hi
we can't see all broadband details just like data.bsnl.in we cane see user id and we can reset password for p3 n/w only. for reset password services- enter telno - click on serviceid - click on service request - click on password reset - new - select user id click on password reset . then it will be resetted to"password". if u want to unbind then u should go to data.bsnl.in only, i hope this may be useful to u

dear jasvant,
pls dont panic...
the question asked by him may be foolish to u but he is trying to learn
things from his fellow colleague in the group.
he is thinking good for the company (BSNL) where he is employed so if his
SDE does not know something then its no harm in resolving the things by a
TTA. but he should get the credit if he does everything right.
i want to clear here that nobody in BSNL knows everything. so if a TTA helps
a SDE then its not a issue to worry unless he does not get the THUMBS UP.
pls try to see the positive side of it. afterall we all here to help each
other.

Dear Gaurav,
very good suggestions given by you regarding hard
work done by our TTA friends but not credit is given to us, all the
credits are given to JTO in form of there Annually filled CR, they are
written there own CR in very long details almost all the pages of CR is
fully filled without leaving a single line by remembering what the work
is done by there TTA's in whole year and got credit in the pay up
gradation by executive promotion policy.
Gaurav please clarify some
points regarding duty timing and which u r specify Rs.8.0 per km claimed
by us for taxi hiring can any official letter u have which specify
Rs.8.0 per km claimed by us for taxi hiring, here in our office in
jalandhar SSA group exchanges JTO's are told we can't claimed TA less
then 8(eight) km distense from our headquarter.,
please clarify if u
have any information regarding this for helping our friends which they
are perform there duties in field unit i.e broadband installation and
maintenance, BTS service maintenance, groups exchanges, transmission
section, and also in mobile connection free sim given to the landline
customers by door to door movement under pyari jodi plan here the target
is given to TTA's to selling the mobile connection and not a single
group exchange JTO is ready to went with us and not signing the customer
mobile application form and got credit of how many connection are sold
by JTO.

it was decided to form a committee under head of Sri D.P. De
