Why are you crying on yahoo group about CEC , please it is better if you CRY for following--
1. Wage loss to new ttas.
2. JTO-INTERNAL EXAM.
3. Designation Chnage.
Above are our long pending demand , but you are crying for CEC ONLY , Please start crying for above issues NOW. Above issues are important than CEC ,Punjab.Please agree with request of your younger brother.

my dear friend if in your SSA any trade union leaders are threating our dear TTAs, The SSA District body can increase its activities by arranging meeting at SSA level to protect our dear TTAs from any harm by management or trade union . moreover your SSA can complain to our circle body & chq SNATTA (If u have complain to cs or cc punjab, the steps they taken are u satisfied with them)
I assure u we will stand by u against any injustice with our dear TTAs.
My dear i want to clear that i do not follows mr sudesh kumar ,the demand to conduct circle conference is of my SSA in DEC meeting. We take any decision in democrative way in DEC meeting & always stands with truth.
my dear our circle leaders are not ready to discuss issue regarding CEC Punjab, if they had responsibility or sense to maitain unity they had arranged meeting to discuss the issue & stop increasing conflict between TTAs ,moreover all new TTAs say that if they had any post in SNATTA leadership they did not have pay anomally , so its our responsibility to give them proper representation to maintain our SNATTA unity
For ur kind information we had already declare to give the post of DP to new TTA in our SSA in democrative way. so my dear friends try to understand our feelings to maintain unity of SNATTA
Its out of understandig that TTAs who are being harrassed by management or any trade union instead of having district body & circle body are opposing to conduct circle conference in democrative way to maintain faith in all dear TTAs & discuss all issues like yours in detail at circle level.

You donot know the matter in Amritsar .what ever Sudesh have tell you don't repeated it .even not one people agree with Sudesh Kumar. You know that why a single person of SNATTA member didn't attend the CEC meeting last tow week ago, because BNSLEU threading the SNATTA member in different way and Sudesh Kumar with them. if you have some proble with CEC you talk them and put question in meeting don't write in yahoogroup it will not faver in SNATTA

Why you have not reply to our SSA quries regading cec punjab (have you not any answer). What we shoud think about you
If you have any answer then also reply who is responsible for injustice with mr surajpreet singh & all other TTAs attending broadband complaints. who is responsible for passing TA bill proposal in RCM meeting which is not benifial to TTAs. will you blame to our chq for TA bill as you have done in case of wage revision. Must reply before its too much late.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

you kind of people can never understand the feelings of our dear TTAs ,The demand of CEC was of my SSA in DEC meeting not my alone.moreover tell me who is responsible for
1. wage loss
2. not designation change
my answer & all knows only designation change comitte member & wage revision comitte member only our circle secretary punjab (who did not show any knowledge & guts to get any thing done for our dear TTAs instead of blaming others ). So why you do not cry in front of him for all these.
My dear friend we do not want to repeat story by again giving responsibility to that uncapable leader
For wage loss to TTAs we arranged DEC meeting at jallandhar & put agenda to DS BSNLEU who forward de demands of TTAs to CS & GS of BSNLEU ,we also forward the agenda to our CS.
We again raise the demand to give five increments to TTAs affected by wage revision in DEC meeting of BSNLEU & again remind the demands to CS & GS BSNLEU on mobile by me & DS BSNLEU
Now the quetion is
1. have you or CS Punjab put wage loss agenda to CHQ or CS BSNLEU before it was pick-up by CHQ itself.
2. have your goodself arranged any meeting in your SSA for demands of our dear TTAs.
3. is there any district body in your SSA if not then why & where are your activities.
Moreover instead of asking any quetion to me first just reply my SSA five queries.
Instead to keep blaming continously on yahoo group it will be better you arrange meeting in your SSA to discuss all these issues to maitain unity of our SNATTA

Dear friends
i expect this kind of words from sick thinking person gola singh for me & all my SSA TTAs who demand for circle conference in DEC meeting at jallandhar to maintain faith & unity in our TTAs. Neither CS Punjab nor any other from circle body reply to our SSA queries . moreover CS Punjab or mr gola singh (harjinder singh) did respond to my request to arrange meeting in their own SSA Ludhiana to discuss the issues & maintain unity,either they have no responsibility or guts. I think gola singh has gone mentally disturb after licking sole of trade union leaders to protect him from chargesheet. What we can expect from this kind of person who had put our SNATTA to shame .Its my humble request to CHQ & my all dear driends to interfere to protect our SNATTA from such persons..

I request to chq please sacked him from YAHOO GROUP ATLEAST.
2. Our second brother Shailender ( idiot) , as i am belong to ssa ludhiana & i know him very well. As known to all that he has given RESIGN FROM DS-LUDHIANA by his own MAD ACT ( EGO ) .Now he suddenly become DS-LUDHIANA by his own again by his mad act . Now he is talking about all time , day & night about democracy in snatta.
3. Our third Brother (Balwinder ) , i know him through the mail on group , he is crying on group about CEC-PUNJAB & Favouring sudesh & shailender.
These three brothers ( idiots ) , if they have problem with CEC then why they are SPOILING THE WHOLE SNATTA-PUNJAB on following lines --
1. the situation created by wage loss to new ttas & THESE BROTHERS TRYING TO EXPLOIT THE SITUATION.

Why you have not reply to our SSA quries regading cec punjab (have you not any answer). What we shoud think about you
If you have any answer then also reply who is responsible for injustice with mr surajpreet singh & all other TTAs attending broadband complaints. who is responsible for passing TA bill proposal in RCM meeting which is not benifial to TTAs. will you blame to our chq for TA bill as you have done in case of wage revision. Must reply before its too much late.

JALANDHAR SSA IS NOT SATISFIED WITH CEC PUNJAB DECISIONS
A District Body meeting of SNATTA Jalandhar SSA took place at LCM Room JL on dt
12-08-2010. In this meeting the resolution passed by CEC were discussed in detail. The
meeting was presided by Sh Balwinder Singh, President. Sh Jasveer Jassal,vice Circle
President was also present. Following points were raised unanimously-
1. Circle conference should immediately be organized by the circle body in order to keep
the faith of all its member.
2. The whole Jalandhar District Body is not satisfied with the decision of continuing the
existing CEC as no District Body member was present in Ludhiana during the process
due to formal intimation by the Circle Body.
3. The members of Jalandhar are not ready to raise any fund, any financial contribution
without Circle Conference.

Those who got transfer under 5 yrs within SSA or Circle are specially
requested to upload their Office order copy of Transfer to support her case
for transfer. I will upload mine soon.
*We need to help her as she need URGENT transfer for the following reasons:-

1. She has having some problem in her leg (Disability).
2. She has 1 year old baby.
3. Her Husband working in Private firm in Chandigarh. So its natural that
she cant to-and-fro 100 kms daily.
4. She has been constantly harassed by her GM Bhatinda verbally. He also
transferred her to remote location as she sought union intervention. so now
SNATTA need to take strong stand.
5. She is a M.TECH degree holder so transferring her in Outdoor is totally
wasting her capabilities. Her abilities and skills can be properly utilized
in Newer technologies
6. She is a woman so we need to view her case sensitively.

from delhi i got a letter in which it is written that GM Bathinda refused ur
case saying that there is no procedure to tranfer a TTA beyond SSA before 5
years
now the delhi people asked me abt the case if any in which there is any
transfer before 5 years
then they will gve a court hearing to GM bathinda
so i need by today only any case in which there is tranfer by any mean
before 5 years

It was a busy
morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80's arrived to have
stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an
appointment at 9:00 am.*
*I took his vital
signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before
someone
would to able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since
I
was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it
was
well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to
remove his sutures and redress his wound.
While taking care of
his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning,
as
he was in such a hurry.
The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to
the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I inquired as to her
health.
He told me that** **she had been there
for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease.
As we
talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.
He
replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him
in
five years now.
I was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every
morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?'
He smiled as he
patted my hand and said,

'She doesn't
know me, but I still know who she is.'**
**
I had to hold back
tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought,
'That is
the kind of love I want in my life.'
True love is
neither physical, nor romantic.
**
True love is an
acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not
be.

With all the jokes
and fun that are in e-mails, sometimes there is one that comes along that
has an
important message.. This one I thought I could share with you.

I want to share with you a story created about CEC-PUNJAB by OUR THREE BROTHERS , you can call them due to their MAD ACT as THREE IDIOTS.My brothers as from all mails on yahoo groups , one can easly conclude that---
1. Our first brother ( Idiot) , Sudesh who started whole MAD ACT about CEC -PUNJAB.As i confirmed from circle body members , sudesh was duly invited but he never attended CEC.At last all responsible members from his ssa , explained ALL ABOUT SUDESH on yahoo group.Now he has no moral right to PUT ANYTHING ON GROUP. I request to chq please sacked him from YAHOO GROUP ATLEAST.
2. Our second brother Shailender ( idiot) , as i am belong to ssa ludhiana & i know him very well. As known to all that he has given RESIGN FROM DS-LUDHIANA by his own MAD ACT ( EGO ) .Now he suddenly become DS-LUDHIANA by his own again by his mad act . Now he is talking about all time , day & night about democracy in snatta.
3. Our third Brother (Balwinder ) , i know him through the mail on group , he is crying on group about CEC-PUNJAB & Favouring sudesh & shailender.
These three brothers ( idiots ) , if they have problem with CEC then why they are SPOILING THE WHOLE SNATTA-PUNJAB on following lines --
1. the situation created by wage loss to new ttas & THESE BROTHERS TRYING TO EXPLOIT THE SITUATION.

Cabinet hikes MPs' perks
New Delhi, Aug 23 (IANS) The union cabinet Monday further increased
allowances of MPs by Rs.10,000 per month, comprising a hike of Rs.5,000 each
in constituency and office expense allowances for parliamentarians. However,
the three-fold salary hike raise remained unaltered.
The panel met here under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
to reconsider and bring amendments to the MPs' salary hike bill it had
cleared last week.
It was severely opposed by parliamentarians who were demanding a 500 percent
raise against the three-fold hike proposed by the government.
Sources told IANS that the panel gave its nod to propose a hike in
non-taxable perks - constituency and office allowances - given to MPs.

*It has been decided that the Circle who would be depositing delegate fees
up to 31-08-2010 will be extended stay/boarding facilities at discounted
rates by Maharashtra Circle. The remaining circles will have to make their
own stay arrangements. In their case also they will have to deposit `300 as
delegate fees per member. *

London, Aug 23 (IANS) Inappropriate email at work can result in a severe
reprimand and even sacking, a survey in Britain has revealed.
According to a survey carried out among 2,000 people, email gaffes have
resulted in one in 20 being sacked or having to face a severe reprimand.
Daily Express Monday reported that one in five respondents said they had
foolishly sent an inappropriate email in anger.
The top embarrassing mistakes included sending an offensive message to a
colleague who was being insulted.
The survey was commissioned to mark the DVD release of the TV film 'Going
Postal'.
More than one in 10 had posted a spiteful message to a rival colleague by
accident while one in three said they had hit 'reply all' instead of 'reply'
by mistake.
Also, men were more likely to make a mistake, with 28 percent having made an
email faux pas, compared with 17 percent of women.
Outside work, one in five respondents admitted to dumping a partner by
sending a text message and one in 10 ended a relationship by sending an
email, the survey found.
