[TTABSNL] query regarding eligibility

dear friends,

We are very near to acieving our first target.The final notification may be out in a couple of weeks.

I have some confusion and a query regarding the vaccancies and the eligibility.Suppose after one time relaxation 7 years is lowered to 5 years.Last time LDCE was held in the year 2000 for tha vaccancies calculated till 1999.So if the examinations are notified then it would be for the commulative vaccancies calculated from 1999 to till date.Suppose If some one has joined in the year say 2002,then will he be eligible for all the vaccancies for which the LDCE is conducted irrespective of the vaccancy year or will he be eligible for tha vaccancies which are lying vaccant after 2007(2002+5 years)?

I think all the TTAs who have completed the qualifying years(5 years,lets suppose it happens)will be eligible for all the vaccancies calculated on the date of notification of examination.In this scenario all have a chance to get promoted to JTO.
