dear friends,
 Our leaders are doing very good job, i congrats them. I think, if even now the management does not settel the wage anomalies & give the appropriate to TTA's what they deserve we should hightlight this anomalies also in media to make the nation come to know about this injustice with the TTA happening in BSNL. It was the media which was saying last year that after this 6th pay revision the pay of govt. employee will become more than double what he is getting now. But the ground reality is that the pay is redused.

Officers of DOT(BSNL) are hesitant in awarding incentive for qualified younsters like us. I applied for the same 6 months ago after completing Masters degee in engineering (APPLIED ELECTRONICS). My request was rejected on the grounds that my requistion was not forwarded thro' DE's office (inspite of being forwarded thro' SDE). I applied tho' DE again. This time the excuse was someting different fron the admn. office. 'A CERTIFICATE MAY BE ENCLOSED FROM THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY THAT THE COURSE THE OFFICIAL COMPLETED IS USEFUL TO THIS ORGANSATION. What certificate? I do not understand.
