Dear Bala, In the meeting, Mr. Namboodiri has strongly supported for Junior Engineer for us. He has refused for Telecom Supervisor. We all are just talking in the group much. I ahce decide not to talk much in group and do work in favour of our cadre. Not only leaders are responsible for work. We all should represent our views to CMD and Mr. Namboodiri at Circle or District Level. We may Start a campaign of SMS to CMD and Mr. Namboodiri about designation change. Think on it. Er.
