Dear SNATTA CHQ and other leaders,
kindly try to convince FNTO to be a part of NFTE-SNATTA Alliance.
as per concrete information FNTO has a great vote bank. their motto to defeat BSNLEU or NFTE in coming election cannot be fulfilled as NFTE and BSNLEU has grand large vote bank compared to FNTO.
so FNTO have to choose anyone of the above to be in a wining side (probably NFTE as SNATTA is with them this time).
so i request SNATT-CHQ to play a mediator's role in convincing FNTO to vote for NFTE this time. As for the larger interest in the favour of BSNL and Workers, BSNLEU must be defeated by the combined forces of all other association/unions.
i hope NFTE will live upto its promises as they are without power for the last 3 yrs. and they will not let down their members/workers/voters.
NFTE leaders/members are also requested to see this proposal in larger interest of BSNL and Workers and try to do something in this regard.
i hope a speedy workout in this direction from your side.

hi Nilay,
pls put the SIM card in ur mobile handset and see if it catches the Network,
if it wont then change the SIM cars or either check the services of 3G data
card at CCN node. check if roaming is activated or not.?
also dial *123# and check the balance in ur mobile connection.
hope these troubleshooting process will help u to solve the problem.

MNP is yet not beneficial directly for BSNL but u can see the coin's other
side.
because of loss of BSNL subscribers (around 31,000) in Haryana to other
Private Players in MNP process, the BSNL mgmt has quickly conducted an
urgent meeting and circulated an ultimatum to their GM (Mobile) concerned to
rectify the use's problem at the earliest and convince the subscribers back
to BSNL.
We are not sure whether BSNL will be able to retain these users or not but
atleast they have again conducted a meeting as usual *;-)) only god knows
if its a formality or a serious step towards improving BSNL Mobile Network.*
i hope BSNL will be trying to improve their Mobile Network before 20th
january, 2010 when MNP will be launched in ALL INDIA basis.
*till then fingers crossed...!!!!* Pray to god for a positive change.
*All TTAs/JTOs Unions/Association's are requested to spread awareness to
their superiors, seniors and peers regarding huge potential loss to BSNL
company if BSNL mgmt unable to improve its Mobile network quality within 15
days.*
*everyone is requested to read the file attached an in-depth detail analysis
on MNP.**

SNATTA-CHQ played its card very effectively. *Now u will see how BSNLEU
expedite our long pending demands,* and put forth our pending issues in
front of management vigorously. And failing which their defeat is
inevitable. If not now then Guaranteed DEFEAT in 2013 Election.
Now They are appealing to TTAs like anything, actually they are realizing
now that great voting potential lies with SNATTA members.
(new recruitment will be only in TTA cadre, BSNL is conducting Internal as
well as External exam for TTAs soon, there will around 6000 new TTAs
entering the BSNL department)
No recognized union ever *appealed to any cadre in the history of elections*.
BSNLEU is *creating a new low *every time they appeal to ignorant TTAs. *So
foremost thing now is to aware every TTA about SNATTA CHQ decision and
activities.* and convert their personal and their staff vote for NFTE only.
*Unity is Strength*, every TTA has their own opinion but once SNATTA CHQ our
parent body decided something then we have to defend unitedly. and afterall
they have brainstormed a lot and then they finally come to a decision that
this step will be only fruitful for SNATTA members in the longrun. (i hope
Mr.Uday from AP circle 9441273339 reading this mail) i personally request
him to talk to Chq and clarify his doubts.
*Before our agreement with NFTE, BSNLEU were in a frame of mind that TTAs
like in past will vote for BSNLEU only. But now they have realised that TTAs
are not dependent upon BSNLEU, they have their own ideology and thinking.
Instead BSNLEU desperately needs our vote bank.*
*Now we need to EXPOSE the failures of BSNLEU in resolving *employees long
pending demands. They enjoyed 6 years of freedom and rule, it was an enough
time period for any party/Union to settle any kind of issue but BSNLEU
miserably failed in every quarter. They were in a view that no Union can
defeat them and they will again enjoy unparalleled power. *their dreams are
going to be shattered by the BRAVE FORCE OF BSNL -- TTAs.*
BSNLEU have put the same election manifesto like as their previous ones as
almost none of their past issues have been solved by them.

*Failures of BSNLEU are as follows:-*
1. ITS absorption in BSNL, still pending.
2. No Mobile connections to TTAs. still pending
3. No designation Change to JE. still pending
4. No 5 year condition relaxed for JTO LICE, still pending for the last 4
yrs.
5. Unfair Promotion policy- a clear discrimination among BSNL employees and
DOT staff. NEPP is against BSNL recruited staff. 4 yrs for DOT staff and 8
yrs for BSNL staff. why?
6. Unfair Wage Revision--- New DRTTA brothers have to shed bloody tears,
their salary reduced and ultimately their motivation to work for the BSNL..
7. BSNLEU through their hidden agents have put hold the JTO LICE for
indefinite period. an Executive Dream for TTAs.
8. Disinvestment proposal is already been made by Govt due to consistent
looses by BSNL's poor management.
9. In the last 6 yrs BSNL stooped to a new low in revenues, BSNL was sitting
in a huge profit but due to poor coordination among Union and management
BSNL suffered big blow and declared Looses in its financial statements (a
first time in the history of BSNL)
10. BSNLEU could not stop BSNL mgmt in buying Blackberry for Senior's
Officers.
11. BSNLEU could not get BONUS for staff.
12. BSNLEU could not motivate staff for earning more revenues.
13. SNATTA CHQ through its court cases and efforts has snatched its right
which could be done by BSNLEU as recognised Union like MT exam, JTO LICE,
Distance Learning scheme etc..
14. BSNLEU only fought for Contract and casual labours/staff.
15. GSM Tender delay happened in their era.
16. Telecom 2G spectrum scam in their rule.
17. Fixation of 68.2% IDA instead of 78.2% IDA. a clear cut loss
18. No special allowances for Broadband TTAs. Let them suffer in field
without penny.
19. No vehicle for Field staff especially BB TTAs. Let them suffer in rain,
sun, chilly winds, dust etc..
20. *NO child care Leave for female staff like in Central govt deptt.*
21. No special plans and services for BSNL staff and Family members.
22. no restructuring in BSNL yet.
23. Regular Strikes have paralyzed the BSNL system.
24. TTAs transfer cases still pending in all circles, no efforts from CS
BSNL to fasten the process in their circles.
25. No revision in local TA/DA rates, no change in FDA rates.
26. Foreign Deputation staff, especially TTAs working in other countries,
are suffering due to low wages (DA).
27. NO formal training for TTAs in New technologies. Like JTOs are having in
ALTTC and BRBRAITT.
28. i have left and forgot many failures due to my short lived memory,
anybody remember then pls update the same. ;-))
*We are in a WIN-WIN situation now.*
*to prove our very worth we need to get win for NFTE then only we can
proudly say that SNATTA is a kingmaker.*

hii,If it is BSNL Modem configured in PPPoE mode, first check whether Default Gateway is alloted in Summery Page under Device Info. If Yes, make sure that NAT is enabled.

There are some modems which may go faulty in software in PPPoE alone. so pl
reset and try again. chk for any primary & alternate DNS created in the modem.
If all are correct change the modem.
OR
Connect the modem in bridge modem connect to server and serve to other systems
from the server.

Please select PPPOE enter username and then password
before u click on next,
u can see " MTU Size [576-1492]:" in this box type 1432 then click next.
again click next , next , save and then save reboot.

hi arun,
MNP is yet not beneficial directly for BSNL but u can see the coin's other side.
because of loss of BSNL subscribers (around 31,000) in Haryana to other Private
Players in MNP process, the BSNL mgmt has quickly conducted an urgent meeting
and circulated an ultimatum to their GM (Mobile) concerned to rectify the use's
problem at the earliest and convince the subscribers back to BSNL.
We are not sure whether BSNL will be able to retain these users or not but
atleast they have again conducted a meeting as usual ;-)) only god knows if its
a formality or a serious step towards improving BSNL Mobile Network.
i hope BSNL will be trying to improve their Mobile Network before 20th january,
2010 when MNP will be launched in ALL INDIA basis.
till then fingers crossed...!!!! Pray to god for a positive change.
All TTAs/JTOs Unions/Association's are requested to spread awareness to their
superiors, seniors and peers regarding huge potential loss to BSNL company if
BSNL mgmt unable to improve its Mobile network quality within 15 days.
everyone is requested to read the file attached an in-depth detail analysis on
MNP.
Pls forward the mail to all BSNL Staff Association and unions.

We need the active members like you.
I assure u that SNATTA CHQ will leave no stone unturned in this regard. We
are
trying each and every possible way to get more more and unions alongwith
NFTE-SNATTA. We are also stregnthning our structure in order to support
NFTE-SNATTA alliance for campaigning in this election.
Now the time has come to kick out BSNLEU.
Remember- now the situation is either do or die.
So be ready for agressive election campaigning. Victory is must!!!.

kindly try to convince FNTO to be a part of NFTE-SNATTA Alliance.
as per concrete information FNTO has a great vote bank. their motto to
defeat
BSNLEU or NFTE in coming election cannot be fulfilled as NFTE and BSNLEU has
grand large vote bank compared to FNTO.
so FNTO have to choose anyone of the above to be in a wining side (probably
NFTE
as SNATTA is with them this time).
so i request SNATT-CHQ to play a mediator's role in convincing FNTO to vote
for
NFTE this time. As for the larger interest in the favour of BSNL and
Workers,
BSNLEU must be defeated by the combined forces of all other
association/unions.
i hope NFTE will live upto its promises as they are without power for the
last 3
yrs. and they will not let down their members/workers/voters.
NFTE leaders/members are also requested to see this proposal in larger
interest
of BSNL and Workers and try to do something in this regard.
i hope a speedy workout in this direction from your side.

hi *SNATTAians* and *SMARTians*,
i would like to share my experience with my local BSNLEU leaders. As we all
know that this time we are going to vote in favour of NFTE due to
lackadaisical attitude of BSNLEU leaders in Delhi especially the President &
GS BSNLEU towards fulfilling the demands of TTAs.
i personally feel that my local DS of BSNLEU (Mr.Dhillon) is a great
personality and he has done a lot for TTAs. He always understood our
problems and gave us solution. He along-with our DS SNATTA (Rajeev Kr.
Mandal) has solved many TTAs grievances.
Moreover i have personal relations with him for the last 5-6 yrs. It would
be very difficult for me, personally, to face him in the next election. As
most of the SNATTA's local demands has been met with his personal efforts.
He is always been very kind to all TTAs.
i know Chandigarh has 75-85% membership in the hands of BSNLEU just because
of the Dynamic personality and aura of Mr.Dhillon.
All have voted to Dhillon ji, i again repeat everyone voted in favour of
Dhillon ji rather than Union-BSNLEU. just because of his helping nature. *i
want to clear doubts of some TTAs that we are not against Individuals but we
are just following directions from our CHQ.*
*But the BIG question is whether we can overlook our local interest for the
SNATTA's welfare in the long run.??*
*i request our local TTAs friends to vote and support SNATTA-NFTE in the
National interest. **Wherever SNATTA goes our loyalties should stick to
them.* Leaders knew that a loyal person always earn respect and warm welcome
everywhere.
yes i am fully aware of the after affects and consequences if something goes
wrong but what to fear when i am already working in the worst job profile,
yes you are right i am in Broadband section for the last 3 yrs. before that
i spent around 5 yrs in Outdoor section.
Since my transfer to Punjab from Haryana in Aug, 2003 i am running in job
field only.
moreover, What to fear when i am fully committed to work in BSNL.???
whichever section i will get i will perform upto my level best.
i know some selfish TTAs have already backbiting about SNATTA supporters in
front of him. but who cares as these selfish creatures are always losers as
nobody likes "chamcha-giri" and "thali ka baigan"

Hi friends, LICE JTO (E) is announced. Examination will be held on 15.05.2011 with 10 years eligibility.Last date of submission of form to corresponding circle is 14.02.11.Now we have to make pressure on NFTE to reduce service length to 7 years as LICE JTO (T). It is the best time to pressurize union for this because management has already reduced qualifying service length to 7 years to LICE (T) but not in LICE (E).
