Dear friends
How to get all access (like JTO CDR id ) for TTA CDR ID because our SSA computer section asked any order related to all ACCESS (O/D,I/D,MDF etc)in BSNL.
most of the TTAs in my SSA have only MDF access only , we can,t able to O/D operation. rightnow iam not using my CDR ID because JTO ID only have all previlages.

All, We r finding another problem.It is as follow.
When we find any prob in (i.e data mismatch,data processing,order processing,uses check prob etc) ; We have to book a docket in HP-MANAGER server , But after one ,two or even three week we could not get solution.
I suppose even we are paying to that company per docket.

After implementation of cdr sysstem , i observed that many Tel no 's bills are not generated , i check it personally (Specially of Broadband) in my sdca .So please keep a watch on this by making efforts personally.
Since its going to cause a huge revenue loss to BSNL.
(Specially one month prior to implementation of CDR)

Yes You are right Rs 23/- per docket and TCS not solve any docket in which you send more than 1 number to solve. you have to book single docket for single number than they solve it other wise they left that docket.

There are few reasons why to cast your vote in next membership verification in favor of a recognised union :
If you are a BSNL appointed after 01-10-2010 in group C or D in any cadre whther direct rectt or appointed on compensation groud or in SPORTs quata
1. CGEIS deducted from salary before group LIC scheme introduced is refunded to OLD emloyees not to you. and no body even want to talk about in this matter
2. EPF cases are not sattled even deducted from salary but not appears in EPF slips provided by EPF department (statement attached)
3. in NEPP you were given increment after 8 years while other before you because they are OLD employees
4. not a single strong effort made by any union to conduct exams for your carrier progression
and so on
so will any body tells me a reason to whom I should vote
or
Keep myself not to vote anybody

If it is possible then kindly inform me that how to take permission from management of it.
