Dear Friends
As You all know that we the TTAs of
Punjab circle visited some reputed lawyer for suggestion regarding the present scenario
and got to foundd the following points :-
1. Firstly since regarding cutoff date nothing was mentioned in RR rules
-2001 and since then no such amendments have been made on this so management
can not just come out on one day and say that we have fixed the cutoff date as
was mentioned .On this we can challenge at court.
2. And secondly as in JTO recruitment -2000, recent recruitment of JAO's
management have given 5 year one time relaxation ( which depands solely on the
discretion of deptt ) ,citing such examples we can presuurize on the management
.
3. The lawyer also suggested us to pressurize the management for getting
these things done bcoz according to him if someone moves to court then first of
all stay will be imposed .
For pressurizing the management we can take the help of local political
leaders and if possible from communication ministry also.
So besides Union we also have to try these different steps to get our
work done .Hence friends a special appeal to our chq leaders is that " Sirs just formulate some action plan that have to be followed by
each and every circle so that the same pressure can be seen at the corporate
level "
This process should be done systemetically and should be initiated through
our district and circle bearers so that good result can be obtained .We should start pressurizing our circle
secretary and through him on CGM and then GS of BSNLEU and through him on
CMD.Then only we can be able to put pressure on management and they can
consider about our case .
Some speciality about this fight is that in this
each and every soldier is confident of winning this case and every body is much
more enthusiastic about this .
So My dear friends ( whether
eligible or not ) letz be united and fight for the cause . SNATTA's 2nd
priority was always to reduce the service condition to 5 years which is just a

Dear Pradip,
The Lawyer has shown the actual situation. The way of strong representation is the most prior.
I have started with Gujarat.
DIR(HRD) was here on 26th Dec. 2009. I could not talk to him much because of his short stay at Rajkot ( Just a half day ). But after lunch I met him and given a representation on SNATTA Latterpad (GUJARAT) which is attached herewith.
Let's start strong representation from all Circles and even from all Districts.
Remeber that we have already created hasty situation for management with a courte case ( we are right by Law ) but, every time same solution may not work.
Even, I am going to give the copy of that representation to N.T.Sajvani, GS, NFTE who is coming at Rajkot-Gujarat tommorrow.
Let all Districts and Circles give representation to CMD and DIR(HRD) so that they come to know that how much we are aware of our RIGHTS...

As said by Mr.pradip kumar panigrahy that it is very crusial time to all our tta friends. As my openion a correct step should be taken by our chq friends.It is time to show our unity and get results in favour of all our tta to applicable in jto LICE exam.A few nos.of DRTTAS are going to be applicable as per present norms given by mngts.Most of promotee tta &sr.TOA are becoming applicable.It is very sock situation to DRTTAS,who are not applicable. So,first pressurised to mngts for 2 yrs relaxation,if mngts agree for this then it should be victory of our unity.Otherwise,we have to opened our legal action plan. Thank you.

Dear Friends,
Like most of the TTAs I am also not eligible for the current LICE.
There is very short span of 6 to 8 months.
And some of the our friends are preparing to file court case against injustice.
But please think rationally becoz filing court case will be resulted into stay.
Which is again injustice to all eligible TTAs.
It will again irritate the management.
And finally it will become tradition in SNATTA.
Whenver any exam will be announced then someone who is not eligible would opt for court case.
By this way we will become enemy of ourselves. (Which management wanted to Divide and rule!!!!)
There are certain ways to tackle this problem plz think about it.
Don't ruin our progress by our own hands.

Officiating JTOs have been divided into two among themselves. Many of them think that let the exam be conducted so that a permanent solution will be reached and they will get seniority from the year 2001 onwards. But some of them are diploma in Mechanical or diploma in Automobile. These trades were previously eligible. But as per the JTO RR-2001, these trades are not eligible. So those officiating JTOs, who are not eligible to write the exam this time, have decided to move to court for a stay order. So there is a chance for the exam getting stopped. Similerly, those who crossed the age limit of 50 years may move to court.
