[TTABSNL] WHAT IS IN A NAME

Yes,

What is in a name:

Friend name is what we are refered to. and so people have different name.

in my view there are very highly educated senior scientist working in ISRO thats why Diploma holders are Technical assistant.

but then they are there to just assist the senior engineer,.

BSNL being a Public Services department where we have to deal with general public and also customer it is important that the designation should be such that which gives a recognitation to US and also create a image in the customer about our role in the department.
