(iii) A uniform weightage of 10 minutes may be given for every hour of night duty performed.
(iv) The ceiling of pay for entitlement of Night Duty Allowance shall
be Rs.2200/- per month. There will, however, be no ceiling for
entitlement of Night Duty Allowance in respectof the officials who are at present getting this benefit as per existing criteria.
(v) Duty Allowance shall be computed as per the following formula:
(a) For continuous Night and intensive duty : Rates calculated on the basis of current rates of
pay including DA & CCA divided by the number of working hours in a
month. For administrative convenience, the pay scales may be fitted
into convenient slabs at the optionof the Department.
(b) For intermittent and excluded Class III. : 2/3rd of the rate worked out under (a) above
(vi) Where in revising the pay scales of any category an improvement
over replacement scale has been granted after taking into account night
duty or where the night duty factor has already been taken into account
for grant of any allowance such as Nursing Allowance, in the case of
Nurses, no further compensation may be allowed for night duty.
In respect of employees of Deptt. of Telecommunications and Deptt. of Posts, separate orders will be issued by the Min. of Communications.
Illustration :-
Night Duty Allowance:
Workers are entitled to get Night Duty Allowance @ 10 minutes for each hourof work done between 22.00 hrs. to 06.00 hrs. in the night shift.
The prescribed hourly rate for NightDuty Allowance is (Pay + DA + CCA) / 200.
(For Night duty performed between 2200 hrs and 0600 hrs Calculated on
the basis of Weightage. Weightage is given as 10 minutes for every 1 hr
of night duty While calculating number of hours of Night Duty, than 30
minutes….. rounded of to 1 hour. Less than 30 minutes…..ignored.)
NDA is calculated on the Weightage with a specific Rate. This Rate is determined by the Govt. from time to time
Example:
An Industrial Employee is working in Night Shift between 22.00 hrs & 07.00 hrs.
The total working hours will be 9.00 hrs.
But Night Duty Hours calculate from 2200 to 600 only, Night Duty hrs is 7 hrs.
Weightage is 7 x 10 = 70mts
Note : Night Duty hrs does not include * Recess time * Shift leave * Overtime hours * performed during Night duty hours.
The prescribed hourly rate for (rate calculated asper the formula) For one hour = (BasicPay + DA ) / 200.
Night Shift Bonus :-
PWs who perform night shift are paid an extra 1/2hr pay called Night Shift Bonus.

How to calculate Overtime
Overtime :-
Industrial employees are entitled to additional payment for work
done beyond the normal working hours. There are two sets of rules
applicable for overtime payment viz. (i) Departmental Rules and (ii)
The Factories Act.
For work beyond normal working hours and upto 9 hrs. a day or beyond
44.75 hrs upto 48 hrs in a week, overtime is paid under departmental
rules which is known as DOT. For work done beyond 9 hrs. a day or 48
hrs a week, payment is admissible at twice the rate of pay plus all
allowances under the Factories Act (often loosely termed as OT Bonus).
OVER TIME PAYMENTS UNDER DEPARTMENTAL RULES (DOT)
In the case of Day Workers, the overtime is paid at the rate of Basic
Pay + Dearness Allowances + City Compensatory Allowance + Personal Pay
+ Special Pay + Pension to the extent as applicable, divided by 200 for each hour of overtime worked. The hourly rate is the same for the work done both in Day & Night Shift.
In the case of Piece Workers, again there are two sets of rules for
DOT. It is calculated @ Basic Pay (alone)/200 per hour in the day
shift. For working in the night shift, an additional element known as
Night Shift Bonus is also added. This is calculated for half an hour
for each hour of overtime worked under departmental rules @ (Basic Pay + Dearness Allowances + City Compensatory Allowance)/200.
OVER TIME PAYMENTS UNDER THE FACTORIES ACT, 1948
For work done, beyond 9 hrs. a day or 48 hrs a week, there are two sets of rules –
one for the Day Worker and the other for the Piece Worker.
Day Worker: Hourly rate of payment which are applicable equally in the day shift as well
in the night shift is calculated at the rate = twice the pay & allowances/200.
Piece Worker: Hourly rate of payment in the day shift is calculated at the rate = twice the
pay & allowances/200. In the night shift, the same becomes = (twice the pay + pay/4 +

To remove the dis-satisfactions among the entire Punjab Circle. CHQ leaders are requested to conduct Circle conference in Punjab by themselves. But I again requested following points must be keep in mind before its commencement :
1. Conference date should be fixed atleast 10 days before its declaration.
2. Date of CEC should be put on CHQ website & also on yahoo group.
3. Make sure that all SSA's TTAs attend the CEC.
4. Presence of at least one Senior leaders from CHQ is solicited.
5. Organization of conference must be at the centre place of Punjab (Jalandhar or nearabout)
6. Young TTAs from 2007-08-09 batches are also peculiarly invited.
7. Election of Circle posts must be by democratic way.
8. Present Circle leaders must bound to reply each question of every TTA. Open House session may be conducted for this purpose.
9. Young TTAs may be enter in next CEC.
Remember this is only for the unity of SNATTA in Punjab Circle.

Why you have not reply to our SSA quries regading cec punjab (have you not any answer). What we shoud think about you
If you have any answer then also reply who is responsible for injustice with mr surajpreet singh & all other TTAs attending broadband complaints. who is responsible for passing TA bill proposal in RCM meeting which is not benifial to TTAs. will you blame to our chq for TA bill as you have done in case of wage revision. Must reply before its too much late.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

You are Hakam's follower or NFTE's please clear first. See LCM Agenda submitted to GMTD Amritsar, then write on group. You should keep busy in making NFTE Branches at Local level. If your type of people support Hakam type of leader, then nobody want to follow Hakam's leadership. You never support BSNLEU on any matter/any stage/any demonstration, but keep busy to strrong NFTE.
