1. Free sample is most welcome…because I know if u r spending Rs 500 to get something…it is your right to demand sample….it will be provided on request….
2. Why u order 5 copies…Just to save postage….If I send a courier of single copy…it will cost nearly 40 Rs…and if I send 5 copies in a single packet…It will cost 100 Rs nearly….Moreover, I can't deal with each and every individual due to shortage of time….so bulk order and paymeny Tracking is easy
3. I will give proper binded copy of book…why u need photostate loose papers?
4. I have get the study material written from subject experts of reputed engineering college…which is a work of over 6-7 good quality engineering book for each subjects to prepare the study material…that's why book is taking such long time..
5. I want to prepare this book as a masterpiece so that anybody need not depend upon any other book…..quality will be best possible in all subjects..
6. I am not playing with anybody sentiments.,..even I can not think of that….I myself was TTA few years ago…so how can I forget the basic problems of TTAs
7. Hiring different subject experts from reputed engineering colleges has cost me around 35000/- Rs plus a lot of time….That's why I m charging Rs 500….Even that price is not declared till now,….that is just an idea….prices may be less….it depends upon printing costs,….
8. Is It the right way of marketing…..Yes…I have prepared this book especially for my TTA friends….so if they don't know about the book…then what is use of book….that's why I m telling everybody….
9. I am not going to make a big profit by selling book….i m expecting just 500 copies sale and after covering all expenses I will save nearly 31 to 36 Rs….and I think that is my genuine right for so much of efforts..
10. Now if there is any doubt….feel free to contact me….but order of less than 5 copies will not be accepted….and regarding photostate..pls pls don't do piracy of copyrighted material

HELLO FRIENDS,
A Government servant who has been selected for a post in a Central Public Enterprise/Central Autonomous Body may be released only after obtaining and accepting his resignation from the Government service. Resignation from Government service with a view to secure employment in a Central Public Enterprise with proper permission will not entail forfeiture of the service for the purpose of retirement/terminal benefits. In such cases, the Government servant concerned shall be deemed to have retired from service from the date of such resignation and shall be eligible to receive all retirement/terminal benefits as admissible under the relevant rules applicable to him in his parent organization
In cases where Government servants apply for posts in the same or other departments through proper channel and on selection, they are asked to resign the previous posts for administrative reasons, the benefit of past service may, if otherwise admissible under rules, be given for purposes of fixation of pay in the new post treating the resignation as a `technical formality'.

Subject:-
Benefit of past service under Art.418 (b) of CSRs [Now Rule 26(2)
of Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972]- procedure to be followed.
Under Article 418 (b) of CSRs [now Rule 26 (2) of CCS (P) Rules, 1972]
resignation of an appointment to take up, with proper permission, another
appointment, whether permanent or temporary, service in which counts in full or
in part, is not resignation from public service. A question has been
raised whether in such cases a separate sanction should be issued indicating
that resignation has been accepted under the above provisions, in order to
enable the Audit/Administrative Officer to regulate the consequential benefits
in the matter of pay fixation, carry forward of leave, pension etc. The
matter has been considered in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor
General and it has been decided that in cases of the above type the order
accepting the resignation should clearly indicate that the employee is
resigning to join another appointment with proper permission and that the
benefits under CSR 418 (b) [Now Rule 26(2) of Central Civil Services (Pension)
Rules, 1972] will be admissible to him. The contents of the above order
should also be noted in the service books of the individuals concerned under
proper attestation. The issue of any separate sanction has not been
considered necessary.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Ministry's Office Memorandum of
even No. dated the 4th December, 1971 and to say that a question has
been raised whether the instructions contained in the aforesaid Office
Memorandum will also apply to cases decided before the date of
issue of these instructions. It has been decided that an entry may
be made in the Service Book of the Government Servant concerned under proper
attestation as laid down in the aforesaid instructions in past cases also where
it has been decided to allow the benefits of Article 418 (b) [Now Rule 26(2) of
Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972] of the CSRs.
2.
In so far as the employees of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service are
concerned, these orders issue in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor

As u are all aware of the present situation, Most of our friends are not going to be eligible as per the present notification terms. Some are by few months some by few weeks while some by few days. So friends we have to fight for this we can't say this as an injustice by BSNL because the same scenario is going to be a life time gift for those who are eligible. And before taking any course of action on behalf of all those candidates who are ineligible I would like to clarify this to all our those friends who are eligible for this that

our TTA friend Mr. Dinesh Pandey ssa sultanpur up(e) won the case in Lucknow CAT for higher education leave for B.Tech regular course from engg. college on dated 21.12.2009 case no. 449/2009 lucknow bench. Though the his GM is not relieving him. the last date of the order implementation is 30.12.2009 and now the courts are closed on the occasion of winter vacation. The order will be uploaded very soon on Yahoogroups.

Hi All !
Really heart touching.........
I was walking around in a Big Bazar store making shopping, when I saw
a Cashier talking to a boy couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years
old.
The Cashier said, 'I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money to buy
this doll. Then the little boy turned to me and asked: ''Uncle, are
you sure I don't have enough money?''
I counted his cash and replied: ''You know that you don't have enough
money to buy the doll, my dear.'' The little boy was still holding the
doll in his hand.
Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give
this doll to. 'It's the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so
much . I wanted to Gift her for her BIRTHDAY.
I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my
sister when she goes there.' His eyes were so sad while saying this.
'My Sister has gone to be with God.. Daddy says that Mommy is going to
see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with
her to give it to my sister..''
My heart nearly stopped. The little boy looked up at me and said: 'I
told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I
come back from the mall.' Then he showed me a very nice photo of him
where he was laughing. He then told me 'I want mommy to take my
picture with her so my sister won't forget me.' 'I love my mommy and I
wish she doesn't have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go
to be with my little sister.' Then he looked again at the doll with
sad eyes, very quietly..
I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. 'Suppose we check
again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll?''
'OK' he said, 'I hope I do have enough.' I added some of my money to
his with out him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough
for the doll and even some spare money.
The little boy said: 'Thank you God for giving me enough money!'
Then he looked at me and added, 'I asked last night before I went to
sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so
that mommy could give It to my sister. He heard me!'' 'I also wanted
to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't
dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll
and a white rose. My mommy loves white roses.'
I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I
started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind. Then I
remembered a local
news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a
truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl. The
little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical
state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the
life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to
recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?
Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the news
paper that the young woman had passed away.. I couldn't stop myself as
I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where
the body of the young woman was exposed for people to see and make
last wishes before her burial. She was there, in her coffin, holding a
beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and
the doll placed over her chest. I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling
that my life had been changed for ever...
The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister is
still, to this day, hard to imagine. And in a fraction of a second, a
drunk driver had taken all this away from him.
Please DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE.

My answer is NO .I am not against the idea,its fantastic but what plan do you have to get the demands fulfilled? I think the idea is good but lets plan the whloe program well in advance so that we do not fail as AIGETOA did in their last programme.It should be foolproof and solid. I think talking to Namboodiri would be of little help as the management no more heeds to his voice but we have to carry him with us because he is a
recognized face of recognized union,so if he sits besides us in hunger strike,demonstration or whatsoever all decide then it would surely grab attention and we would be called atleast for a dialogue,otherwise the management may dub it as demonstration by some unrecognized groups and may slap major penalties,even fear of minor penalties would be big deterrent for many suffering TTAs to participate in agitation programmes.Lets be practical. We should plan a relay type of program,so that the agitation can be carried for a longer period if need arises.lets start the agitation with say 30 peoples at corporate office(will not get permission to stage demonstration but lets try and be ready to face some lathi blows from Delhi Police) and ensure that alleast this number of peoples are present at all times, we can form a core commiittee which would be present at the site at all times,its job would be to manage the whole program .TTAs from different circle say
5 each from 6 circles come to delhi and sit at the site for say 3 or 4 days and then TTAs from other circle come and continue for other 4-5 days and so on till the management calls for a talk.Namboodiri and other leaders(tepu,st/sc ass,nfte,snea,aibsnlea,aigeto,etc) should also be conatacted who support us on this matter and invited on the site to give speeches and moral support,they can also sit with us if they like ,this has to be managed by core comm,who comes when.Other comm can look after and talk to leaders from politics or other PSUs.In the mean time we can request all the TTA to go on leave(less possibility).If all this fails then we should call everyone willing to come to delhi. This is just an idea,others should also give their idea and the let CHQ finalise the final blow.But do not react in a haste,or it may backfire,we have to show our strength and any sign of weakness within may hamper our chances irreparably and give the management
a chance to deny our rightful demand as always so ........ whats your plan ? Please refer to my mail on 24th Dec. I also think that TTAs with six years of srvice might get a chance to appear in the LICE depending upon their position in the gardation list.
Other than this I have two more doubts from your mail.
In point 4 you have mentined about the marks in competitive exam. In my view marks in competitive exams are of no importance. Instead marks scored at training centre is more important on which the gradation list is prepared.
Also I don't know exactly about Bihar circle, but in other circle normally a TTA applies to a particular SSA, and hence there is no question of chosing betwn Bihar & Jharkhand. Since u apply for a SSA if the SSA becomes part of a circle then all staff are by default part of that circle. why should they given a option to chose ?
these r only my views. U may be having better idea. The lawyer knows best.

I am attaching a letter in which the managemnt has clarified that the training period would be counted for counting the regular service,in this letter it has also accepted that if a junior is eligible for departmental examination the a senior is automatically eligible provided the short period is not less than 1 year.
My query is
All the service men are eligible as their service in army, navy ,air is also counted provided they fulfill other condition.So whether a DRTTA senior than an ex servicemen in grdation list but short of requisite service length by say less than 1 year also become eligible.please comment.
The case of DRTTAs in Jharkhand and Bihar is little different.Let me explain:
The employment notification for DRTTA was published by Bihar circle in the year 2000 prior to formation of BSNL(1.10.2000) .Later a separate circle JHARKHAND was carved out from erstwhile Bihar circle and Exam for all the candidates was conducted on 18-19 nov 2000 and the result was declared on may 2001 and corrigendum july 2001.In Jharkhand we submitted the requisite documents and signed security bond sometime in dec 2001 and went for induction training in two batches starting from 8th of july and 22nd july.In BIHAR training for two batches started earlier and they joined before i1 july 2002.With the formation of new state in the new millennium, Jharkhand Telecom Circle, a territorial unit of BSNL, came into existence on 17th January' 2001.
Now the points to be considered are:
1.All the DRTTA in bihar and jharkhand joined BSNL vide common employment notification.
2.The successful candidates were not given option to chose between the Circles but were automatically attached to the circle as per geographical location of their choice of SSA at the time of filling application.
3.some of the TTAs joined in JHARKHAND and Bihar against waiting list(unfilled vacancies notified in the common employment notice)in jan 2005 after their induction training in nov 2004.
4.There is also a possibility that the TTA in Bihar eligible for LDCE might have scored lesser in the common competitive exam than a TTA in jharkhand and not eligible.
We are thiking of appraoching CAT on the grounds that some TTA in Bihar are eligible just because the training date was earlier although they joined on against same employment notice as TTAs in Jharkhand did.At the time of filling application we had applied to Bihar Circle and were not knowing that we would come under Jharkhand Circle.Our contention is had the successful candidates been given chance to chose between Jharkhand and Bihar circle,who knows some might had opted forBihar and they would have got chance in this examination by virtue of early training dates.
we will take a legal opinion on this from an expert lawyer over this so as to make the DRTTAs left in this examination eligible.Shortly we will meet to discuss this issue and collect legal funds.

Now I would like to appeal all our friends in Punjab that let us be united and let's fight for this cause. In Ludhiana SSA yesterday we held a meeting and taken a decision that we are going to meet a lawyer on Monday and the points we are going to discuss the following points :-
1. 1. As the gradation list is being prepared considering the candidates of same recruitment year then why the eligibility of the candidates of different training batches (for which a candidate actually is not responsible) will not be considered. So on this basis we would like to get all those candidates of same recruitment year get eligible under this notification. ( a reference to this can be taken from the Jto to Sde case in Ludhiana ssa ,a jto was made eligible for SDE competitive exam despite of the fact that he was nt eligible as per joining date. )
2. Second point is as per SDE RR Rules ( as was mentioned and clarified By Mr chandan ) . Suppose A jto who is placed senior to one in the gradation list who has joined the department much earlier . In that case if the junior most in the gradation list gets eligible under certain notification then the senior most candidates although not eligible as per joining date will be considered for eligibility.
3. So friends we should not dishearten yourself by just thinking that SDE rules will not be applied for us rather we should be optimistic about that we will get it done through court
In addition to this we have several other points that can be raised in front of layer and let the lawyer to decide which one is convenient for him to get the work done for us .

It hurts to read that there is no achievement of SNATTA or BSNLEU in conducting this exam. Exam will be conducting because of Kerala Court Case. And that it is written by u.
We were standing under the umbrella of SNATTA for so long and it seems to be torn in the very first rain. Actually u r right that exam is going to be conducted due to court case, if it would have been done by SNATTA, it certainly would have been after December 09. As SNATTA was sailing smoothly on the path of getting 2 yr relaxation. Our CHQ leaders were guiding us with honesty and dedication.
If u see the whole picture than u will realize that the actual villain is this Kerela Court verdict. It provided the desperate management the tool to divide us, as it has ordered the management to conduct the exam within 4 months from the date of verdict ie 21/8/2009. What SNATTA has achieved is reduction of qualifying peiod from 10 to 7 yrs which could not be done by court case. Thats why few of us r eligible today.

i have just talked abt this exam only., SNATTA and BSNLEU has no role in conducting JTO LICE this time its due to kerala court verdict. as u have already explained urself the answer.
i firmly believe in SNATTA, but i am shattered this time. have u seen somebody who has seen his/her dreams shattered in front of her/his eyes..??
i am seeing his thing in front of my eyes. from the word go i am living my life with SNATTA. my whole day goes in front of yahoo group. i have always stood firm with SNATTA. at any given point of time u will find me around TTAs , in TTAs and with TTAs only.
Ask any of my frnds here in Chandigarh or Punjab, Haryana.??
i have always thought of TTA's welfare. i have always tried to help my brethren.

this time the bolt from the blue has just hit me so hard and i came to know that i am not eligible for JTO LICE EXAMS for which i am waiting since ages. its a BIG ISSUE for me. Only for this reason i am working with BSNL else (if there would be of no hope that i will be out of contest) i would have left this company for some MNC.

1. my self prepared to approach delhi on 16 th january. for the cause of one time 5 year relaxation. and i am requesting everybody to spread this messge to each and every body and in mean time gather the every tta details in your district with ur D.S help and prepare a list and make sure at least 4 members from every district will be coming for this cause.
2. i am requesting to send the letter which ASHWIN prepared to dir hr. immediately.
3. i am requesting the chq to express its strong resentment towards this injustice (to bsnleu and director hr) one more time, showing the case that like jto outsider exam dr.tta exam was not held on unique and particular date on whole india. there should be a tolerence at least for this time. because the exam is announced after so much time.
4.all tta's pl. do the needful home work in getting gradation list of eligible candidates. the column 12 of sde(t) rr rules can be useful through CAT.
5.pl. explore the possibility of using dissimilar dates of tta exam for getting permission through CAT. to discuss immediately call a circle meeting at your circle.gather as many as possible and with your name signature and hrms no fax it to HR. dept.
now i want to express the rare case and it is no channel is open.
i am requesting the chq, if it cannot resolve the matter favorably. In worst and least case it should do the following to assure the career and prospects of so many ineligible tta's.
6.if bsnleu fails to do anything to resolve the matter regarding 5 yr.. it in least case should convince in written form by dir (hr). on next lice date with conditions that there will be no compromise on cut-off marks of 40% and they will be carry forwarded even though on less pass percentage.
i am requesting GS dharmendra verma and President manish samadhiya do the needful as early as possible . we from maharashtra will give support in numbers and also in contribution for this cause. becoz we are severely at loosing side since no dr.tta is eligible for this ldce.

Hi friends,
First of all congratulation to all of you for the notification of JTO
LICE, as this examination is the dream of every TTA & one of the aim of
SNATTA.
But with the Good News of JTO LICE, the cut off date for eligibility of
service condition as 01.07.2009 without 2 years relaxation creates a lot
of divide among us. But this time is to keep patience & think with such
logics which gives us a way which allow all of us for this examination
but please don't use the legal way as our first step, as any mistake
in legal option may give us long wait for JTO LICE & nobody is
beneficial from this delay.
As per my thinking
1) First of all CC/CP/CS/DS prepare a circle wise list with
following information's & format.

years relaxation & cut off date for JTO LICE directly on the name of CMD
BSNL & MOC.
3) As in No. Of States not a single DR TTA is eligible for JTO LICE
with cut-off date of 01.07.2009 like Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh,
Maharashtra, J&K etc so prepare list of such states & we should try to
pursue the case with CGM of respective circle for 2 years relaxation &
put the matter through Circle Council/RCM.
4) Collect the relevant information of Different internal
examination in BSNL in following format, information relevant to Court
Case.

What our president said is totally right…. If we go to the legal options than we all get noting and all the process of the LDCE is linger on… and nobody is benefited with it..
People here are talking so many things without knowing the basic of on going scenario.
Yesterday I come to know that some one is abusing to Our GS too…..this is not tolerable…. After he is also like us….and among us…and he is doing what is the best for whole the community of tta.
Don't blame our leaders…. They need our supports and suggestions.
Once again good wishes to Mr Manish for initiative such a positive approach.

Hai, is there any one from 2001 batch TTA who is eligible for LICE. Please let me know if any 2001 batch TTA from any circle is eligible. All the Executive members of SNATTA please kindly arrange a database containing recruitment year, date of training and date of exam if possible for those who are eligible in your respective Circle.
I am trying to make all the TTA of same recruitment year eligible for exam irrespective of when they joined and when they got training.
