Hi to all,
I have sought clarification regarding ruling of deduction of arrears in respect of EPF and have received reply from EPFO HQ, New Delhi, which clearly states that Employer has to remit all dues.
Take up the case through proper channel with the appropriate branch (HRD or Accounts) regarding refund of arrears deducted from your salary.
The scanned copy of file has also been uploaded in "Files" section.
