| Friends, The 48-hour strike is over and we should atart preparing for indefinite strike as the management has not shown any postive signs or called for further negotiations, but we should not be disheartened and be unite in the strggle to get our due. We should follow the guidelines of our CHQ on all policy matters and behave as per their instructions. Healthy discussion is all right but once something is decided by the highest body of our association then that matter should not be discussed further in the platform as it creates confusion among members.So trust our leaders and their words,because SNATTA has a very democratic setup and views and opinions from all members are given due repect,So the decisions are taken not by an individual but group of responsible person who represent different thoughts. In the meantime I was going through some of my previoius mails,and I found some LOGO that I had desighned for our association. Our present logo is all right,Bandhan has done a good job,but it looks as if it were a logo of some institution imparting education or training on telecom subjects..It looks academic kinda stuff.It reminds me of my college and school which had a very similar logo. what do yoy think ,give suggestions and design some more logo,which has union/association kind of look,appeal and energy vikas k gupta 9471590026,jkd
