Dear Anish,
Well, It is correct wot u r saying. In fact everyone know the fact, even the officers (like SDE & old JTO) are well known to the fact. It is wrong with you that they are not aware from the fact. As because they have limited period of their service, and also they r not getting the coopration from the ITS lavle, they cant do anything.
Actually the practical aspects and the theorical, r different with each other. Practical truth is that "No one can take the work by an unwilling worker."
 
It will be better to do our job honestly and faithfully and at least encourage to the young bloods to work hard. Be honest to your proffession and to BSNL only.
 
Other practically possible good suggestions are invited please......

Why we ranked to 19 ? It's only because of our working culture. We have much more potential than Reliance or Airtel. These are the main problem that we are facing

1. Line staffs (TMs) are not ready to clear problem as fast as possible. In most exchanges, they are closing faults without clearing it. No one can ask about it. JTO and SDEs are powered for giving memo the one who is not working correctly. But they are helpless. Because the union will make problems if he/she give memo to a TM. We are supporting that EU who are trying to destroy the company.

2. Most of the office staffs are not ready to hear from a customer and clear the problem as fast as possible. Instead they will try to handle over the problem. It's not a good practice.

3. Most of the higher officers are still in the DoT era. They are thinking that that are still Govt. officials of DoT. They are not ready to hear anything from subordinates and customers. They are thinking all they are doing is correct. And hearing ideas from subordinates and customers are not good for their status.

Why still they are working like this ? We have a good young talented team for doing anything perfectly. Our management is not ready to utilise it perfectly. There are no place for expressing our ideas and problems. We need to change considerably.

At last, why SNATTA is not trying to make these changes into BSNL ? They are always trying to higher salary and designation change. No one can stop our salary upgradation. Also if management take desition, they will surely change the designation. If we want more salary, then our company need more revenue. Others wise, it will become like Air India. So SNATTA and other associations of executives must take joint actions for good working culture and make good reputaion in public.

Hope all SNATTA leaders read this and take necessary action
