1. TTAs cadre is front worker of BSNL is specialised manner.

2. It is Diploma's Cadre and Diploma means Class10th+3years A Professional course of front worker so can't to give chance as a management holder or an engineer.

3. Higer cadre is policy of any company in world for use and throgh of this post.

4. But in BSNL last 9 years increase higher cadre involvemet as TTAs. So Policy view now it is must to break unity of this post and also managemet team play other cadre for this group(Basically TM/TOA) to resist a planned manner for any entry in to Managenet post.

5. So management had confidential discussed to change desginatin of this cadre through a palnned mannaer to restrcture of TTas.

6. Management now had decied to Change TTAs authority and give a new degination

TTAs-------- - on entry level is TELECOM SUPERVISOR

AND CHANGE UPTO FOUR PROMOTION

Sr. TS(GRADE-I)

Sr. TS(GRADE-II)

Sr. TS(GRADE-III)

FINAL CTS(CHIEF TS)

IT HAPPEN TIME BOND PROMOTION

7. If TTAs are selected in higher qualificaion it is him fault.

8. Now Managent play only COLLECTIVE BARGANNING FOR only implementaion of their planed implementations.

9. IF any TTas want to up in high cadre kindly redout earlier discussion about this topic

Hii friends

I have reads so many mails about designation change meeting I m sorry to say that some of our friends not only underestimate yourself but also to SNATTA association. which gave bad impression if the flash news dont came then it does not means SNATTA accept supervisory cadre. one thing i would like to clear on this platform that BSNL already emerged all supervisory cadres. then how can they give us supervisory cadre. I have full confidence on our snatta representative MR Hakam singh ji CC SNATTA Punjab. He will not sign on any agreement regarding desig. change till we got JET desig. as I note down this view from my telephonical conversation with him. So i would like to request all my friends dont underestimate our SNATTA representation. Yes we can send sms to CMD and Nambbodiri ji but why we waste our energy for doing all this beacause our representative strongly opposed these type of matters in the meetings yes when will he asked to us then we can do everything like if we do these things now then it means we have no confidence on our unity. so lets friends rocks and be confident lets strong the hands of our CC Hakam Singh ji who is very busy these days due to meetings by giving him new ideas and thoughts.Please write ur name cell no and station of posting before posting any message to this group.some of my friends were not doing this which gaves bad impression.
