all are working hard for BSNL if you give them Telecom Supervisor there will be Negative

effect on them and also on BSNL.

At present with what confidence they are working , they can not work with Telecom supervisor with same confidence..

before deciding as such post first look their past performance in the growth of BSNL.

To continue it Encourage them it will be good for BSNL at all.
