all TTAs of all Cirlcle are showing interest in JTO LICE WITH 5 YEARS RELAXATION BUT NOBODY SHOWING INTEREST TO CONTRIBUTE AND TO SUPPORT THE SNATTA

Hi friends,
Today we met some lawyers and we came to know that we would be provisionally
allowed to sit in the examination.
We want to file case in the court. so i request all representatives to
collect funds for this case.
Each circle should nominate one person from each circle which can collect
funds for the legal proceedings.
i specially request Haryana Circle to nominate one TTA which can collect
funds from every Ineligible TTA.
Total expenses can vary but approximate Rs.1000 should be collected from
Every Ineligible TTA (more than 5 year regular service from the Training
Date of his/her SSA).
We have to act fast. SNATTA CHQ will try its best to get relaxation from
BSNL Mgmt. We have to be prepare for Delhi Protest March. Namboodiri have to
consider our Demand which was included in AGREEMENT before Union
Verification in Jan,2008.
Till now as per agreement none of our demand has been considered.
We can let him (Namboodiri) go at all front but RELAXATION for 2 years is
must. This agenda must get through to bring JOY to INELIGIBLE TTAs all over
INDIA.
Friends get UNITED,, Dont loose Heart and Spirit.

This is good approach for the going process but I feel that you must disclose that who are you....why you are hiding your id at this platform...and I am surprises that from whom you are hiding your self. We all are tta and we all are here for togetherness than why you do something like act...I request that you must at least tag your name and circle at the end of the mail.

ya very well said and described this is the only way out and i hope we can get it easiliy as was discussed from lawyers as soon as we take some legal option through court the first action from court will put a stay on this exam .so i would like to request all our ineligible as well as eligible friends to come forward and press hard to Com Nambrudi ji and BSNL management to give 2 year one time relaxation
as was given in case of jao's and like wise .
And our CHQ must take serious steps to bsnl management as was given by the DR JTO's in the case of MT exam .This is the time we should fight for we can't just get relaxed by the fact that 30% of SNATTA members are getting eligible for this JTO - LDCE exam . rather we should think of the big how we can make more and more SNATTA members be eligible for the same .

But with the Good News of JTO LICE, the cut off date for eligibility of service condition as 01.07.2009 without 2 years relaxation creates a lot of divide among us. But this time is to keep patience & think with such logics which gives us a way which allow all of us for this examination but please don't use the legal way as our first step, as any mistake in legal option may give us long wait for JTO LICE & nobody is beneficial from this delay.
As per my thinking
1) First of all CC/CP/CS/DS prepare a circle wise list with following information' s & format.

2) Use our political links & try to get recommendation letter for 2 years relaxation & cut off date for JTO LICE directly on the name of CMD BSNL & MOC.
3) As in No. Of States not a single DR TTA is eligible for JTO LICE with cut-off date of 01.07.2009 like Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, J&K etc so prepare list of such states & we should try to pursue the case with CGM of respective circle for 2 years relaxation & put the matter through Circle Council/RCM.
4) Collect the relevant information of Different internal examination in BSNL in following format, information relevant to Court Case.

7) Legal action with proper coordination among us & in such a way that it will not affect the JTO LICE & our aim should be eligibility for all TTA.
I hope that we will get this relaxation if we all are united & have faith among us.

our TTA friend Mr. Dinesh Pandey ssa sultanpur up(e) won the case in Lucknow CAT for higher education leave for B.Tech regular course from engg. college on dated 21.12.2009 case no. 449/2009 lucknow bench. Though the his GM is not relieving him. the last date of the order implementation is 30.12.2009 and now the courts are closed on the occasion of winter vacation. The order will be uploaded very soon on Yahoogroups.
