There is no allowance for MBA,it is only(in form of lum sum amount)for BE,MCA,AMIE or any other technical qualification.

i want all the dept o/s jto's(selected from tta ) should get united and fight aginst this.i added 43 tta's to jto's data in the database available in snatta group in yahoo. i would request all others to do the same so that we have a total data base and can form a group

CHQ took the correct decision in writing to labour commissioner, there are lot of issues in which dr.tta cadre is compromised. pay fixation meetings should rectify the previous mistakes, if we miss this time it will be over and again another 10 yrs,

A very well written letter which correctly explains the miserable condition of NON-EXECUTIVE TTA's , It must be forwarded to IT MINISTRIES , PARLIAMENT AND OTHER HIGHER AUTHORITIES LIKE PRIME MINISTER AND PRESIDENT.
Presently we r really in the DO OR DIE situation.Every body should be prepare for massive revolution against illusive policies of BSNL.

yes, i agree with this decision. In some areas where JTOs are not given posting, the TTA handles all things. I came to know that in some SSA the TTAs are given in writing to take charge(responsibility) of JTO. We can show this letter to labour commission mentioning that the TTAs are exploited by giving charge of JTO with no any extra benifit.
