Friends just think when we do join some marketing company like amway /HLN e.tc we have the belief that
when we will become diamond memeber we will start earning 30000 p.m .
Now a person becomes a diamond member when he makes at more than 1000 members and each member
contributes at least 1000 rs towards contribution fee so
Amount contributed by that diamond member iz = 1000*1000=1000000
And he has to maintain this business regularly . and i think most of us should agree on the fact that selling
a BSNL product iz much more than easier as compared to a normal marketing product.
and we must also stop thinking of the old slogan regarding govt jobs
" Sarkari naukari hai kam karo ya na karo salary ak hi hai "
bcoz if our market share will go on decreasing in this way then we will find ourselves at the exact place as AIRINDIA is now
So friends we should start marketing our own product
Itz very easy friends just think that on each day we have to sell at least one product of BSNL
AAJ kal to yaar bahut sasta hai aaj kal kisi bhi film ka ticket 100 rs se kam nai hai jab ki hamara sim usme 2 aa jate hain
SO FRINEDS LETZ START NOW AND LET THE FIGURE BE REFLECTED IN OUR NEXT QUARTER

BSNL overall (LL+WLL+CMTS) market share has fallen from 18.98% to 17.67%, i.e. 1.31%, during the last four months. BSNL is very near to be taken over by Reliance Telecom (17.28%) & Vodaphone Essar (16.44%). Let all of us take a pledge to work harder and motivate each and every employee to work beyond his capacities to achieve the Vision, Mission and Objective of our beloved organization BSNL.
