Dear Friends
BSNL DTH service is very good plan. We are having very large network so we can do it better.Actually what we are doing is we are providing the Wi-max services where ever it is not required and where ever there is no demand for that. We should offer the services which our customer required and which can capture the market.

Dear TTAs
i want your opinion that whether BSNL should starts BSNL DTH service or not. As all major companies like airtel, tata,reliance, videocon, dish tv etc started their DTH service. I think BSNL's IPTv is not becoming popular. Also iptv is not starts in many areas. Recently Tata introduces live TV service. So i think BSNL should also starts DTH service. Give opinion about IPTV i.e. about its merits or demerits. As this service is not starts in our area, i have not much familiar with iptv.Also shares ideas about uplift of BSNL broadband.

From the BSNLEU Site it was Understood that wage revision talk almost 90 % over. Regarding New scale multiplication factor 1.91. What about SNATTA stand in this regards?………
SNATTA Signed an agreement With BSNLEU
1. Wage Revision …….. Considering VI th CPC
2. JTO internal ……… 5 year ………
3. Designation …….. JE telecom………. With in one year………….
Management Agreed for jto intl 7 year but it will not beneficiary for all. Two year relaxation may expect …. But do not show much expectation ..Not yet decided up to which year vacancy may call for.
Then Wage revision.. Hakkam should not sign in the wage revision agreement if our scale is not up graded to 8600. Yesterday We (Ramesan , Narayanan, Subrahmaniyan, Sumesh with myself) met Shri Mohanan, Circle Secre. BSNLEU kerala and expressed our resentment…As per his words Our CHQ already agreed for 1.91 multi factor and for no pay scale up gradation.… Is it true??.... So I Request we do not sign .. If we sign in this, we cannot face new recruits..The old TTAs will loose a considerable amount of fitment in salary in the absence of pay scale up gradation. In this regards our CHQ think and decide

I appriciate with your views. You have write whatever i wrote before 2 month's. But many of our friends have blind faith on other party leaders. Even they cann't tolrate if someone write against them. I never wrote anything wrong but told the facts.. Now what we are going to get is same as first day management offered to us. Then what the hell negotiation was? Why so much time wasted by our leaders? Is it only politics for votes? Is they not playing with our demands and future? We must have to protest against this bad politics. We must have to wakeup and get united. I request to all of my TTA friends please send your views.. Are you satisfied with the achievements declared by the unions..... Rise you slogan.. cum forward... Lets start war ! against bad elements.....

the management knows the potential of the DRTTA's and posted in new technology and ask them to work without any training on the new technology area... "but they dont know to pay them as the deserve""IS THIS THE ART OF MANAGEMENT"
Is there any way to get justice for DRTTA's ?"we should not accept until what we deserve"
