hello mr chaterjee your approach towards organization is excellent . and for the said subject it is not an opportunity. all tta posted in switch room already perform the same work without legal charge the major drawback to accept charge is that in bsnl many illegal telephone connection working and u know a CDR project is implemented withing six month if anamoly found in that case u simply got chargesheet and even terminate from the job and more thing no one can perform every work .in organisation which involve in services, team spirit is required , but as old official wants to share only dry post with u not temporary advance for maintenance of switch room. u know very well how they manage switch but in paper every thing is ok if u want in detail , call me on 09411645222 i will give u more truth.

U cant straightaway deny but one show that he does'nt know, etc, Or can say i need a subordinate staff to perform the dutiees unless i cant take the charge of it. Example: In Bonli(SWM) JTO Sh Rajawat ji was ordered to take the charge of new exchange building three times by TDM and he gave in writting that i need three security gaurds seprate for the building for round the clock watch then only i can take charge of the building and it was never taken. So try something like it or not so skilled etc etc other wise one can't deny the orders even verbal. It comes under DISOBEY and it can lead to a strict action (including chargeshhet) taken if one wishes to take. In Bonli CDOT MBM i was told for a work regarding cards on telephone and due to some reason it was delayed. Then my SDOT gave a Memo stating that although it does not comes in your duties but then also job was told to do in the interest of services... So Take care

Should he take the charge or not?
If not then what should he reply to the his DE.
If he deny to take the charge then what action management can take against him?
