I am facing a problem in one or two broadband connections of village exchange. When the subscriber tries to attach some excel or word files in mail either gmail or yahoo, it takes too too long time for the file to attach (app 2-3 hours) and mostly doesn't attach. But in case of other files like image or same file of word or excel through zip then it attaches. The problem may be whole DSLAM as i am not sure (NOKIA DSLAM). Does any body have any idea of this problem then pl mail me or contact me.

Dear Jayaprakash,
You are talking about the most genuine issue. I would be the most depressed man if this horour dream comes true. Long back itself I had brought this issue to our notice. When the management issued orders for revised executive pay scales, we smell the danger of the 1.91 multiplication factor and the heart break for the new TTAs. Our CHQ tried the best to avoid this danger. But at the grass root level we failed to pressurise BSNLEU. Especially, majority of the new TTAs kept themselves away from the battle. Any way still we are trying for a solution. We can see it from our website.
But I would like to bring one point to your notice. We cannot challenge it legally with the point in the advertisement of Bihar Circle-"pay scale is likely to be revised upwards".
There are two points
1. They used the word "likely"
2. 7100 is going to be up graded to 13560!(Any benefit or not ? legally that doesn't matter
3. It is a law that in PSUs an agreement has to be reached between management and representative union. That agreement is binding to all. No scope for a legal action. But try to find out some valid legal points. We are also thinking of the same.

I am also in the opinion that if TTA"s pay is not revised upward then our representatives should not sign the final decision of pay revision .Because if they sign then in the court of law our case may weaken and it may go against our interest in the pay revision.
Therefore it our humble request to not go for signing in the majority of TTA'S interest.
For reference advt. is attached which says pay will be revised up ward on this basis decision may be challenged if our representatives are not giving there consent.

Jeevan babu Happy to hear that u r from IAF . I am also from IAF of 2002 TTA batch. I don't think such a hard steps required in this juncture. Whatever our HQ people do is enogh I think so, still lot of ways and means r there. One nair or namboothiri's hard strugle only fetched the Rs 7100/- basic to us I heard so from our old TTAs. We will wait till what our HQ people ask us do to I think they are in the correct path. Presently unity, moral support and finance support is the one in need. In my sdca all TTAs have become members of the SNTTA.

i m balwant singh dhindsa tta from raikot dist ludhiana (pb). which of the steps suggested by jeevan babu seems so harsh 2 u. all 3 of us have air force background and our ideologies should have some similarity at least. the only obvious difference here seems that u r on the other side of 01 jan 07 otherwise there is no reason for u to find harshness in jeevan's suggestions.
also can u elaborate what steps our hq has taken in this regard which u think r enough. kindly also be specific what other ways and means r there. pse don't get carried away by what nair or namboodri has done 4 us for we are qualified and deserve much more than what v have got.
may i also take this opportunity to urge all dr tta friends in general and those from 07 & 08 in particular, to hold ssa wise meetings and awaken the sleeping partners to the need of the hour and exercise restraint in talking unwanted things on this platform at least for the time being. also as far as possible put up a united front and donot get divided on the lines of pre & post 07 batches. let us be serious in our business and talk only in terms of exploring new ideas that can help us in the accomplishment of our mission of getting justice to the new tta.
v, being elders and with definite experience of admin and technical matters acquired by virtue of our association with the iaf or any other service, should be the pioneers for the younger lot, most of whom r just out of their teens. also please keep the nominal rolls, with place of posting and contact nos, of all post 07 ttas ready for deciding our future course of action swiftly as and when the need arises. v, back here in punjab r already into consulting legal experts who can guide us through this our of crisis.
if any friend has any legal material like the judgement of a court in a similar case or the rule position of any psu which treats its new comers unlike bsnl does, kindly fax me at at 01624261010 or mail it to me. even a very small or stupid looking input can be extremely useful in such cases.
may i now narrate a small case of tgt teachers from punjab in which the hon supreme court of india set aside the judgement of hon punjab & haryana high court merely by taking cognizance of a corrigendum. the pb govt invited apps 4 the posts of tgts in feb 96, those who were dong their b.ed also applied, my wife being one of them. subsequently many such candidates were selected who didn't posses the requisite qualification by the cut off date 4 receiving the apps which all of us are aware is against the law of our land. some adversaries filed a writ petition against them and the pb & har hc ruled that they be dismissed from service. a union was formed by the affected party and the judgement was challenged in the supreme court. the learned counsels for the appeallants argued that the cut off date for receving apps should not be 05 feb 96
but the one on which the dept. isued a corrigendum to clarify the age limit 4 the applicants. by this date the punjab univ b ed candidates had qualified to be eligible to apply because their results were declared by that cut off date. but b ed candidates from kurukshetra univ still did not qualify as their result was not declared by that date. our lawyer asked us to go back to the ku authorities and look 4 a letter form them stating that their result was ready by that date but could not be officially declared due to admin reasons. we succeeded in getting that letter and the hon supreme court upheld our petition .
the point that may be driven home through this story is 'doobte ko tinke ka sahara'. so don't be demoralised coz god helps those who help themselves.

What I meant was that as we elderly persones we should guide the youngesters have a right and correct steps slow and steady towards the goal of succes. Knocking the door of law instead of going behind the union people will fetch the good result. Neither of the union have done good to our TTA friends? But here I want to remaind u that we have to ride on some elected unions only. Emotions will lead in to troubles. Have patients.

I can very honestly understand your feelings and I am also not ready to enjoy
this so called Major Achievements. But still it will be better to refrain from
getting personal with anybody. Incidentally few of our friends from IAF have
started a very good discussion.
I am a 2004 batch TTA and as far as I know we have limited
choices in terms of going with NFTE or BSNLU. It is a difficult time for TTAs
as it is again very clear that we enjoy almost no support from either Management
or any union. So my request is "keep the
focus on discussion". Who knows may be it´s the right time to follow Three Suggestions
given by one friend from IAF.
Surprisingly in Jharkhand new TTA recruited after 2004 never
showed any interest in SNATTA. Still boys are keeping away. Hope this issue
will trigger new strength to SNATTA.

i am karthik from karaikudi ssa tamilnadu circle. i am receiving our group mails as (ttabsnl digest no) for the past two months. i cant get the attachement files. plz send the mails in normal format so that i will be aware of our group.

I am under going JTO PH-1 training in RTTC MYSORE my parent office haryana REWARI SSA is not giving me the salary. i am selected for Tamilnadu as Dept. out sider.They hav given salary to other TTA selected along with me for Haryana. If any one has the ruling please send.
I HAVE SPENT ALL MY SAVINGS.pLEASE HELP?????????????
