regarding the promotion "which is not the increment but the cadre change is must thats wat Delhi CAT insists " Hope that TTA friends will clarify on the issue so wat will happen to non executive promotion policy .
"Now the Principal CAT New Delhi, in its order dated 2.11.2010, in an application initiated by Com.G.P.Patel (our Circle Secretary of Madhya Pradesh Circle) has observed that, "on a prudent reading and applying the principle of literal and harmonious construction, would indicate that the time bound scales in IDA were made available to the applicants, which, now being reflected as per the impugned order dated 18.1.2007, has not conferred upon the status of the promotional post and are only an eye wash for BSNL employees and are not amounting to promotions. In a promotion, as per the legal methodology, which is a fundamental right of consideration, it is not only the higher pay scale but also assumption of higher post, which are part and parcel of the process of promotion. It would not be a promotion when a person remains in the same post and is only given the scale of the promotion post. This methodology has been used by the Government in case
promotions are not given and there has been a stagnation in the cadre and also to overcome the stagnation, some financial measures are adopted by the Government to accord financial upgradation, which, by the rules and norms prescribed by the Government from time to time, have not been treated as promotions."
Principal CAT, New Delhi has further observed that, "It appears that the promise extended to the applicants by the respondents while they were being absorbed, they have almost resiled from it and backed out and have implemented what has not been provided or put to notice to the concerned." "In such view of the matter, we have no hesitation to rule that the option extended to the applicants was not specific and was not dealt with the promotional aspects of the absorbees. Be that as it may, the question is that once we recognise in law the right of promotion a fundamental right, it would be highly illogical that by virtue of rendering service after absorption on time bound bases, applicants are deprived of holding the post, which carries the duties attached to the higher posts. It is not only the pay scale but also the status, which matters in the matter of promotion, which inclusive of the fundamental right guaranteed to the employee."

Dear all
Please don't ask for this type of silly things , that is whether we are going to get salary or DA or different perks in future.
My dear friends as all we know that in BSNL for TTAs there is no good avenues like promotion policy , pay structure or perks .So those who are having doubt for their future in BSNL and having confidence upon them then they should as soon as possible quit from BSNL and jump to other organisation.
For that my polite request to those who are below the age of 30yrs and having a confidence upon them they should quit for their better future and I WISH THEM GOOD LUCK.
Try to understand that if some thing is going to happen what you have listened from your friends or superiors to BSNL then because only of them , they never think about the future of BSNL rather they think about their future only.
For rest like me
Like Bandhan P. Singh always
THINK -GOOD ,SPREAD -GOOD, DO-GOOD ,HAVE -GOOD
THEN ONLY WE GET RESULT-GOOD.
If the result is good then nothing to be worried about .
We should insist all in BSNL to work hard and alwaya fight for the right .

Do we have IQ at Kollam, Kerala?
if it exists can anyone help me out the way to book IQ at Kollam? Because I am too utilizing LTC for joy trip this 17th DECEMBER 2010.
Also, wat are the best places to visit at Kollam? And wat will be the transport ?
