(C) Column 12, note 5 of the RRs for promotion to the grade of SDE : "Where juniors
who had completed their qualifying eligibility service are being considered for promotion,
their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of requisite
qualifying/eligibility service by more than 1 year."
it applies no only to promotion to grade of SDE but its applicable to us also as its Govt of India guidelines applicable us also.So if a person junior but fulfilling requisite service length is eligible the his senior who is short by less than 1 year is also eligible.Eg say I got very low mark and have 7 years of service but say someone who joined later in training got more marks and has 6 years 1 day of regular service then he also becomes eligible.
this clause has come as boon and should be utilized to get included some more TTA.

same case is in Punjab also
In Punjab also for the notification published in the year 2000 all candidates have applied and got selected , But for this they called for training starting from year 2002 up to the end of 2003 and 2004 .
But after the completion of the whole training process of all the candidates slelected they prepared a Gradation list in which they have placed the candidates who have secured more marks than the candidates who have completed training much earlier but secured lesser marks.
So technically the candidates placed higher in gradation list as compared to others
But right now they are not going to be eligible for th exam.

What you have said is not so easy to say......... ....
I have observed that while formation of SNATTA, our main and only one goal was the LDCE for JTO.
After the declaration of EXAM, No one had posted CONGRATULATIONs to our beloved leaders for their dedication to SNATTA. All are just COMPLAINING. In their complaints, they forgot that we are just to achieve our sole goal and that is because of our dedicated leaders who have achieved this in this crucial condition of UNIONISM in BSNL.
Friends, be SPORTY and first of all atleast congratulate each other and the leaders and then start complaining.
Three Chears for Mr. Dhiraj, Mr. Chandan, Mr. Dharmendra, Mr. Manish and all Leaders...

8th Oct 2006 SNATTA WAS Formed.
The Main agenda was,
To reduce the service condition under JTO RR-2001 from 10 years to 5 years.
To conduct deptt. exam under 35% quota for JTO promotion within a year of this agreement.
Our beloved Dhiraj ji and Chandan ji and their team fight for those agenda so many year but as you know that this so called other union was not support them due to many cases. atlast now the exam is declered and so many point of our agenda is solved and others are going to solve. after dhiraj and chandan vermaji and manish ji take its position( here i salute the former leader that after they pass jto exam immeditely they resign the seat of body and show the other union leader that they are not seat lover they are only do work for SNATTA. and we all know that still dhiraj and chandan do lots of work today in faouver of SNATTA. Because SNATTA is in their heart.and as you know in other union the leader are of JTO or retired persion)
Vermaji takes the seat and i personally know that he do his job great. any time you contact him, mobile will be busy because he is Continuous do work for SNATTA.
NOW, So many friends miss the bus due to decision cuttof date by management. but i know that Vermaji and his team continuous do pressure on mangement to reduce the 7 years to 5 years or extend the cutt of date.
and if not done then also exam will coem in after six month also.
so dont worry all will well.
